Background:Dengue fever,an acute insect-borne infectious disease caused by the dengue virus(DENV),poses a great challenge to global public *** involve-ment is the most common complication of severe dengue and is closely related to the occurrence and development of ***,the features of adaptive immune responses associated with liver injury in severe dengue are not ***:We used single-cell sequencing to examine the liver tissues of mild or se-vere dengue mice model to analyze the changes in immune response of T cells in the liver after dengue virus infection,and the immune interaction between macrophages and T *** cytometry was used to detect T cells and macrophages in mouse liver and blood to verify the single-cell sequencing ***:Our result showed CTLs were significantly activated in the severe liver injury group but the immune function-related signal pathway was *** rea-son may be that the excessive immune response in the severe group at the late stage of DENV infection induces the polarization of macrophages into M2 type,and the macrophages then inhibit T cell immunity through the TGF-βsignaling *** ad-dition,the increased proportion of Treg cells suggested that Th17/Treg homeostasis was disrupted in the livers of severe liver injury ***:In this study,single-cell sequencing and flow cytometry revealed the characteristic changes of T cell immune response and the role of macrophages in the liver of severe dengue fever *** study provides a better understanding of the pathogenesis of liver injury in dengue fever patients.

High-performance MXene-based polymer nanocomposites are well-suited for various industrial applications owing to their excellent mechanical,thermal,and other ***,the fabrication of flame-retardant polymer/MXene nanocom-posites remains challenging owing to the limited flame-retardant properties of MXene *** study prepared a novel MXene@Ag@PA hybrid material via radiation modification and complexation *** material was used to further enhance the key properties of ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA),such as its mechanical properties,thermal conductivity,flame retardancy,and electromagnetic *** addition of two parts of this hybrid material increased the thermal conduc-tivity of EVA by 44.2%and reduced its peak exothermic rate during combustion by 30.1%compared with pure *** material also significantly reduced smoke production and increased the residue *** the X-band,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the EVA composites reached 20 ***,the MXene@Ag@PA hybrid material could be used to further enhance the mechanical properties of EVA composites under electron-beam ***,this study contributes to the development of MXene-based EVA advanced materials that are fire-safe,have high strength,and exhibit good electromagnetic shielding performance for various applications.

Enhancing Entity Relationship Extraction in Dialogue Texts Using Hypergraph and Heterogeneous Graph

Dialogue-based relation extraction(DialogRE) aims to predict relationships between two entities in dialogue. Current approaches to dialogue relationship extraction grapple with long-distance entity relationships in dialogue data as well as complex entity relationships, such as a single entity with multiple types of connections. To address these issues, this paper presents a novel approach for dialogue relationship extraction termed the hypergraphs and heterogeneous graphs model(HG2G). This model introduces a two-tiered structure, comprising dialogue hypergraphs and dialogue heterogeneous graphs, to address the shortcomings of existing methods. The dialogue hypergraph establishes connections between similar nodes using hyper-edges and utilizes hypergraph convolution to capture multi-level features. Simultaneously, the dialogue heterogeneous graph connects nodes and edges of different types, employing heterogeneous graph convolution to aggregate cross-sentence information. Ultimately, the integrated nodes from both graphs capture the semantic nuances inherent in dialogue. Experimental results on the DialogRE dataset demonstrate that the HG2G model outperforms existing state-of-the-art methods.

In the field of perovskite solar cells(PSCs),the research on defects in the buried interface has been relatively limited due to its non-exposure;however,this interface significantly impacts the performance enhancement of inverted *** study employs phenylethylammonium chloride(PEACl)molecules as a buffer layer to modify the buried interface of p-i-n structured PSCs,aiming to enhance the uniformity of self-assembled monolayers(SAMs)and facilitate the uniform nucleation and growth of perovskite films on the ***,the introduction of the PEACl buffer layer effectively passivates defects at the bottom of the perovskite layer and notably enhances the crystal quality of the perovskite film by mitigating residual stress,thereby reducing nonradiative recombination *** these optimizations,the MA-free PSCs treated with PEACl achieve a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 24.11%,with significant improvements in storage,thermal stability,and operational *** noteworthy is the device's performance in an unencapsulated state,whereas after 1,500 hours of continuous light operation stability testing,it retains 97%of its original *** study not only enriches the systematic understanding of the characteristics of the buried interface in PSCs but also contributes significantly to advancing the commercial production of perovskite photovoltaic technology.

西巴尔干地区是中东欧区域重要的地缘政治板块,是欧盟向东扩大政治版图、提高区域治理威望的重点对象。近年来,受域内域外多重危机影响,欧盟的本体性安全感下降,对中国与西巴尔干共建“一带一路”合作高度警觉,对中国的负面认知上升,逐渐将中国定义为巴尔干半岛的“经济麻烦制造者”“威权政治助推器”和“规范价值破坏者”,试图离间中国与西巴尔干国家的关系,巩固欧盟的“统治地位”,维护其“本体性安全”。然而,欧盟对西巴尔干国家的入盟承诺与其迟缓甚至停滞的扩员行动自相矛盾,令西巴尔干国家失望,并引发它们的质疑。与此同时,西巴尔干国家与中国共建“一带一路”合作结出累累硕果,成为促进当地经济发展的新动力、新引力,也成为中欧在互联互通、绿色发展、数字经济等方面拓展合作、共同促进西巴尔干国家发展的新机遇、新空间。本文从本体性安全角度审视欧盟对中国与西巴尔干国家共建“一带一路”的认知与反应,有助于为理解和应对欧盟的安全焦虑与过度反应,探寻一种合理解释框架与理性处理之道。

Background:Although previous studies indicate that perceived social support might be associated with adolescent psychological problems,the specific mechanism has not been thoroughly *** on theoretical and empirical research on problematic Internet use(PIU)and sleep quality,this study explored whether they play a mediating role between perceived social support and symptoms of depression and anxiety among ***,we investigated whether these relationships varied by place of ***:A sample of 2115 Chinese adolescents was included,and analyzed data related to perceived social support,PIU,sleep quality,symptoms of depression and anxiety,and sociodemographic *** analysis,mediation,and moderation analysis were mainly ***:Perceived social support was negatively correlated with depressive symptoms(r=−0.22,plity played a chain mediating role in the relationship between perceived social support and symptoms of depression and anxiety in ***,the place of residence moderated the relationships between perceived social support and PIU and symptoms of depression and *** social support was a significant negative predictor of PIU and symptoms of depression and anxiety among adolescents in urban areas but not in rural ***:The findings suggest that low levels of perceived social support may lead to more PIU and poorer sleep quality,which may further increase the risk of symptoms of depression and anxiety in adolescents,especially in urban areas.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a prevalent metabolic *** the availability of numerous pharmacotherapies,a range of adverse reactions,including hypoglycemia,gastrointestinal discomfort,and lactic acidosis,limits their patient applicability and long-term ***,it is necessary to screen novel therapeutic drugs for T2DM treatment that have high efficacy but few adverse ***-activated protein kinase(AMPK)stands out as one of the most powerful targets for T2DM *** can be activated through energysensing or calcium *** that activate AMPK through the energy-sensing mechanism exhibit remarkable potency,but they are accompanied by lactic acidosis,carrying an alarmingly high mortality ***,medications that activate AMPK through calcium signaling,such as gliclazide,seldom induce lactic ***,the efficacy of gliclazide is much lower than ***,it is necessary to explore targets that activate AMPK via calcium signaling to avoid lactic acidosis while maintaining high *** channels are the main controller of intracellular calcium *** agonists and inhibitors targeting ion channels have been reported to activate *** this review,we will summarize the structure and function of calcium-permeable ion channels and discuss the potential of targeting these calcium channels for T2DM treatment.

Objective Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a neurodevelopmental condition characterized by difficulties with communication and social interaction,restricted and repetitive *** studies have indicated that individuals with ASD exhibit early and lifelong attention deficits,which are closely related to the core symptoms of *** visual attention processes may provide a critical foundation for their social communication and interaction ***,this study explores the behavior of children with ASD in capturing attention to changes in topological *** Our study recruited twenty-seven ASD children diagnosed by professional clinicians according to DSM-5 and twenty-eight typically developing(TD)age-matched *** an attention capture task,we recorded the saccadic behaviors of children with ASD and TD in response to topological change(TC)and non-topological change(nTC)*** reaction time(SRT),visual search time(VS),and first fixation dwell time(FFDT)were used as indicators of attentional *** correlation tests between the clinical assessment scales and attentional bias were *** This study found that TD children had significantly faster SRT(Pli compared to the nTC stimuli,while the children with ASD did not exhibit significant differences in either measure(P>0.05).Additionally,ASD children demonstrated significantly less attention towards the TC targets(measured by FFDT),in comparison to TD children(Plinear correlation between their attentional bias(measured by VS)and their scores on the compulsive subscale(P<0.05).Conclusion The results suggest that children with ASD have difficulty shifting their attention to objects with topological changes during change *** atypical attention may affect the child’s cognitive and behavioral development,thereby impacting their social communication and
