The aim of this study was to determine the immunoreactivity of neuronal and inducible nitric oxide synthetase, argininosuccinate synthetase, argininosuccinate lyase, glutamine synthetase in different regions of brain in rats of kainic acid mediated epilepsy. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were used in this study. The acute group animals were sacrificed after 2 hours and the chronic group animals were sacrificed after 5 days of a single subcutaneous injection of kainic acid (15 mg/kg body weight). The cerebral cortex, cerebellum and brain stem slices were fixed and immunohistostained for the above enzymes. Images were captured and analyzed. In acute group, argininosuccinate synthetase and inducible nitric oxide synthetase were increased in cerebral cortex and cerebellum, neuronal nitric oxide synthetase increased in cerebral cortex and brain stem, and there was no change in argininosuccinate lyase immunoreactivity compared to control group. In chronic group, glutamine synthetase was decreased and all other enzymes immunoreactivity was increased in all the brain regions tested. This study demonstrated the up-regulation of citrul-line-nitric oxide cycle enzymes and may contribute to enhancing recycling of citrulline to arginine to support the increased production of nitric oxide in epilepsy. The decreased glutamine synthetase may increase glutamate in chronic epilepsy and may lead to neurodegeneration.

This study aims to investigate the effect of sodium replacement on the quality characteristics of past?rma. For this purpose, past?rma production with four different salt mixtures(Ⅰ. 100% na Cl; Ⅱ. 50% na Cl + 50% kCl; Ⅲ. 40% naCl + 40% kCl + 20% CaCl2; Ⅳ. 30% naCl + 40% kCl + 20% CaCl2+ 10% MgCl2) were carried out using traditional method. The use of different salt mixtures for past?rma had no statistically significant effect on the microbial counts and residual nitrite of the final product. The a* and b* values were affected by this treatment. The salt mixture containing CaCl2or CaCl2+ MgCl2significantly decreased the p H values and sensory scores. The eighteen volatile compounds were affected by the salt mixtures. na~+, k~+, Ca2+, and Mg2+had a certain increase depending on their ratio in the salt mixtures. The highest Cathepsin activity in all past?rma samples was observed in Cathepsin B + L. The salt mixture with naCl + kCl + CaCl2+ Mg Cl2increased acid lipase activity. However, this mixture had no significant effect on neutral lipase activity.

目的：观察后囊破裂的诱发因素、相关性及结果。方法：回顾性研究。研究对象为2007~2014年我院出现后囊破裂患者。研究后囊破裂与眼部合并症、晶状体相关并发症、手术水平、手术类型、独立手术或联合手术的相关性,及患者最终视力情况。结果：在12 846名患者中,后囊破裂是最常见的术中并发症（n=623,4.8%）。眼部合并症和晶状体状态不会引起后囊破裂。手术者的经验和资历与后囊破裂发生的相关性显著。基层医务人员手术时出现后囊破裂比知名专家多（P=0.0000）,而知名专家手术时出现后囊破裂情况反而比一般专家多（P=0.000）。白内障手术中出现后囊破裂与下列手术方式显著相关：超声乳化术、超乳转囊外摘除术及囊内摘除术（P=0.000）,晶状体吸出术（P=0.020）和白内障囊外摘除术（P=0.003）。术中发生（P=0.013）与未发生（P=0.001）后囊破裂时,专家均比学员的手术结果好。尽管如此,在复杂病例中,专家与学员术中出现后囊破裂无显著差异。后囊破裂致视力损害的主要原因是散光。视力丧失（P=0.000）和低视力（P=0.000）出现较多。相对于其它并发症,后囊破裂更易致低视力。结论：后囊破裂会发生在所有类型的白内障手术中,且是引起术后低视力的主要术中并发症。专家在处理后囊破裂的手术结果优于学员。因而初级外科医生应加强手术练习。

铁杉属花粉形态及其聚类分析研究

【目的】对铁杉属(Tsuga)现存所有10种植物花粉形态特征进行观察比较,结合花粉化石分析铁杉属系统发育关系及花粉形态的演化过程。【方法】通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察铁杉属的花粉形态特征,并利用7个定量指标和1个定性指标进行系统聚类分析(HCA)。【结果】铁杉属花粉为n_(1)P_(3)C_(1)型花粉,远极面具薄壁区,赤道轴长度为21.20~58.00μm,多无气囊,稀有气囊;花粉粒表面多疣状,稀微疣状,表面有棘突或无。系统聚类分析显示铁杉属花粉可以分类为3类:(1)有气囊,无棘突类:山地铁杉(***)与长苞铁杉(nothotsuga longibracteata);(2)无气囊,无棘突类:卡罗莱纳铁杉(***)、加拿大铁杉(***)与化石种2(***.2);(3)无气囊,有棘突类:异叶铁杉(***)、郁林铁杉(***)、米铁杉(***)、丽江铁杉(***)、日本铁杉(***)、云南铁杉(***)、铁杉(***)、化石种1(***.1)和化石种3(***.3)。【结论】铁杉属花粉是从有气囊向无气囊,无棘突向有棘突演化的,且花粉特征与分布地有密切关系,同一地区分布的花粉形态相似。基于花粉形态的聚类分析结果与分子系统发育树大体符合,可以通过花粉形态对铁杉属植物及化石进行物种鉴定,并为其系统发育研究提供参考。
