Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FT-ICR-MS) was used to determine the structures of anhydroicaritin glycosides by the MS/MS experiments of anhydroicaritin glycosides and their methylated derivatives. With high accuracy FT-ICR-MS provides much information about the structures of compounds, FT-ICR-MS shows the great potential application in the structural characterization of unknown compounds.

BACKGROUND Fibrous dysplasia associated with aneurysmal bone cyst(ABC)-like changes in the right proximal femur has a low *** is considered more difficult to make early diagnosis than for single fibrous *** SUMMARY A 14-year-old woman was admitted because of persistent pain in the right hip and abnormal gait over the previous 2 *** had no history of present or past *** photography,enhanced computed tomography,and magnetic resonance imaging showed ground-glass appearance with cortical scalloping and expansion of the right proximal femur and femoral *** examination by preoperative puncture biopsy revealed fibrous dysplasia of the right proximal *** patient was diagnosed with fibrous dysplasia based on medical history,physical examination,and results of laboratory,imaging and pathological *** to final pathological examination,the patient was diagnosed with fibrous dysplasia of the right proximal femur associated with *** and allograft along with fixation of compression screws was performed for fibrous dysplasia associated with ABClike *** obvious allograft absorption,loosening of fixation,or secondary fracture were observed during 6-months’follow-up with re-examination by plain radiography and computed *** dysplasia associated with ABClike changes in the right proximal femur has a low incidence and early diagnosis is considered more difficult than for single fibrous *** We report a cases of fibrous dysplasia associated with ABC-like changes in the right proximal femur treated with curettage and allograft along with hip compression screws.

Owing to the limitations of the present efforts on drug discovery against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)and the lack of the understanding of the biological regulation mechanisms underlying COVID-19,alternative or novel therapeutic targets for COVID-19 treatment are still urgently ***-CoV-2 infection and immunity dysfunction are the two main courses driving the pathogenesis of *** the virus and host factors are potential targets for antiviral ***,in this study,the current therapeutic strategies of COVID-19 have been classified into"target virus"and"target host" *** drugs,emerging approaches,and promising potential targets are the implementations of the above two ***,a comprehensive review of the highly acclaimed old drugs was performed according to evidence-based medicine to provide recommendations for ***,their unavailability in the fight against COVID-19 was ***,a profound analysis of the emerging approaches was conducted,particularly all licensed vaccines and monoclonal antibodies(mAbs)enrolled in clinical trials against primary SARS-CoV-2 and mutant ***,the pros and cons of the present licensed vaccines were compared from different ***,the most promising potential targets were reviewed,and the update of the progress of treatments has been summarized based on these reviews.

In the literatures about Ultra Wide Band （UWB） to date, the receiver structure is mainly based on Rake receiver. But due to the wave distortion caused by overlapped between the received and the sent pulses, a lot of energy in demodulator will be lost. In this paper, a new receiver is developed by adopting maximum likelihood algorithm, in which RAKE structure is not needed and can also be implemented easily. The simulation showed that this method has BER advantage over the traditional RAKE receiver with maximal ratio combining at high SNR, and over the autocorrelation receiver as well.

Objective To conduct a Meta-analysis of studies that compared the efficacies of mild ovarian stimulation and conventional long GnRH agonist protocol in patients under- going IVF or intracytoplasmic sperm injection （ICSI）. Methods Meta-analysis was performed. All studies were published by July 2012 with data related to outcomes following mild ovarian stimulation compared with the conventional protocol. Odds ratios （ORs） and weighted/standardized mean difference （WMD/SMD） from individual study were pooled in fixed and random effect models. Main outcome measure was the efficacy of mild ovarian stimulation. Results Six articles were included in this Meta-analysis. The number of oocytes retrieved was lower, the cycle cancellation rate was higher and the incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome （OHSS） was lower in the mild stimulation group than in conventional ovarian stimulation group. Clinical pregnancy rates were similar in both mild and conventional stimulation groups. Conclusions The level of evidence supporting the use of mild stimulation protocols in IVF is low, considering the fewer oocytes retrieved and the higher rates of cycle cancellation.

Objective： To explore the role of matrix metalloproteinase-1,2 （MMP-1, MMP-2） and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinases-1 （TIMP-1） in endometriosis. Methods： The eutopic and ectopic endometria from 40 subjects suffering from endometriosis and *** from 40 subjects （excluding endometriosis） were collected and examined by in situ hybridization technology and western blot assay. Results： Both expressions of MMP-1 and -2 were stronger in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium than in normal endometrium. On the contrary, the expression of TIMP-1 in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium was lower. The differences were significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Moreover, there was no relationship among the expressions of MMP-1, 2 and TIMP-1 in ectopic endometrium. Conclusion： The expressions of MMP-1, 2 and TIMP-1 lose balance and lack of periodic changes in ectopic endometrium , which explains the biological invasive behavior of endometriosis. It was suggested-that regulating the balance between the MMPs and TIMP-1 should be an ideal therapeutic target to endometriosis.
