Detecting the backfill pipeline blockage and leakage through an LSTM-based deep learning model

Detecting a pipeline's abnormal status,which is typically a blockage and leakage accident,is important for the continuity and safety of mine *** pipeline system for gravity-transport high-density backfill(GHB)is *** designed,efficient,and accurate abnormal pipeline detection methods for GHB are *** work presents a long short-term memory-based deep learning(LSTM-DL)model for GHB pipeline blockage and leakage ***,an industrial pipeline monitoring system was introduced using pressure and flow ***,blockage and leakage field experiments were designed to solve the problem of negative sample *** pipeline's statistical characteristics with different working statuses were analyzed to show their ***,the architecture of the LSTM-DL model was elaborated on and ***,the LSTM-DL model was compared with state-of-the-art(SOTA)learning *** results show that the backfilling cycle comprises multiple working phases and is *** pressure and flow signals fluctuate stably in a normal cycle,their values are diverse in different *** causes a sudden change in interval signal features;leakage results in long variation duration and a wide fluctuation *** the SOTA models,the LSTM-DL model has the highest detection accuracy of98.31%for all states and the lowest misjudgment or false positive rate of 3.21%for blockage and leakage *** proposed model can accurately recognize various pipeline statuses of complex GHB systems.

The effect of H2S contents on the transformation of 1-hexene with hydrogen over NiMoS/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was *** of H2S on both hydrogenation and isomerization reactions of olefin has been *** the promotion effect of H2S on the formation of C6 thiols and C12 thioethers has also been *** was found out that there was only one type of active site on the NiMoS/γ-Al2O3 for reactions which include hydrogenation reaction,isomerization reaction and sulfides formation reaction,and the formation reactions of sulfides were superior to both hydrogenation and isomerization *** reaction network for the conversion of 1-hexene in the presence of H2S was proposed.

Hydrogels resulting from the self-assembly of small peptides are smart nanobiomaterials as their nanostructuring can be readily tuned by environmental stimuli such as pH,ionic strength and temperature,thereby favoring their practical *** work reports experimental observations of formation of peptide hydrogels in response to the redox ***-I 3 K-NH 2 is a short peptide amphiphile that readily self-assembles into long nanofibers and its gel formation occurs at concentrations of about 10 mmol/*** of a Cys residue into the hydrophilic region leads to a new molecule,Ac-I 3 CGK-NH 2,that enables the formation of disulfide bonds between self-assembled nanofibers,thus favoring cross-linking and promoting hydrogel *** oxidative environment,Ac-I 3 CGK-NH 2 formed hydrogels at much lower concentrations(even at 0.5 mmol/L).Furthermore,the strength of the hydrogels could be easily tuned by switching between oxidative and reductive conditions and ***,AFM,TEM,and CD measurements revealed little morphological and structural changes at molecular and nano dimensions,showing no apparent influence arising from the disulfide bond formation.

The biomimetic catalytic synthesis of acetal compounds using β-cyclodextrin as catalyst

Based on the principle of biomimetic catalysis, β-cyclodextrin was applied to the acetalation reaction as a facile and efficient catalyst, and the synthesis was environmentally friendly with atomic economy. The influencing factors of the acetalation reaction e.g. the reaction time, the volume of water-carrying agent,the molar ratio of catalyst to benzaldehyde and the molar ratio of glycol to benzaldehyde had been *** yield of benzaldehyde glycol acetal would reach a maximum of 81.3% under the conditions *** of other acetals were also synthesized. Moreover, a plausible reaction mechanism for the formation of acetal had been proposed.

Color stability of FCC gasoline

The color changes of one representative FCC gasoline were studied. The red substance in the FCC gasoline was concentrated and separated by chromatography and analyzed by elemental analysis and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS）. The main components of the red substance were found to be aromatic amines. Complexes formed from quinones and aromatic amines are the reason why gasoline being red, and acids can destroy the complex by reaction with aromatic amines leading to decoloration of red gasoline. A mechanism for the color change of gasoline is proposed.

Determination of Sulfides in FCC Gasoline by Using the Potentiometric Titration of Lead Tetraacetate

The content of sulfides in FCC gasoline of Shenghua refinery is 0.136% by this method. The standard deviation about this method is less than 0.01% and the relative standard deviation is less than 2.42%.

Compared with conventional method of violet spectrum, determination of the content of sulfides in fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) gasoline by using the potentiometric titration of lead tetraacetate has some advantages such as clear potentiometric abrupt change at the stoichiometric point, stable potentiometric value, exact and credible results, and simple operation. The content of sulfides in FCC gasoline of Shenghua refinery is 0.136% by this method. The standard deviation about this method is less than 0.01% and the relative standard deviation is less than 2.42%.

Catalytic Desulfurization of n-Butyl-sulfide over HZSM-5 Zeolite in the Presence of a Hydrogen Provider

The catalytic desulfurization of a model organic sulfurous compound n-butyl-sulfide in a fixed bed microreactor is studied in the presence of catalyst and a hydrogen provider. The experimental results show that the appropriate reaction conditions are： a mixed catalyst of HZSM-5 zeolite and Co-Mo/Al2O3-TiO2, a reaction temperature of 300℃, atmosphere pressure, a feed speed of 50 mL/h and a mass hourly space velocity of 3.0 h^-1 A higher catalytic property and desulfurization efficiency of the mixed catalyst of HZSM-5 zeolite and Co-Mo/Al2O3-TiO2 is achieved. The adsorption and desulfurization efficiency of the FCC gasoline from Shenghua Refinery, which is affiliated to China University of Petroleum （East China）, is 53.0 %.

采用密度泛函理论的B3LYP方法,在6-311+G(d,p)基组水平上研究了CH3SH与H2O2的微观反应机理,全参数优化了反应势能面上各驻点的几何构型,振动分析和内禀反应坐标(IRC)分析结果证实了中间体和过渡态的真实性,计算所得的键鞍点电荷密度的变化情况也确认了反应过程.结果表明,反应共分三大步进行,包含两条反应通道,第二步由IM1到CH3SO2H的反应为决速步骤,其中的第一条通道是主要反应通道,相应活化能为157.3和109.7kJ/mol.
