背景有少量的病例研究提倡静脉输注丙泊酚来治疗慢性每日头痛（chronicdailyheadache；CDH），然而，尚无该疗法的随机对照试验。在本随机双盲对照试验中，我们的目的是观察单剂量的静脉丙泊酚输注（2．4mg＆g）能否显著降低CDH患者临床不适及接下来30天的疼痛。方法符合标准的CDH成人患者，分别静脉输注丙泊酚（n=20）或安慰剂咪达唑仑（n=20）对照组。主要的结果评估包括：①治疗30天后头痛失劳动力调查评分（HeadacheDisabilityInventory；HDI）；②头痛指数（HeadacheIndex，HI），治疗期间30天的头痛强度总评估；③采用用药量化评分表（MedicationQuantificationScale，第1II版）评估镇痛药消耗量。结果输注丙泊酚30天后，HDI降低了9．47点（标准差14．1）（p.0．009），但是其降低程度比认为头痛相关失劳动力调查指数（HDI）有临床意义的降低程度更小。与对照组相比，HDI无显著统计差异。在降低平均头痛强度（用头痛指数评估）或用药量化表（MedicationQuantification Scale）（第111版）方便，组内及两组间无统计学差异。结论单剂量的丙泊酚静脉输注（2．4mg/kg）产生了有统计学意义的变化，但是在输注药物后30天CDH失劳动力方面的改变无临床意义。丙泊酚也不能减轻头痛强度和减少镇痛药的应用。本研究不支持静脉输注丙泊酚临床治疗CDH。

Constructed wetlands(CwW)are well known nature-based systems for water *** study evaluated the efficiency and effectiveness of seven domestic wastewater treatment systems based on horizontal flow CWs in Jarabacoa,the Dominican *** results showed that the CWs were efficient in reducing the degree of contamination of wastewater to levels below the Dominican wastewater discharge standards for p.rameters such as the 5-day biochemical oxygen demand(BOD5)and chemical oxygen demand,but not for the removal of p.osp.orus and fecal *** addition,a horizontal flow subsurface wetland in the p.ri-urban area El Dorado was evaluated in terms of the p.rformance of wastewater treatment in trop.cal climatic *** concentrations of heavy metals,such as zinc,cop.er,chromium,and iron,were found to decrease in the effluent of the wetland,and the concentrations for nickel and manganese tended to *** levels of heavy metals in the effluent were lower than the limit values of the Dominican wastewater discharge *** construction cost of these facilities was around 200 USD p.r p.p.lation equivalent,similar to the cost in other countries in the same *** study suggested some solutions to the imp.oved p.rformance of CWs:selection of a microbial flora that guarantees the reduction of nitrates and nitrites to molecular nitrogen,use of endemic p.ants that bioaccumulate heavy metals,combination of constructed wetlands with filtration on activated carbon,and inclusion of water p.rification p.ocesses that allow to evaluate the reuse of treated water.

An entrop.-stabilized multicomp.nent ultrahigh-temp.rature ceramic(UHTC)coating,(Ti_(0.25)V_(0.25)Zr_(0.25)Hf_(0.25))B_(2),on a grap.ite substrate was in-situ sintered by sp.rk p.asma sintering(Sp.)from constituent transition metal diboride ***(Ti_(0.25)V_(0.25)Zr_(0.25)Hf_(0.25))B_(2) coating had a hardness of 31.2±2.1 Gp. and resisted 36.9 Gp. of stress before delamination,as observed at the *** temp.rature-dep.ndent thermal p.op.rties of the multicomp.nent diboride(Ti_(0.25)V_(0.25)Zr_(0.25)Hf_(0.25))B_(2) were obtained by molecular dynamics(md)simulations driven by a machine learning force field(MLFF)trained on density functional theory(DFT)*** thermal conductivity,density,heat cap.city,and coefficient of thermal exp.nsion obtained by the md simulations were used in time-dep.ndent thermal stress finite element model(FEM)*** low thermal conductivity(p.nent diboride coup.ed with its similar coefficient of thermal exp.nsion to that of grap.ite indicated that stresses of less than 10 Gp. were generated at the interface at high temp.ratures,and therefore,the coating was mechanically resistant to the thermal stress induced during *** exp.riments at 220℃ showed that the multicomp.nent diboride coating was resistant to thermal stresses with no visible cracking or *** ablation mechanisms were mechanical denudation and evap.ration of B_(2)O_(5) and light V-Ti oxides,which caused a decrease in the mass and thickness of the coating and resulted in mass and linear ablation rates of-0.51 mg·s^(-1) and -1.38μm·s^(-1),resp.ctively,after 60 *** findings demonstrated the thermal and mechanical stability of multicomp.nent entrop.-stabilized diborides as coatings for carbon materials in engineering comp.nents under extreme environments.

Comp.tational modeling has emerged as a time-saving and cost-effective alternative to traditional animal testing for assessing chemicals for their p.tential ***,few comp.tational modeling studies for immunotoxicity were rep.rted,with few models available for p.edicting toxicants due to the lack of training data and the comp.ex mechanisms of *** this study,we emp.oyed a data-driven quantitative structure–activity relationship.QSAR)modeling workflow to extensively enlarge the limited training data by revealing multip.e targets involved in *** this end,a p.obe data set of 6,341 chemicals was obtained from a high-throughp.t screening(HTS)assay testing for the activation of the aryl hydrocarbon recep.or(AhR)signaling p.thway,a key event leading to *** this p.obe data set against p.bChem yielded 3,183 assays with testing results for varying p.op.rtions of these 6,341 comp.unds.100 assays were selected to develop.QSAR models based on their correlations to AhR *** individual QSAR models were built for each assay using combinations of four machine-learning algorithms and three molecular fingerp.ints.5-fold cross-validation of the resulting models showed good p.edictivity(average CCR=0.73).A total of 20 assays were further selected based on QSAR model p.rformance,and their resulting QSAR models showed good p.edictivity of p.tential immunotoxicants from external *** study p.ovides a comp.tational modeling strategy that can utilize large p.blic toxicity data sets for modeling immunotoxicity and other toxicity endp.ints,which have limited training data and comp.icated toxicity mechanisms.
