The present study is concerned with formulating a predator-prey eco-epidemiological mathematical model assuming that an infection exists in the predator *** two classes of predator species(susceptible and infected)compete for the same sources available in the environment with the predation *** is assumed that the disease does not spread *** proposed model is analyzed for the stability of the coexistence of the predators and *** fixed points are carried out,and the coexisting fixed point is studied in detail by constructing the Lyapunov *** movement of species in search of food or protection in their habitat has a significant influence,examined through *** ecological influences of self-diffusion on the population density of both species are *** is theoretically proved that all the under consideration species can coexist in the same *** coexistence fixed point is discussed for both diffusive and non-diffusive ***,a numerical scheme is constructed for solving time-dependent partial differential *** stability of the scheme is given,and it is applied for solving presently modified eco-epidemiological mathematical model with and without *** comparison of the constructed scheme with two exiting schemes,Backward in Time and Central in space(BTCs)and Crank Nicolson,is also given in the form of ***,we run a computer simulation to determine the effectiveness of the proposed numerical *** readers’convenience,a computational code for the proposed discrete model scheme may be made available upon request.

The efficiency of solving computationally partial differential equations can be profoundly highlighted by the creation of precise,higher-order compact numerical scheme that results in truly outstanding accuracy at a given *** objective of this article is to develop a highly accurate novel algorithm for two dimensional non-linear Burgers Huxley(BH)*** proposed compact numerical scheme is found to be free of superiors approximate oscillations across discontinuities,and in a smooth ow region,it efciently obtained a high-order *** particular,two classes of higherorder compact nite difference schemes are taken into account and compared based on their computational *** stability and accuracy show that the schemes are unconditionally stable and accurate up to a two-order in time and to six-order in ***,algorithms and data tables illustrate the scheme efciency and decisiveness for solving such non-linear coupled *** is scaled in terms of L_(2) and L_(∞) norms,which validate the approximated results with the corresponding analytical *** investigation of the stability requirements of the implicit method applied in the algorithm was carried *** agreement was constructed under indistinguishable computational *** proposed methods can be implemented for real-world problems,originating in engineering and science.

Quantum correlations and entanglement in coupled optomechanical resonators with photon hopping via Gaussian interferometric power analysis

Quantum correlations that surpass entanglement are of great importance in the realms of quantum information processing and quantum ***,for quantum systems prepared in pure states,it is difficult to differentiate between quantum entanglement and quantum ***,this indistinguishability is no longer holds for mixed *** contribute to a better understanding of this differentiation,we have explored a simple model for both generating and measuring these quantum *** study concerns two macroscopic mechanical resonators placed in separate Fabry–Pérot cavities,coupled through the photon hopping *** system offers a comprehensively way to investigate and quantify quantum correlations beyond entanglement between these mechanical *** key ingredient in analyzing quantum correlation in this system is the global covariance *** forms the basis for computing two essential metrics:the logarithmic negativity(E_(N)^(m))and the Gaussian interferometric power(P_(G)^(m)).These metrics provide the tools to measure the degree of quantum entanglement and quantum correlations,*** study reveals that the Gaussian interferometric power(P_(G)^(m))proves to be a more suitable metric for characterizing quantum correlations among the mechanical modes in an optomechanical quantum system,particularly in scenarios featuring resilient photon hopping.

Development of donor specific antibodies after sARs-CoV-2 vaccination:What do we know so far?

Vaccination against Coronavirus disease-19(COVID-19)was pivotal to limit spread,morbidity and *** aim is to find out whether vaccines against COVID-19 lead to an immunological response stimulating the production of de novo donor specific antibodies(DsAs)or increase in mean fluorescence intensity(MFI)of pre-existing DsAs in kidney transplant recipients(KTRs).This study involved a detailed literature search through December 2nd,2023 using PubMed as the primary *** search strategy incorporated a combination of relevant Medical subject Headings terms and keywords:"COVID-19","sARs-CoV-2 Vaccination","Kidney,Renal Transplant",and"Donor specific antibodies".The results from related studies were collated and analyzed.A total of 6 studies were identified,encompassing 460 KTRs vaccinated against *** responses were detected in 8 KTRs of which 5 had increased MFIs,1 had de novo DsA,and 2 were categorized as either having de novo DsA or increased *** were 48 KTRs with pre-existing DsAs prior to vaccination,but one study(Massa et al)did not report whether pre-existing DsAs were associated with post vaccination *** the remaining 5 studies,35 KTRs with pre-existing DsAs were identified of which 7 KTRs(20%)developed de novo DsAs or increased ***,no immunological response was detected in 452(98.3%)*** study affirms prior reports that COVID-19 vaccination is safe for KTRs,especially if there are no pre-existing ***,if KTRs have pre-existing DsAs,then an increased immunological risk may be *** findings need to be taken cautiously as they are based on a limited number of patients so further studies are still needed for confirmation.

The impact of certain separate characteristics, including the porosity parameter, reaction rate parameter, and viscoelastic parameters of steady convective diffusion across a rectangular channel, has been investigated in this article. The model’s momentum and concentration equations were developed using the similarities technique, and the numerically finite volume method was combined with the Beavers and Joseph slip conditions. Various graphs have been used to get insight into various parameters of the problem on velocity and concentration. The cartilage surfaces are assumed to be porous, and the viscosity of synovial fluid varies with hyaluronate (HA) content.

The lid-driven cavity is an important fluid mechanical system that serves as a benchmark for testing numerical methods and for studying fundamental aspects of incompressible flows in confined volumes. These flows are driven by the tangential motion of a bounding wall. The lid-driven cavity serves as a benchmark for testing numerical methods and for studying fundamental aspects of incompressible flows in confined volumes. This article presents a complete study of lid-driven cavity flows, with the primary focus being placed on the development of the flow when the Reynolds number was increased. In order to fully comprehend the physics of flow, it is necessary to take into consideration not only pure two-dimensional flows but also flows that are periodic in one space direction and the whole three-dimensional flow.

Higher Order Implicit scheme for Nonlinear Time-Dependent Convection-Diffusion- Reaction Equation

A mathematical model comprising of nonlinear reaction, diffusion, and convection mechanisms seen in natural and anthropogenic processes is numerically investigated here. It is proposed that a higher order numerical scheme of finite difference method be used in conjunction with an iterative approach in order to solve the nonlinear one dimensional convection-diffusion-reaction equation. To account for the wide variety of physical characteristics and boundary conditions, an iterative approach is presented that yields a reliable and precise solution every time. We examined the accuracy and operational efficiency of two distinct finite difference approaches. The efficiency of the system is determined by comparing the estimated results to the appropriate analytical solution by adhering to established norms. Coherence and convergence were analyzed for each approach. The simulation results demonstrate the efficacy and accuracy of these methods in solving nonlinear convection- diffusion-reaction equations. Convection-diffusion-reaction equation modeling is critical for employing the offered results in heat and mass transport processes.
