Background:Biliary atresia is a rare congenital bile duct disease that is the leading cause of liver fibrosis in *** colony-stimulating factor(GCSF)is a potential therapy for hepatocellular diseases,but data on GCSF for cholestatic conditions remain *** and methods:the current study examines the role of GCSF in improving bile duct obstruction in *** doses were administered:10.0 mg/kg/day and 61.5 mg/kg/day,which is the animal equivalent dose of 5.0 mg/kg in *** days(D7)after bile duct ligation(BDL),Swiss mice were treated with phosphate buffered saline or GCSF for 5 *** intrahepatic adaptive response of BDL mice was evaluated on postsurgical days D12,D19,and ***:treatment with 61.5 mg/kg of GCSF resulted in a significant increase in circulating leukocytes and neutrophils on *** of liver injury,as shown by reduced aspartate aminotransferase levels,increased albumin levels and survival rate,as well as reduced intrahepatic inflammation and hepatic myeloperoxidase expression,downregulated ductular proliferation,periportal fibroblast activation,and fibrosis,enhanced expressions of hepatocyte growth factor,peroxisome proliferator-activated receptoralpha,and ki67,and suppressed expression of cleaved caspase-3 protein,was noted after treatment with 61.5 mg/kg of ***,GCSF treatment was associated with an increased number of intrahepatic cd3-Sca1tc-Kitt bone marrow cells.

Objective:to investigate the anti-proliferative effects of 20-hydroxyecdysone isolated from the bark of Dacrycarpus imbricatus(Blume) de ***:Column chromatography was used for isolation of compounds from plant *** structure of the isolated compound was identified by mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance techniques,including HSQC,HMBC,NOE-difference *** isolated compound was tested for its anti-proliferative activity in acute myeloid leukemia(AML) and OCI-AML ***:Compound 1 was isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Dacrycarpus imbricatus barks by column *** chemical structure was identified as 20-hydroxyecdysone(20HE),a cholestane-type ecdysteroid,by a combination of mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometric *** goal was to test the anti-proliferative activity of 20 HE using the OCI-AML cell line.20 HE significantly decreased OCI cell number at a concentration of 1 mg/mL,whereas lower concentrations were ***,this decrease was due to partial blockage of the G_1/S phase of the cell cycle,with a reduction of cells in the G_2M phase,not due to increased ***:this indicates that 20 HE significantly decreases the number of cells in the G_1/S phase of the cell cycle in human AML *** is the first time that the anti-proliferative activity of 20 HE against a human tumor cell line has been reported.

Objective:to evaluate the antitumor activity both in vitro and in vivo of saponin–phospholipid complex of Panax ***:the in vitro cytotoxic effect of saponins extract and saponin–phospholipid complex against human lung cancer NCI-H460 and breast cancer cell lines Bt474 was examined using MtS *** in vivo evaluation of antitumor potential,saponin and saponin–phospholipid complex were administered orally in rats induced mammary carcinogenesis by 7,12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene,for 30 ***:Our data showed that saponin–phospholipid complex had stronger anticancer effect compared to saponin *** IC50 values of saponin–phospholipid complex and saponin extract for NCI-H460 cell lines were 28.47 mg/m L and 47.97 mg/mL,respectively and these values for Bt474 cells were 53.18 mg/mL and 86.24 mg/mL,*** vivo experiments,administration of saponin,saponin–phospholipid complex and paclitaxel(positive control) effectively suppressed 7,12-dimethylbenz(a) anthracene-induced breast cancer evidenced by a decrease in tumor volume,the reduction of lipid peroxidation level and increase in the body weight,and elevated the enzymatic antioxidant activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase,glutathione peroxidase in rat breast ***:Our study suggests that saponin extract from Panax notoginseng and saponin–phospholipid complex have potential to prevent cancer,especially breast cancer.

进入21世纪后,教育愈加成为经济社会发展的源动力。越南政府、社会非常重视教育事业的发展,教育规模与教育投入增长迅速,极大地促进了越南教育事业的扩张。但是,受限于越南整体的经济社会发展水平,其教育投入经费始终相对有限,而教育规模始终持续扩张,对学校教育财政管理,提高财政投入的利用效率的提出了更高的要求。因此,本文以越南广义省为例,研究其基础教育财政管理工作的现状,分析财政管理工作存在的问题,并提出针对性的改善措施。广义省是越南中部地区的重点省市,但是其城镇化进程慢,80%以上的人口分布于农村,在一定程度上限制了广义省经济社会的发展。研究发现,广义省的教育财政管理存在一定的问题,主要表现为教育财政投入相对不足,用于个人支出的比例过高,教育财政更多的是表现为生存型财政,而发展相对乏力。对公立教育而言,公立教育的基础设施支出增长乏力,教育培训支出占比较少,学费收入逐年增加,对贫困生的负担日益增加;对外公立教育而言,外公立教育以学费收入为主,主要用于支付教师工资、租地费用以及日常运行经费,可用于教师培训的费用以及利润额度较低，限制了外公立学校教师的发展以及投资者投资的积极性。上述问题制约了广义省基础教育事业的发展,对此,笔者认为应当从以下几方面采取措施:加大越南政府对基础教育的投入、建立与完善专项财政转移支付制度、积极拓宽教育经费筹措渠道、完善越南广义省基础教育财政管理制度。本文主要由五大部分构成:第一的部分是分为研究背景及意义,介绍了研究背景,研究目的与意义,研究问题与方法,概念界定等;第二部分是从文献综述,分越南国内外视角梳理基础教育财政管理的相关文献,奠定文献资料基础;第三部分为越南广义省基础教育事业发展概况,从公立学校、外公立学校、师资、教室、教育质量等方面介绍了广义省基础教育事业的状况;第四部分为广义省基础教育财政管理概况,介绍了广义省基础教育财政管理的内容,从此分析了广义省基础教育财政管理的现状,指出其存在的问题;第五部分,针对广义省基础教育财政管理中存在的问题,提出相应的对策建议,以期能够改善广义省教育财政管理。

Pesticide Risk Reduction of Vegetable Farmers: A Case Study in Vietnam

A survey was carried out on farmers cultivating vegetables in Gia Lam district, Hanoi city, Vietnam to investigate their practice in reducing pesticide risks in their farming. Pesticides were an important input in the production there, but the risks of pesticides in recent years had been insignificant. Research results showed that the majority of farmers had relatively well implemented various solutions to reduce pesticides risks in their production, including actively using alternative pest management (IPM) solutions, using biological pesticides, using pesticides properly according to the 4-right pesticide use principle, using labour protection while spraying, and applying treatment measures after spraying. the study suggested solutions to reduce and avoid pesticide risks.

Biotic and abiotic factors control aboveground biomass(AGB)and the structure of forest *** study analyses the variation of AGB and stand structure of evergreen broadleaved forests among six ecoregions of Vietnam.A data set of 1731-ha plots from 52 locations in undisturbed old-growth forests was *** results indicate that basal area and AGB are closely correlated with annual precipitation,but not with annual temperature,evaporation or hours of *** area and AGB are positively correlated with trees>30 cm *** areas surveyed(52.6%)in these old-growth forests had AGB of 100–200 Mg ha^-1;5.2%had AGB of 400–500 Mg ha^-1,and 0.6%had AGB of>800 Mg ha^-*** percent of the areas surveyed had stand densities of 300–600 ***^-1,and 64%had basal areas of 20–40 m^2 ha^-*** is an important factor influencing the AGB of old-growth,evergreen broadleaved forests in *** causing the loss of large-diameter trees(e.g.,>100 cm DBH)affects AGB but may not seriously affect stand density.

Biological Community in Submerged Caves and Marine Lakes in ha Long-Cat Ba Area, Vietnam

Submerged caves and marine lakes are two iconic and common ecosystems in Ha Long-Cat Ba area. However, their biological characteristics are poorly known since very limited studies have been conducted, the aim of this study was to investigate biodiversity in these ecosystems. three submerged caves （Hang Sang, Hang toi and Qua Bang） and three marine lakes （Dau Be, Ang Du and Qua Bang） were chosen for study. the results showed that organism communities in submerged caves were abundant with over 142 species found. the popular groups comprised sponge and soft coral which were distributed along the length of the caves. Several species with high economic value were widespread in the caves, including stone crab Myomenippe hardwickii, flower crab Portunus pelagicus, cone snails trochus pyramis, shoemaker spinefoot Siganus sutor, snapper Lutjanus russellii. Species that permanently live in caves were not detected. In the lakes where water is well exchanged to the sea, coral reefs were found and they usually formed a narrow band around the lakes. Sandy beaches were often observed around the lakes at the depths of 0.5-2 m, containing specialty species as clam （Sanguinolaria diphos）, snout otter clam （Lutraria rhychaena）, sea cucumbers with high density （in Dau Be, Qua Bang）. there was no coral reef in the enclosed lake （Ang Du） because of low salinity.
