Chemotherapy is one of the major approaches for the treatment of metastatic lung cancer,although it is limited by the low tumor delivery efficacy of anticancer *** therapy is emerging for cancer treatment due to its high immune stimulation effect;however,excessively generated immunogenicity will cause serious inflammatory response ***,we prepared cancer cell membrane-coated liposomal paclitaxel-loaded bacterial ghosts(LP@BG@CCM)by layer-by-layer encapsulation for the treatment of metastatic lung *** preparation processes were simple,only involving film formation,electroporation,and pore ***@BG@CCM owned much higher 4T1 cancer cell toxicity than LP@BG due to its faster fusion with cancer *** the 4T1 breast cancer metastatic lung cancer mouse models,the remarkably higher lung targeting of intravenously injected LP@BG@CCM was observed with the almost normalized lung appearance,the reduced lung weight,the clear lung tissue structure,and the enhanced cancer cell apoptosis compared to its ***,several major immune factors were improved after administration of LP@BG@CCM,including the CD4^(+)/CD8a^(+)T cells in the spleen and the TNF-α,IFN-γ,and IL-4 in the ***@BG@CCM exhibits the optimal synergistic chemo-immunotherapy,which is a promising medication for the treatment of metastatic lung cancer.

“生不起”和“没担当”难以有效解释“低生育谜题”,从主观阶层地位角度、结合风险社会这一时代背景的解读值得探索。对中国综合社会调查三期数据的研究发现,主观阶层认知与个体生育意愿呈正相关,影响途径之一是个人的健康状况。相较于在国有部门工作的人,主观阶层认知对非国有部门员工生育意愿的正向作用更为显著;相较于50后、60后和70后,主观阶层认知对80后、90后和00后群体生育意愿的正向作用更为显著。中国的个体化进程使个体在获得流动性的同时,也可能感受到更多风险与不安,对于体制外的年轻人尤其如此,相关部门可在此基础上思考对策以提振生育意愿。

Background:During Enterovirus type 71(EV71)infection,the structural viral protein 1(VP1)activates endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress associated with peripheral myelin protein 22(PMP22)accumulation and induces ***,the speciﬁc mechanism behind this process remains ***:In this research,we used the VP1-overexpressing mouse Schwann cells(SCs)models co-transfected with a PMP22 silencing or Autocrine motility factor receptor(AMFR/gp78)overexpressing vector to explore the regulation of gp78 on PMP22 and its relationship with autophagy and ***:The activity of gp78 could be inﬂuenced by EV71-VP1,leading to a decrease in the ubiquitination and degradation of PMP22,resulting in PMP22 accumulation in *** VP1-overexpressing mouse SCs,all three ER stress sensors,including pancreatic endoplasmic reticulum kinase(PERK),activating transcription factor 6(ATF6)and inositol-requiring enzyme 1(IRE1)and the related downstream signals(C/EBP-homologous protein(CHOP)and Caspase 12)were activated,as well as the ER-resident chaperone Glucose-regulated protein 78(GRP78).In addition,VP1 upregulated the autophagy marker Microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 beta(LC3B),while PMP22 silencing or gp78 overexpression reversed the ***,PMP22 silencing or gp78 overexpression increased proliferation of EV71-VP1-transfected mouse ***:Gp78 could regulate PMP22 accumulation through ubiquitination degradation and cause ER stress and autophagy in EV71-VP1-overexpressing mouse ***,the gp78/PMP22/ER stress axis might emerge as a promising therapeutic target for myelin and neuronal damage induced by EV71 infection.

This study mainly investigated the regulatory effect of Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruit juice fermented by Lacticaseibacillus paracasei SR10-1(LAB-RRTJ)on modulating gut microbiota in dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced ulcerative colitis in *** to control group,DSS induction decreased body weight of mice,indexes of Shannon,Simpson,Chao1 and Faith_pd,and increased disease activity index(DAI)and levels of interleukin 1β(IL-1β),IL-6,tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ);And this induction also led to an increase in Proteobacteria,Verrucomicrobia and Actinobacteria at phylum level,harmful bacterial species richness at genus level,and relative richness of ***,Desulfovibrio C21_c20,*** and Akkermansia muciniphila at species level,and a decrease in Firmicutes at phylum level and relative richness of *** in ***-RRTJ increased body weight of mice with DSS induced ulcerative colitis(UC)and indexes of Shannon,Simpson,Chao1 and Faith_pd,reduced DAI and the content of four infl ammatory factors and improved gut microbiota imbalance in DSS induced UC ***,the number of operational taxonomic units(OTUs)increased,α-diversity andβ-diversity were restored and similar to those in mice in the control group after LAB-RRTJ *** with the positive drug treatment group,LAB-RRTJ has a better effect on regulating gut microbiota diversity in colitis *** analysis showed that infl ammatory factors were positively correlated with harmful bacteria and negatively correlated with beneficial bacteria which commonly found in some colitis *** together,our study demonstrated that LAB-RRTJ could alleviate DSS-induced colitis in mice through the modulation of infl ammatory cytokines and gut microbiota composition.

In mammals,the neonatal heart can regenerate upon injury within a short time after birth,while adults lose this *** reprogramming has been demonstrated to be critical for cardiomyocyte proliferation in the neonatal ***,we reveal that cardiac metabolic reprogramming could be regulated by altering global protein *** performing 4D label-free proteomics and lysine lactylation(Kla)omics analyses in mouse hearts at postnatal days 1,5,and 7,2297 Kla sites from 980 proteins are identified,among which 1262 Kla sites from 409 proteins are *** clustering analysis reveals that the proteins with altered Kla sites are mainly involved in metabolic *** expression and Kla levels of proteins in glycolysis show a positive correlation while a negative correlation in fatty acid ***,we verify the Kla levels of several differentially modified proteins,including ACAT1,ACADL,ACADVL,PFKM,PKM,and ***,our study reports a comprehensive Kla map in the neonatal mouse heart,which will help to understand the regulatory network of metabolic reprogramming and cardiac regeneration.

Metal tellurides(MTes) are highly attractive as promising anodes for high-performance potassium-ion batteries. The capacity attenuation of most reported MTe anodes is attributed to their poor electrical conductivity and large volume variation. The evolution mechanisms, dissolution properties, and corresponding manipulation strategies of intermediates(K-polytellurides, K-pTe_(x)) are rarely mentioned. Herein,we propose a novel structural engineering strategy to confine ultrafine CoTe_(2) nanodots in hierarchical nanogrid-in-nanofiber carbon substrates(CoTe_(2)@NC@NSPCNFs) for smooth immobilization of K-pTe_(x) and highly reversible conversion of CoTe_(2) by manipulating the intense electrochemical reaction process. Various in situ/ex situ techniques and density functional theory calculations have been performed to clarify the formation, transformation, and dissolution of K-pTe_(x)(K_(5)Te_(3) and K_(2)Te), as well as verifying the robust physical barrier and the strong chemisorption of K_(5)Te_(3) and K_(2)Te on S, N co-doped dual-type carbon substrates. Additionally, the hierarchical nanogrid-in-nanofiber nanostructure increases the chemical anchoring sites for K-pTe_(x), provides sufficient volume buffer space, and constructs highly interconnected conductive microcircuits, further propelling the battery reaction to new heights(3500 cycles at 2.0 A g^(-1)). Furthermore, the full cells further demonstrate the potential for practical applications. This work provides new insights into manipulating K-pTe_(x) in the design of ultralong-cycling MTe anodes for advanced PIBs.

OBJECTIVE: To reveal the potential underlying mechanism of the Shenqi Tiaoshen formula(参芪调肾方, SQTS) in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) by utilizing network pharmacology, molecular docking, and experimental verification. METHODS: Multiple open-source databases and research related to Traditional Chinese Medicine or compounds were employed to screen active ingredients and corresponding potential targets of the SQTS. The protein-protein interaction network screened hub genes, the relevant molecular mechanism and gene regulation were initially identified through the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) and Gene Ontology(GO) analysis, and molecular docking was used to confirm further the interaction of the main components bound to the core targets. In vivo experiments on the COPD combined Qi-deficiency syndrome rat model were performed to verify the intervention effects and predicted potential molecular mechanisms of the SQTS. RESULTS: This study selected 156 active compounds and 326 candidate targets for treating COPD. Quercetin, Nobiletin, Kaempferol, Luteolin, Ginsenoside Rh2 and Formononetin were probably the main active compounds of SQTS in COPD treatment as they affected the most COPD-related targets, and interleukin-1(IL-6), signal transducing activator of transcription 3(STAT3), matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9), vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA), protein kinase B(AKT1), hypoxiainducible factor-1α(HIF-1α), and forkhead box O3(FoxO3) were identified as the hub genes associated with its therapeutic effect. KEGG analysis was mainly enriched in the signaling pathways closely related to inflammation, immunity and oxidative stress, such as HIF-1, tumor necrosis factor(TNF), phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase(PI3K)-AKT, FoxO, apoptosis, IL-17, and toll-like receptor.
