Tuning the surfa.e a.idity of ZSM-5 ca.a.yst is essentia. to a.hieve desired propene selectivity a.d *** severa. ra.ios of Zr were utilized to modify ZSM-5 via.fla.e spra. pyrolysis technique coupled with a.pulse spra. eva.ora.ion *** intera.tion between Zr a.d ZSM-5 in the fla.e influenced the physicochemica. a.d a.idity properties of the Zr/*** increa.ing Zr ra.io in ZSM-5 shows coa.ed la.ers of irregula. na.o-sized Zr with a. increa.e in crysta.lite sizes due to the synergetic effect between Zr a.d *** surfa.e chemica. a.a.ysis revea.ed increa.ed la.tice oxygen on the Zr modified ZSM-5(1:4) sa.ple compa.ed to other *** a.idity a.a.ysis revea.ed the Lewis a.d Br?nsted a.id distribution in the wea. a.d medium a.id sites on the ca.a.yst ***,the increa.e in Zr loa.ing decrea.ed the concentra.ion of Br?nsted a.id sites a.d tuned the ca.a.yst surfa.e to more Lewis a.idity,promoting propene selectivity a.d hindering the over-oxida.ion of *** modified ZSM-5 ca.a.ysts were exa.ined in a.fixed bed rea.tor within 300℃-700℃ a. a.ga. hourly spa.e velocity(GHSV) of 6000 mL·g(ca.a.ysts)^(-1)·h^(-1) for the oxida.ive dehydrogena.ion of propa.e(ODHP) to *** the ca.a.ysts,Zr/ZSM-5(1:4) exhibited the best propene yield, with 57.19% propa.e conversion a.d 75.54% selectivity to propene a.d the highest *** work provides a.promising stra.egy for tuning the surfa.e a.idity of ZSM-5 with Zr for ODHP a.plica.ions.
