BACKGROUND Perioperative shivering is clinically common during cesarean sections under neuraxial anesthesia,and several neuraxial adjuvants are reported to have preventive effects on ***,the results of current studies are controversial and the effects of these neuraxial adjuvants remain *** To evaluate the effects of neuraxial adjuvants on perioperative shivering during cesarean sections,thus providing an optimal choice for clinical *** A systematic review and network meta-analysis were conducted following the PRISMA (Preferred Reported Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis) *** were performed using Review Manager 5.3 and Stata *** searched PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science,and Cochrane Central databases for eligible clinical trials assessing the effects of neuraxial adjuvants on perioperative shivering and other adverse events during cesarean *** shivering was defined as the primary endpoint,and nausea,vomiting,pruritus,hypotension,and bradycardia were the secondary *** Twenty-six studies using 9 neuraxial adjuvants for obstetric anesthesia during caesarean sections were *** results showed that,compared with placebo,pethidine,fentanyl,dexmedetomidine,and sufentanil significantly reduced the incidence of perioperative *** the four neuraxial adjuvants,pethidine was the most effective one for shivering prevention (OR = 0.15,95%CI: 0.07-0.35,surface under the cumulative ranking curve 83.9),but with a high incidence of nausea (OR = 3.15,95%CI: 1.04-9.57) and vomiting (OR = 3.71,95%CI: 1.81-7.58).The efficacy of fentanyl for shivering prevention was slightly inferior to pethidine (OR = 0.20,95%CI: 0.09-0.43),however,it significantly decreased the incidence of nausea (OR = 0.34,95%CI: 0.15-0.79) and vomiting (OR = 0.25,95%CI: 0.11-0.56).In addition,compared with sufentanil,fentanyl showed no impact on haemodynamic stability and the incidence of *** Pe

Dynamic performance on solids flow with water in deviated tubing is essential for the reliability of pump and normal operation of horizontal and directional *** with coal-water flow in vertical tubing and sand-oil flow with high production in deviated tubing,solids deposition with water shows obvious non-symmetric distributions in deviated tubing from simulations and *** mathematical model of two phase flow was developed under coupling conditions of deviated tubing,low flow rate and viscosity based on the kinetic theory of granular flow and first-order discrete *** results show that solid-water stratified flow in deviated tubing can be divided into two zones of suspension bed and the moving bed throughout the flow *** solid flowing velocity with water is negative and particles slide down at the bottom of moving bed *** process of solids flow with water in deviated tubing will produce pressure loss and consume the kinetic *** thickness of deposited layer and the flowing velocity of solids flow downward with water at the moving bed zone enhance with the decreased inlet flow rate and the increased particle size,tubing inside diameter(ID)and inclination *** are easier into suspension from the upper part of moving bed zone to suspension bed zone and more solid particles flow with water towards the tubing outlet with the increase of inlet flowing *** decision is made to reduce the screen width,tubing ID and inclination angle to maintain to be greater than critical deposition velocity in order to prevent solids *** it provides the theoretical basis and technical reserves for solid control and offers an effective approach to enhance tubing cleaning in deviated strings.

Planting grass and legume mixtures on improved grasslands has the potential advantage of realizing both higher yields and lower environmental pollution by optimizing the balance between applied N fertilizer and the natural process of legume biological nitrogen fixation. However, the optimal level of N fertilization for grass-legume mixtures, to obtain the highest yield, quality, and contribution of N2 fixation, varies with species. A greenhouse pot experiment was conducted to study the temporal dynamics of N2 fixation of alfalfa （Medicago sativa L.） grown alone and in mixture with smooth bromegrass （Bromus inermis Leyss.） in response to the addition of fertilizer N. Three levels of N （0, 75, and 150 kg ha-1） were examined using 15N-labeled urea to evaluate N2 fixation via the 15N isotope dilution method. Treatments were designated NO （0.001 g per pot）, N75 （1.07 g per pot） and N150 （2.14 g per pot）. Alfalfa grown alone did not benefit from the addition of fertilizer N; dry matter was not significantly increased. In contrast, dry weight and N content of smooth bromegrass grown alone was increased significantly by N application. When grown as a mixture, smooth bromegrass biomass was increased significantly by N application, resulted in a decrease in alfalfa biomass. In addition, individual alfalfa plant dry weight （shoots＋roots） was significantly lower in the mixture than when grown alone at all N levels. Smooth bromegrass shoot and root dry weight were significantly higher when grown with alfalfa than when grown alone, regardless of N application level. When grown alone, alfalfa＇s N2 fixation was reduced with N fertilization （R2=0.9376,P=0.0057）. When grown in a mixture with smooth bromegrass, with 75 kg ha-1 of N fertilizer, the percentage of atmospheric N2 fixation contribution to total N in alfalfa （%Ndfa） had a maximum of 84.07 and 83.05% in the 2nd and 3rd harvests, respectively. 目的:了解心理痛苦研究领域整体情况,分析研究发展状况及研究热点,为相关研究提供参考依据。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)4个数据库建库至2023年4月25日收录的心理痛苦相关研究文献。采用NoteExpress软件合并去重,采用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件绘制作者、机构、关键词知识图谱并进行分析。结果:纳入文献667篇,文献来源于230种期刊,其中《护理学杂志》和《当代护士》发文量最多,均为25篇。心理痛苦领域发文量呈逐年上升趋势,高频关键词有“影响因素”“生活质量”。关注不同高风险人群的负性情绪,积极给予社会支持、叙事护理等心理干预策略是研究趋势。结论:近年来病人的心理痛苦已引起医护人员的关注与重视,相关研究发文量逐年上升,但研究多集中于横断面调查,缺乏纵向研究。未来仍需积极探索新的心理干预策略,追踪心理痛苦发展轨迹,以期早期识别病人的心理痛苦及程度,积极采取干预措施提高病人的生活质量。

The objective of this paper was to evaluate the effect of vanadium(V)in high-fat diets sourced from egg yolk on body weight gain,feed intake,blood characteristics and antioxidative status of Wistar rats.A total of 72 female Wistar rats were allocated according to a 2 x 4 factorial design throughout a 5-wk trial,including 2 levels of dietary fat(normal and high;ether extract 40.3 and 301.2 g/kg;fat sourced from egg yolk)and 4 levels of dietary V(0,3,15 and 30 mg/kg).Vanadium decreased(P<0.05)body weight gain(V at 30 mg/kg during wk 1 and 2;V at 15 and 30 mg/kg during the overall phase),feed intake(V at30 mg/kg during wk 3 and the overall phase;V at 15 and 30 mg/kg during wk 4),but increased the relative weight of liver(V at 30 mg/kg,P<0.05).Moreover,increasing dietary V significantly increased(P<0.05)plasma aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase and malondialdehyde levels and decreased triglyceride level,and V at 30 mg/kg in high-fat treatment had the highest or lowest values(interaction,P<0.05).Under the same dietary V dose,V residual content in liver(dietary V at 15 and30 mg/kg)and kidney(dietary V at 15 mg/kg)was higher in high-fat diet treatment compared with normal-fat diet treatment(P<0.05).In conclusion,it is suggested that V could decrease the body weight together with the feed intake,and the high fat could enhance oxidative stress induced by V of Wistar rats.

With the degeneration of environment and acceleration of urbanization,human environment has attracted great attention *** paper sets up the Human Settlements Environment Index(HEI) model and evaluates the natural environment suitability for Human Settlements in China based on GIS *** results show that the HEI of China decreases from southeast to northwest in general,HEI is significantly correlated with population density at grid size and the correlation coefficient(r) between them reaches 0.93,which indicates that natural environment suitability for Human Settlements has a significant influence on population *** people in China mainly concentrate in areas with high natural environment *** total suitable area is 430.47×104 km2,which accounts for nearly 45% of the total land area in China,while the proportion of people living in the area reaches 96.56%.With a population density of 18 people per square kilometer,the critical area is the transitional region for people to live in *** critical area covers 225.11×104 km2 with a population of 41.12 *** non-suitable area covers 304.42×104 km2 with a population of only 2.49 million.

Modified 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide(EDC)method was employed to synthesize the artificial antigen of norfloxacin(NOR),and New Zealand rabbits were used to produce anti-NOR polyclonal antibody(pAb).Based on the checkerboard titration,an indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(icELISA) standard curve was *** assay was sensitive and had a working range from 0.12 to 68.40 ng/ml,with the half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50)and limit of detection(LOD)values of 2.7 ng/ml and 0.06 ng/ml,*** produced pAb exhibited high cross-reactivity to fluoroquinolones(FQs)tested,and the IC50 values to enoxacin,ciprofloxacin,and pefloxacin were 3.1,3.4,and 4.1 ng/ml,*** also indicated that the concentrations of NaOH and methanol in assay buffer should not be higher than 10%and 30%.When spiked in milk at 5,20,and 50 ng/ml,the recoveries for NOR,enoxacin,ciprofloxacin,and pefloxacin ranged 90.5%-98.0%,84.0%-95.2%,94.0%-106.0%,and 89.5%-100.0%,*** results suggest that this class-specific pAb-based icELISA could be utilized for the primary screening of FQ residues in animal-original products.

目的了解苏州市≤5岁儿童流感样疾病(influenza-like illness,ILI)流行特征及卫生服务利用现状,并分析卫生服务利用的影响因素,为准确估计流感疾病负担和合理配置卫生资源提供依据。方法2022年10月对苏州市≤5岁社区儿童1个月内ILI患病和就医情况进行问卷调查。描述不同特征儿童ILI月患病率、ILI就医率、就医ILI住院率,并以多因素logistic回归法分析卫生服务利用的影响因素。结果共收集有效问卷9527份,以1~<2岁组(占22.76%)、男性(占57.90%)、主城区户籍(占65.88%)为主。1个月内报告ILI病例562例,ILI月患病率为5.90%,ILI就医率61.92%,就医ILI住院率31.32%。ILI月患病率随年龄增加而升高(χ趋势2=20.45,P<0.01);不同年龄组、不同户籍儿童的ILI就医率、就医住院率差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.06~35.14,P值均<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,与0~<0.5岁组相比,1~<2岁组[OR(95%CI):2.42(1.01~6.02)]和3~<4岁组[OR(95%CI):2.47(1.01~5.95)]ILI患儿就医率更高;与主城区户籍儿童相比,非主城区[OR(95%CI):2.38(1.53~3.76)]和流动儿童[OR(95%CI):5.58(2.78~12.51)]ILI就医率更高;与发热仅伴1种症状的儿童相比,发热伴2种症状的ILI就医率更高[OR(95%CI):1.69(1.12~2.57)]。结论苏州市≤5岁儿童ILI疾病负担较重,其卫生服务利用受年龄、户籍、症状轻重因素影响;基层卫生服务利用率有待提高。
