Nowadays,with the rapid development of industrial Internet technology,on the one hand,advanced industrial control systems(ICS)have improved industrial production ***,there are more and more cyber-attacks targeting industrial control *** ensure the security of industrial networks,intrusion detection systems have been widely used in industrial control systems,and deep neural networks have always been an effective method for identifying cyber *** intrusion detection methods still suffer from low accuracy and a high false alarm ***,it is important to build a more efficient intrusion detection *** paper proposes a hybrid deep learning intrusion detection method based on convolutional neural networks and bidirectional long short-term memory neural networks(CNN-BiLSTM).To address the issue of imbalanced data within the dataset and improve the model’s detection capabilities,the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique-Edited Nearest Neighbors(SMOTE-ENN)algorithm is applied in the preprocessing *** algorithm is employed to generate synthetic instances for the minority class,simultaneously mitigating the impact of noise in the majority *** approach aims to create a more equitable distribution of classes,thereby enhancing the model’s ability to effectively identify patterns in both minority and majority *** the experimental phase,the detection performance of the method is verified using two data *** results show that the accuracy rate on the CICIDS-2017 data set reaches 97.7%.On the natural gas pipeline dataset collected by Lan Turnipseed from Mississippi State University in the United States,the accuracy rate also reaches 85.5%.

Small molecule inhibitors have dominated the pharmaceutical landscape for a long time as the primary therapeutic paradigm targeting pathogenic ***,their efficacy heavily relies on the amino acid composition and spatial constitution of proteins,rendering them susceptible to drug resistance and failing to target undruggable *** recent years,the advent of targeted protein degradation(TPD)technology has captured substantial attention from both industry and *** an event-driven mode,TPD offers a novel approach to eliminate pathogenic proteins by promoting their degrada-tion,thus circumventing the limitations associated with traditional small molecule ***-bic tag tethering degrader(HyTTD)technology represents one such TPD approach that is currently in the burgeoning *** employ endogenous protein degradation systems to induce the degrada-tion of target proteins through the proteasome pathway,which displays significant potential for medical *** this review,we provide a comprehensive overview of the development history and the reported mechanism of action of ***,we delve into the physiological roles,structure-activity re-lationships,and medical implications of HyTTDs targeting various disease-associated ***,we propose insights into the challenges that necessitate resolution for the successful development of HyTTDs,with the ultimate goal of initiating a new age of clinical treatment leveraging the immense po-tential of HyTTDs.

Pd-based catalysts exhibit higher catalytic activity and durability in many electrochemical ***,the electrochemical performance can be further enhanced by fine-tune of the alloy *** binary alloys have been fully studied,the multicomponent alloys are far beyond understanding,which leaves cocktail effect a compromised explanation for the high-entropy *** Pd nanosheet-seeded growth was used to synthesize a Pd-Zn-Cd ternary alloy by accurately controlling the Pd-Zn-Cd molar ratio through adjusting the amount of introduced Cd *** analysis of the crystal phase structure of PdCdZnx and PdZn_(x)Cd_(1-x),the competitive relationship of Zn and Cd in the alloying process with Pd was unveiled:Pd1Cd1 intermetallics(IMC)is thermodynamically favored over Pd_(1)Zn_(1)IMC in the ternary ***,the increased structure stability of PdCd over PdZn does not bring about increased durability in the catalytic ethanol oxidation *** morphology selection of Pd seeds is also crucial for the study,as Pd cubes,Pd tetrahedrons,and Pd octahedrons do not form PdZn in the same *** successful alloying through the seeded growth depends on the maximum diffusion depth of foreign atoms into the seed.

Aberrant sperm protamination is linked to sperm dysmorphology and nuclear chromatin ***,its effects on sperm cytoplasmic maturation remain largely *** relationships of protamines,sperm morphology,DNA damage,and cytoplasmic remodeling were illustrated in this study to provide fresh perspectives on the mechanisms of male infertility.A total of 205 infertile males were allocated into 5 groups according to the percentage of spermatozoa exhibiting abnormal morphology within their *** concentration,motility,abnormal sperm morphology,cytoplasmic droplets(CDs),and excess residual cytoplasm(ERC)were analyzed according to the World Health Organization manual(2010).Sperm nuclear vacuoles(NVs)were determined by propidium iodide(PI)*** protamine expressions(P1 and P2)were detected by western *** damage was measured by acridine orange test(AOT)to calculate the proportion of sperm with single-strand DNA breaks(SSBs).Our data showed that sperm concentration and motility in infertile males significantly decreased with the severity of abnormal sperm morphology(both Psitively correlated with the SSB rate(all Psignificant(P<0.01).Aberrant protamination may cause sperm dysmorphology and compromise male fertility by impairing sperm's nucleus and cytoplasm maturation,with the P1/P2 ratio potentially serving as a valuable indicator of sperm quality and male fertility.

This paper develops a generalized scalar auxiliary variable(SAV)method for the time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau *** backward Euler method is used for discretizing the temporal derivative of the time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau *** this method,the system is decoupled and linearized to avoid solving the non-linear equation at each *** theoretical analysis proves that the generalized SAV method can preserve the maximum bound principle and energy stability,and this is confirmed by the numerical result,and also shows that the numerical algorithm is stable.
