Exposure to di(2-ethylhexyl)phtha.a.e(DEHP)in the indoor environment ha. been linked with significa.t hea.th risks for Chinese ***-pha.e DEHP concentra.ions in Chinese residences a.d kinderga.tens were estima.ed using a.ma.s ba.a.ce model ba.ed on the current ba.eline condition a.d control stra.egies(i.e.,increa.ing ventila.ion ra.e,reducing a.ea.of sources,using mecha.ica. ventila.ion systems,a.d using porta.le a.r clea.ers).The hea.th benefits of ea.h control stra.egy were qua.tified a. the reduction in lifetime ca.cer risks(LCR)a.d burden of disea.e(BoD).In the current situa.ion,the mea. LCR a.d disa.ility-a.justed life yea.s(Da.Y)number a.tributa.le to indoor DEHP exposure for Chinese children were a.ound 6.0×10^(−6) a.d 155 thousa.d,*** mea. LCR a.d Da.Y might be reduced by 25%-54%a.d 16%-40%,respectively,by increa.ing a.r excha.ge ra.es by 100%,reducing the use of source ma.eria.s by two-thirds or deploying commercia. a.r clea.ers in na.ura.ly ventila.ed ***,a.oida.le Da.Ys could result in a.reduction of mea. economic losses of 2.2-5.3 billion *** ventila.ion systems with filtra.ion units ma. not be helpful for reducing children’s hea.th ***-specific a.d ta.lor-ma.e control mea.ures a.e critica. in lowering indoor exposure to DEHP to promote susta.na.le buildings a.d children’s hea.th in China.

芳基取代的苯并噻吩和菲是药物化学和材料科学中的重要结构单元。尽管已经投入了很多来制备这类化合物,并且已经开发了多种方法来构建2-取代的苯并噻吩核心结构,但仍然需要环境友好且有效的合成方法。基于我们以前的以芳基重氮盐为芳基前体的电化学Minisci型芳基化反应,以及来自Konig小组的工作,本文使用成对电解以苯重氮盐为芳基前体来获得2-芳基苯并噻吩和9-芳基菲。首先,选择2-甲硫基苯重氮盐1a.4-甲基苯乙炔2a.为模型底物,通过考察溶剂、支持电解质、电极材料和电流密度来优化反应条件。经过大量的努力,发现在装备有石墨毡阳极、镍片阴极的单室电解池中,使用n-Bu_(4)NBF_(4)作为支持电解质,DMSO作为溶剂,控制在4ma.cm^(-2)条件下恒流电解,获得89%产率的所需产物3a.在最佳条件下,考察该电化学方案和底物范围的普适性。结果表明,烷基乙炔和芳基乙炔都适用于该方法,并成功地得到了一系列芳基取代的苯并噻吩衍生物。考虑到菲类化合物在药物化学和材料科学中的广泛应用,将此方案应用到菲衍生物的合成中,获得了相应的9-芳基菲衍生物。最后,通过循环伏安法分析了可能的机理。2-甲硫基苯重氮盐1a.CH_(3)CN中相对于a./a.^(+)在-0.4 V处产生一个显著的不可逆还原峰,而在扫描电位窗口中没有检测到苯乙炔2a.信号。此外,尽管峰电流略有增加,2a.存在没有改变1a.还原峰电位。这些结果表明1a.还原比2a.还原容易。基于循环伏安分析和光催化结果,我们提出了成对电解机制,即芳基重氮盐1a.阴极的电化学还原产生芳基5a.然后芳基5a.成到苯乙炔上,在分子内环化后产生乙烯基6a.磺酰基7a.最后,7a.阳极氧化,接着用DMSO脱甲基化,生成目标产物3a.总之,我们发展了一种成对电解法来合成2-芳基苯并噻吩衍生物和9-芳基菲衍生物。该方案具有广泛的底物范围和官能团耐受性,进一步证明了芳基重氮盐作为多用途芳基自由基来源通过电化学还原产生芳基自由基的实用性。

Severe a.ute respira.ory syndrome corona.irus 2(Sa.S-CoV-2),the pa.hogen responsible for corona.irus disea.e 2019(COVID-19),continues to evolve,giving rise to more va.ia.ts a.d globa. *** resea.ch ha. demonstra.ed tha. ba.code segments ca. effectively a.d cost-efficiently identify specific species within closely rela.ed *** this study,we designed a.d tested RNa.ba.code segments ba.ed on genetic evolutiona.y rela.ionships to fa.ilita.e the efficient a.d a.cura.e identifica.ion of Sa.S-CoV-2 from extensive virus sa.ples,including huma. corona.iruses(HCoVs)a.d Sa.Sr-CoV-2 *** sequences sourced from NCBI a.d GISa.D were meticulously selected a.d cura.ed to construct tra.ning sets,encompa.sing 1733 complete genome sequences of HCoVs a.d Sa.Sr-CoV-2 *** genetic-level species testing,we va.ida.ed the a.cura.y a.d relia.ility of the ba.code segments for identifying ***,75 ma.n a.d subordina.e species-specific ba.code segments for Sa.S-CoV-2,loca.ed in ORF1a.,S,E,ORF7a.a.d N coding sequences,were intercepted a.d screened ba.ed on single-nucleotide polymorphism sites a.d weighted ***-testing,these segments exhibited high reca.l ra.es(nea.ly 100%),specificity(a.most 30%a. the nucleotide level),a.d precision(100%)performa.ce on *** were eventua.ly visua.ized using one a.d two-dimensiona. combined ba.codes a.d deposited in a. online da.a.a.e(http://***/).The successful integra.ion of ba.coding technology in Sa.S-CoV-2 identifica.ion provides va.ua.le insights for future studies involving complete genome sequence polymorphism ***,this cost-effective a.d efficient identifica.ion a.proa.h a.so provides va.ua.le reference for future resea.ch endea.ors rela.ed to virus surveilla.ce.
