AIM:To evaluate the effect of bone morphogenetic protein-6(BMP-6)on transforming growth factor(TGF)-β_(2)-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)in retinal pigment epithelium(RPE).METHODS:Adult retinal pigment epithelial cell line(ARPE-19)were randomly divided into control,TGF-β_(2)(5μg/L),and BMP-6 small interfering RNA(siRNA)*** cell morphology was observed by microscopy,and the cell migration ability were detected by Transwell *** EMT-related indexes and BMP-6 protein levels were detected by Western ***,a BMP-6 overexpression plasmid was constructed and RPE cells were divided into the control group,TGF-β_(2)+empty plasmid group,BMP-6 overexpression group,and TGF-β_(2)+BMP-6 overexpression *** EMT-related indexes and extracellular regulated protein kinases(ERK)protein levels were ***:Compared with the control group,the migration of RPE cells in the TGF-β_(2) group was significantly ***-β_(2) increased the protein expression levels ofα-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),fibronectin and vimentin but significantly decreased the protein levels of E-cadherin and BMP-6(P<0.05)in ***,the migration of RPE cells in the BMP-6 siRNA group was also significantly ***-6 siRNA increased the protein expression levels ofα-SMA,fibronectin and vimentin but significantly decreased the protein expression levels of E-cadherin(P<0.05).Overexpression of BMP-6 inhibited the migration of RPE cells induced by TGF-β_(2) and prevented TGF-β_(2) from affecting EMT-related biomarkers(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:BMP-6 prevents the EMT in RPE cells induced by TGF-β_(2),which may provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of proliferative vitreoretinopathy.

Neuropeptides are crucial in regulation of a rich variety of developmental,physiological,and behavioral functions throughout the life cycle of *** an integrated approach of multiomics,we identified neuropeptide precursors in the greater wax moth Galleria mellonella,which is a harmful pest of honeybee hives with a worldwide ***,a total of 63 and 67 neuropeptide precursors were predicted and annotated in the *** genome and transcriptome,in which 40 neuropeptide precursors were confirmed in the *** ***,we identified 12 neuropeptide precursor genes present in *** but absent in honeybees,which may be potential novel pesticide target *** hives were contaminated with heavy metals such as lead,enabling its bioaccumulation in *** bodies through the food chain,we performed transcriptome sequencing to analyze the effects of Pb stress on the mRNA expression level of *** neuropeptide *** treatment by Pb,the expression of neuropeptide F1 was found to be significantly downregulated,implying that this neuropeptide might be associated with responding to the heavy metal stress in *** study comprehensively identified neuropeptide precursors in ***,and discussed the effects of heavy metals on insect neuropeptides,with the example of *** results are valuable for future elucidation of how neuropeptides regulate physiological functions in *** and contribute to our understanding of the insect's environmental plasticity and identify potential new biomarkers to assess heavy metal toxicity in insects.

红枫湖流域农业面源污染治理的生物地球化学垒体系构建初探

在点源污染得到有效控制后,流域内农业面源污染逐渐成为了湖库氮、磷等营养物质外源输入的主要贡献者。本研究选取红枫湖流域农田土壤为研究对象,对其添加改良剂并种植植物来构建生物地球化学垒,并对其氮、磷拦截效应进行了综合评估。研究结果表明,添加Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)、CaCl_(2)与钠基膨润土显著提高了土壤对NH_(4)^(+)-N、NO_(3)^(-)-N和磷的拦截率,降低其流失程度。其中,对土壤添加CaCl_(2)改性钠基膨润土并种植植被构建的生物地球化学垒,对NH_(4)^(+)-N、NO_(3)^(-)-N和磷的综合拦截效果最佳,截留率分别为87%、95%、93%。而添加了FeSO_(4)的土壤,NO_(3)^(-)-N的淋失程度增强,不宜选取。种植植物后,植物生长对土壤中氮和磷有一定的活化作用,导致模拟径流中NH_(4)^(+)-N和溶解性磷浓度较种植植物前升高,但是均低于对照组。而且种植植物后经改良的土壤单元有效磷(Olsen-P)较种植植物前显著降低,也反映出植物对土壤磷的活化利用。综上表明,通过对土壤添加Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)、CaCl_(2)与钠基膨润土并种植适生植物(黑麦草和白花三叶草)来构建生物地球化学垒,可以实现红枫湖小流域内的氮、磷等污染物拦截和植物生长两相促进,从而有效、持续拦截土壤氮、磷,降低其流失程度,对实现农业面源污染的可持续治理具有重要意义。

准确认知高速列车的结构载荷来源是开展疲劳可靠性设计的基础,本文聚焦于厘清高速列车转向架结构载荷中来自轮轨激励与气动作用的分量贡献.首先通过气动-多体动力学耦合计算,得到了单列车明线运行和单列车通过隧道工况不同外载作用下的高速列车转向架结构载荷,进而通过计算不同外载作用下的结构载荷特征差异分析了外部载荷等因素对结构载荷特征的影响.研究表明来自轮轨的激励是决定转向架结构载荷幅值的主因,而气动载荷是引起结构载荷均值变化的关键.本文进一步通过信号分析理论中的时域贡献网络求解方法量化了不同载荷来源对结构载荷的分量贡献,发现轮轨激励在明线和隧道工况下都是转向架结构载荷的主要分量贡献;同时也注意到隧道工况下,气动载荷对结构载荷的贡献显著上升.本文厘清了不同载荷来源在两种工况下对结构载荷的影响,相关结论可为高速列车关键结构的抗疲劳设计提供依据.

为完善基于先验知识的标记增强方法对于情绪信息的捕捉,提出一种基于语义规则增强的蒙古语情感分布学习方法(semantic rule enhancement based Mongolian emotion distribution learning, SRE-MEDL)。在情感轮和情感词典的基础上,引入程度词典和否定词典,得到各种情感词组合,以此制定相应的语义规则计算情感词权重,将其融入到标记增强中。在情感分布学习中融入从情感分布空间到实例特征空间的反向重构映射来弥补正向映射引起的原始信息丢失问题。对比实验结果显示,在蒙古语和中英文常用数据集上,SRE-MEDL方法在标记增强任务和情感分布学习中的表现均优于现有方法。

Direct Numerical Simulation of Particle Dispersion in the Flow Around a Circular Cylinder

The major objective of the paper is to use direct numerical simulation method to get the dispersion patterns of different Stokes number particles in cylinder wake at low Reynolds numbers. The gas fluid structure is simulated by a spectral-element method with third-order accuracy. Non-reflecting boundary condition is specified for the outlet downstream boundary. Lagrangian approach is used to trace particle trajectory. The simulation results show factors to be considered to characterize the particle dispersion and find different particle dispersion pattern in a circular cylinder wake and in a plane wake.
