Phase Behaviour and Physical Properties of Alkane Solvent（s）/CO2/N2/DME/Water/Heavy Oil Systems under Reservoir Conditions

The hybrid steam-solvent injection has been considered as a promising technique for enhancing heavy oil/bitumen recov‐ery,while its main mechanisms including the heat transferred and dissolution of solvents (e.g.,CH4,C2H6,C3H8,C4H10,CO2,N2,and DME) into heavy oil/bitumen to reduce its viscosity and swell it are closely related to the phase behaviour of the solvents/water/heavy oil systems.To allow the seamless integration with the existing reservoir simulators,the traditional cubic equations of state （i.e.,SRK EOS and PR EOS） have been modified and improved to accurately quantify the phase behaviour and physical prop‐erties of the aforementioned systems under equilibrium and nonequilibrium conditions.Firstly,a huge database has been built to de‐velop the corresponding alpha functions by minimizing the deviation between the measured and calculated vapour pressures for wa‐ter as well as non-hydrocarbon and hydrocarbon compounds available from the public domain.Such obtained alpha functions are fur‐ther validated with enthalpy of vaporization for pure substances,and then the reduced temperature has been optimized and the ec‐centric factor has been redefined.Finally,a pressure-implicit strategy has been developed to optimize the binary interaction param‐eters （BIPs） by treating heavy oil as one pseudocomponent （PC） or multiple PCs.Also,the contributions of each solvent to the aforementioned systems have been compared and analyzed within a consistent and unified framework.In addition to new alpha func‐tions for hydrocarbons and water,respectively,the reduced temperature is found to have its optimum value of 0.59 for the two equa‐tions of state （EOSs）,while 0.60 is recommended for practical use.Such improved EOSs have been further employed to reproduce the experimentally measured multiphase boundaries （or pseudo-bubble-point pressures）,density,viscosity,（mutual） solubility,and preferential mass transfer for the aforementioned mixtures under equilibrium and nonequilibrium conditions.The swelling effect for the heavy oil

Regulation of different light conditions for efficient biomass production and protein accumulation of Spirulina platensis

Light plays an important role in the photosynthesis and metabolic process of microalgae.However,how different light conditions regulate the biomass production and protein accumulation of microalgae is mostly unknown.In this study,the influence of different light conditions,including light colors,densities,and light:dark cycles on the cell growth and biochemical composition of Spirulina platensis was symmetrically characterized.Under different colored lights,S.platensis all shows an increase trend within the increased light intensity ranges;however,each showing different optimal light intensities.At the same light intensity,different colored lights show different growth rate of S.platensis following the sequence of red>white>green>yellow>blue.The maximum growth rate and protein accumulation were determined as 21.88 and 5.10 mg/(L·d)when illuminated under red LED.The energy efficiency of different light sources was calculated and ranked as red>white>blue≈green>yellow.Transcriptomic analysis suggests that red light can promote cell growth and protein accumulation by upregulating genes related to photosynthesis,carbon fixation,and C-N metabolism pathways.This study provides a conducive and efficient way to promote biomass production and protein accumulation of S.platensis by regulating light conditions.

As aging becomes increasingly serious,how to make the life of the elderly more convenient and comfortable has become one of the social problems to be solved urgently.Old residential areas are one of spaces where the elderly gather.In this paper,the prominent problems in the community space of existing old residential areas that are not conducive to the life of the elderly were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures to transform the community space were put forward.It is hoped that public space can play its due value and make old residential areas glow with new vitality.

Diagnosis of Moist Vorticity and Moist Divergence for a Heavy Precipitation Event in Southwestern China

A regional heavy precipitation event that occurred over Sichuan Province on 8-9 September 2015 is analyzed based on hourly observed precipitation data obtained from weather stations and NCEP FNL data. Two moist dynamic parameters, i.e., moist vorticity （mζ and moist divergence （mδ）, are used to diagnose this heavy precipitation event. Results show that the topography over southwestern China has a significant impact on the ability of these two parameters to diagnose precipitation. When the impact of topography is weak （i.e., low altitude）, rn（ cannot exactly depict the location of precipitation in the initial stage of the event. Then, as the precipitation develops, its ability to depict the location improves significantly. In particular, m（ coincides best with the location of precipitation during the peak stage of the event. Besides, the evolution of the m（ center shows high consistency with the evolution of the precipitation center. For mδ, although some false-alarm regions are apparent, it reflects the location of precipitation almost entirely during the precipitation event. However, the mδ center shows inconsistency with the precipitation center. These results suggest that both m（ and mδ have a significant ability to predict the location of precipitation. Moreover, m（ has a stronger ability than mδ in terms of predicting the variability of the precipitation center. However, when the impact of topography is strong （i.e., high altitude）, both of these two moist dynamic parameters are unable to depict the location and center of precipitation during the entire precipitation event, suggesting their weak ability to predict precipitation over complex topography.

Enhanced Mn^(2+)solidification and NH_(4)^(+)-N removal from electrolytic manganese metal residue via surfactants

Electrolytic manganese metal residue(EMMR)harmless treatment has always lacked a low-cost and quick processing technology.In this study,surfactants,namely tetradecyl trimethylammonium chloride(TTC),sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS),sodium lignin sulfonate(SLS),and octadecyl trimethylammonium chloride(OTC),were used in the solidification of Mn^(2+)and removal of NH_(4)^(+)-N from EMMR.The Mn^(2+)and NH_(4)^(+)-N concentrations under different reaction conditions,Mn^(2+)solidification and NH_(4)^(+)-N removal mechanisms,and leaching behavior were studied.The results revealed that the surfactants could enhance the Mn^(2+)solidification and NH_(4)^(+)-N removal from EMMR,and the order of enhancement was as follows:TTC>SDBS>OTC>SLS.The NH_(4)^(+)-N and Mn^(2+)concentrations were 12.3 and 0.05 mg·L^(-1)with the use of 60.0 mg·kg^(-1)TTC under optimum conditions(solid–liquid ratio of 1.5:1,EMMR to BRM mass ratio of 100:8,temperature of 20℃,and reaction duration of 12 h),which met the integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996).Mn^(2+)was mainly solidified as Mn(OH)_(2),MnOOH and MnSiO_(3),and NH_(4)^(+)-N in EMMR was mostly removed in the form of ammonia.The results of this study could provide a new idea for cost-effective EMMR harmless treatment.

研究生是科学研究的生力军,国际化培养是其成长为具有广阔学术视野、把握研究前沿的创新人才的重要途径。针对当前新冠肺炎疫情等对国际学术交流带来的困难,油气藏开发模拟实验研究团队与国外知名高校相关领域专家密切协作,探索形成了以国际合著论文为途径的研究生本地国际化培养模式。实践表明,团队博硕士研究生高水平SCI论文发表率已达100%,研究生的逻辑思维、创新意识、写作水平显著提升。本文对国际合著论文为牵引的研究生本地国际化培养模式的实质、源动力、运行基础、保障机制以及表现形式等方面进行了分析,并提出了进一步深化该模式的建议。

电解锰渣库周边土壤重金属污染特征评价

中国作为全世界最大的电解锰生产国,电解锰渣堆存造成的土壤污染亟需改善。该研究在中国锰矿资源储量最大的基地——贵州省铜仁市,选取辖区公共电解锰渣库(玉屏侗族自治县蔡溪村),利用湿式消解法及改进的BCR三步提取法对Mn、Zn、Pb、Ni、Cr、Cd 6种重金属元素在电解锰渣库周边土壤中的污染特征、形态分布及风险评价进行分析讨论。Mn、Pb和Cd是对渣库周边土壤环境质量影响最大的重金属。Mn含量变化范围为356~14915 mg/kg,平均值为3828 mg/kg,超过贵州土壤背景值4.8倍。Pb和Cd的平均含量是农用地土壤国家标准风险筛选值的3.1和40.2倍。6种重金属均以可迁移的酸溶解态为主。Mn和Cd的弱酸提取态含量随距渣库坝体越近而显著增加(P<0.05)。普通Kriging空间插值结果发现Mn、Cd、Zn、Pb和Ni 5种重金属含量具有中等强度的空间相关性,其中Mn和Cd含量受到人为活动污染等随机影响较大。Mn和Cd空间分布总体呈东高西低,高值均出现在电解锰渣库坝体附近。主成分分析法显示Mn、Cd和Pb主要受电解锰渣库污染影响;Ni和Zn主要来源于附近农业活动和工业生产;Cr主要受地质背景因素影响。电解锰渣库周边土壤潜在生态风险指数为最高风险等级,其中Cd的贡献比例最大(91%)。
