Dark photons have been well motivated as strong candidates for dark force carriers and light dark matter in the sub-GeV mass *** with collider experiments,fixed-target experiments provide a complementary approach to searching for dark photons,particularly in the lower mass *** have studied the physics potential of the electron-on-target experiment based on the Shanghai SHINE facility,which provides 10 MHz single electron beam at 8 GeV *** analysis focuses on dark photons being produced via electron and nucleon interaction and then decays to dark matter candidates,which escape detection as missing momentum in the *** experiment takes advantage of using missing momentum to enhance signal versus background separation *** this study,signal samples as a function of dark photon mass and an inclusive background sample with 2.5 billion events are simulated with *** better background estimates,major rare background processes have also been *** paper presents the experiment and detector design,signal and background simulations,analysis strategy,and the prospective study of the experiment *** 9×10^(14) electron-on-target events(about three years running),this experiment is expected to rule out most of the sensitive regions predicted by popular dark photon models.

Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nMCPs)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped MCPs(B-MCPs)have attracted significant attention owing to their potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy *** spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved ***,their practical applications still face many technical *** this study,a B-MCP with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to MeV at the Back-n white neutron source at the China Spallation Neutron *** neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 300 times that of an ordinary MCP and indicates the success of 10 B *** factors that caused the reduction in the detection efficiency were simulated and *** neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-MCP was compared with that obtained by other measurement methods,and showed very good consistency for neutron energies below tens of *** response is more complicated at higher neutron energy,at which point the elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-MCP gradually become *** is beneficial for the detection of neutrons,as it compensates for the detection efficiency of B-MCP for high-energy neutrons.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAmoST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAmoST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in june 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAmoST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in june 2013. The LAmoST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAmoST DR1 under the LAmoST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

An ongoing randomized,double-blind,controlled phase 2 trial was conducted to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a mosaic-type recombinant vaccine candidate,named NVSI-06-09,as a booster dose in subjects aged 18 years and older from the United Arab Emirates(UAE),who had administered two or three doses of inactivated vaccine BBIBP-CorV at least 6 months prior to *** participants were randomly assigned with 1:1 to receive a booster dose of NVSI-06-09 or *** primary outcomes were immunogenicity and safety against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)Omicron variant,and the exploratory outcome was cross-immunogenicity against other circulating *** May 25 and 30,2022,516 adults received booster vaccination with 260 in NVSI-06-09 group and 256 in BBIBP-CorV *** results showed a similar safety profile between two booster groups,with low incidence of adverse reactions of grade 1 or *** immunogenicity,by day 14 post-booster,the fold rises in neutralizing antibody geometric mean titers(GMTs)from baseline elicited by NVSI-06-09 were remarkably higher than those by BBIBP-CorV against the prototype strain(19.67 vs 4.47-fold),Omicron BA.1.1(42.35 vs 3.78-fold),BA.2(25.09 vs 2.91-fold),BA.4(22.42 vs 2.69-fold),and BA.5 variants(27.06 vs 4.73-fold).Similarly,the neutralizing GMTs boosted by NVSI-06-09 against Beta and Delta variants were also 6.60-fold and 7.17-fold higher than those by *** findings indicated that a booster dose of NVSI-06-09 was well-tolerated and elicited broad-spectrum neutralizing responses against divergent SARS-CoV-2 variants,including Omicron and its sub-lineages.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

目的了解广西壮族自治区近20年间妇科恶性肿瘤住院患者的构成特点及变化趋势。方法对1985—2004年间广西壮族自治区23家医院收治的8009例妇科恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果(1)构成比:妇科恶性肿瘤中,构成比排在前4位的分别是宫颈癌、卵巢恶性肿瘤、子宫内膜癌、恶性滋养细胞肿瘤。其中,1985—1989年、2000—2004年宫颈癌住院患者的构成比呈上升的趋势,从17.48%上升到49.25%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。(2)好发年龄:近10年,宫颈癌的发病年龄明显前移,从≥60岁前移到<40岁,两者比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。(3)地域和职业分布:前10年宫颈癌患者主要集中于城市,构成比为67.1%;后10年却逐渐向农村转移,农村宫颈癌患者构成比达52.6%。(4)手术病理分期或临床分期:妇科恶性肿瘤患者就诊时大多数已经处于Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期,中晚期(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)的构成比多在60%以上。结论(1)应重点加强对宫颈癌的普查防治工作,同时也要加大对其他妇科肿瘤的防治力度。(2)加大对相应肿瘤标志物、新的诊治方法的发现和研究力度,提高早期诊治率。

人脑组织库(简称脑库)是通过遗体器官组织捐献渠道进行的脑组织采集、存储、研究并资源共享,为医学研究者开展神经病学和神经科学研究而奠定基础的机构。脑库的发展伴随神经病学发展的始终:神经病学始于对个案脑组织的尸体解剖病理学检查,随着脑库建设可将神经病学再度带入崭新的认知领域,促进神经系统疾病新病种的发现与确定,对探索疾病的发生发展机制和新的治疗手段具有重要作用。本文拟从脑库发展史、国内外发展现状及其与神经病学的时代意义等方面进行阐述,并探讨我国脑库建设的机遇与挑战。
