Spatiotemporal distribution,environmental risk and carbon emission reduction potential of livestock manure in Shaanxi Province,China

Shaanxi is a leading province in animal husbandry(AH)in ***,the lack of provincial information on the characteristics and utilization potential of livestock manure(LM)hinders crucial management ***,we investigated the spatiotemporal distribution,availability and biogas potential of LM in Shaanxi,and examine the carbon emission reduction potential of *** has been a 1.26-fold increase in LM quantities in Shaanxi over the past 35 years,reaching 4635.6×10^(4)t by *** was mainly concentrated in northern Shaanxi and the eastern part of *** and pig manure were the primary sources of LM,with the average LM land-load of 14.57 t·ha^(−1)in *** the overall AH in Shaanxi has not exceeded the environmental capacity,the actual scales of AH in Ankang and Hanzhong have already surpassed the respective environmental capacities,posing a higher risk of N and P *** 2021,the estimated biogas energy potential of LM was 1.2×10^(11)*** 2012 to 2021,the average carbon emission reduction potential in Shaanxi was 22%,with an average potential scale of 10%.The results of this research provide valuable data and policy recommendations for promoting the intensive use of LM and reducing carbon emissions in Shaanxi.

Oncovirus infection is crucial in human *** oncoviruses can lead to structural variations in the human genome known as viral genomic integration,which can contribute to *** viral integration detection tools differ in their underlying algorithms pinpointing different aspects or features of viral integration *** discuss about major procedures in performing viral integration *** importantly,we provide a technical update on Virus-Clip to facilitate its usage on the latest human genome builds(hg19 and hg38)and the adoption of multi-thread mode for faster initial read *** comparing the execution of Virus-Clip using single-thread and multi-thread modes of read alignment on targeted-panel sequencing data of HBV-associated hepatocellular carcinoma patients,we demonstrate the marked improvement of multi-thread mode in terms of significantly reduced execution time,while there is negligible difference in memory *** together,with the current update of Virus-Clip,it will continue supporting the in silico detection of oncoviral integration for better understanding of various human malignancies.

TCGA whole-transcriptome sequencing data reveals significantly dysregulated genes and signaling pathways in hepatocellular carcinoma

This study systematically evaluates the TCGA whole-transcriptome sequencing data of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） by comparing the global gene expression profiles between tumors and their corresponding non- tumorous liver tissue. Based on the differential gene expression analysis, we identified a number of novel dysregulated genes, in addition to those previously reported. Top-listing upregulated （CENPF and FOXM1） and downregulated （CLEC4G, CRHBP, and CLEC1B） genes were successfully validated using qPCR on our cohort of 65 pairs of human HCCs. Further examination for the mechanistic overview by subjecting significantly upregulated and downregulated genes to gene set enrichment analysis showed that different cellular pathways were involved. This study provides useful information on the transcriptomic landscape and molecular mechanism of hepatocarcinogenesis for development of new biomarkers and further in-depth characterization.

Liver cancer is known to have significant degree of intra-tumoral heterogeneity(ITH)(1).Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)are major forms of primary liver cancer,accounting for>95%of *** is linked,as least in part,to the aggressiveness and refractoriness of liver cancer,rendering its high lethality among human malignancies(2).The complex tumor microenvironment promotes tumor progression and contributes to poor treatment ***,it is vital to address the biological mechanisms underlying liver cancer progression and treatment response analyzing the cells in high resolution rather than the mixture of many cell *** advances in single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)provide an avenue to dissect liver cancer in an unprecedented degree of high resolution to characterize the underlying pathogenesis and heterogeneity.

Two-photon lithography for 3D magnetic nanostructure fabrication

Ferromagnetic materials have been utilized as recording media in data storage devices for many decades. The confinement of a material to a two-dimensional plane is a significant bottleneck in achieving ultra-high recording densities, and this has led to the proposition of three-dimensional （3D） racetrack memories that utilize domain wall propagation along the nanowires. however, the fabrication of 3D magnetic nanostructures of complex geometries is highly challenging and is not easily achieved with standard lithography techniques. Here, we demonstrate a new approach to construct 3D magnetic nanostructures of complex geometries using a combination of two-photon lithography and electrochemical deposition. The magnetic properties are found to be intimately related to the 3D geometry of the structure, and magnetic imaging experiments provide evidence of domain wall pinning at the 3D nanostructured junction.

To enhance the features and acceptance level of the etax system in hong Kong,we have chosen the Singapore etax system for *** analysis shows that both the etax systems in Singapore and hong Kong are useful,easy to use,secure and convenience but the utilization rate is 94% in Singapore and only 20% in hong *** than the timing difference in introducing the etax system,there are no other notable reasons to explain such a big gap in utilization ***,the enhancement of the acceptance level in hong Kong will be our next research topic.

This paper deals with the problem of sliding mode control for a class of uncertain neutral delay *** the systems under consideration,there exist mismatched uncertainties in both state matrices and input *** sliding surface is chosen as the function of current states and delayed states.A sufficient condition is given to guarantee the asymptotic stability of closed-loop ***,the proposed sliding mode control law can guarantee that the state trajectories is driven onto the specified sliding surface in finite time and remain there for subsequent ***,an illustrative example is provided.

The problem of H control is considered in this paper for the stabilization of complex dynamical network subject to noise *** proposed dynamical network model includes both intrinsic disturbance of single node and communication noise over the network *** controller is constructed for the exponential stabilization of dynamical network,and certain prescribed H performance constraint is *** reason why only one controller is valid for H stabilization of dynamical network is the full utilization of network’s local *** important feature of this paper is the introduction of the H performance concept into the complex dynamical *** derived criteria are expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs),which can be easily verified by resorting to recently developed *** example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the derived results.
