Background: Conge.ital Me.oblastic Ne.hroma (CMN) is a me.e.chymal re.al tumour of e.rly life. With a me.ian diagnosis of two months and ove. 90% of case. occurring within the.first ye.r of life. it is the.most pre.ale.t non-Wilms’ re.al tumour. e.e. though imaging can be.use. as a diagnosing tool, it is fre.ue.tly ide.tifie. in the.ne.natal pe.iod whe. the.baby has an abdominal mass. The.e.are.thre. diffe.e.t histologic type.: mixe., ce.lular, and classic. Radical ne.hre.tomy is the.usual mode.of tre.tme.t, though adjuvant che.othe.apy may be.ne.e.sary for the.ce.lular type. which may be.aggre.sive. Case.pre.e.tation: We.re.ort on a case.of a 2-day-old te.m male.ne.nate.born to a 27-ye.r-old mothe. through spontane.us ve.te. de.ive.y (SVD). He.pre.e.te. with a right-side. abdominal mass from birth. An abdominal ultrasound scan re.e.le. a huge. we.l-circumscribe. he.e.oge.e.us soft tissue.mass in the.right he.i-abdome. e.te.ding to the.le.t side. me.suring 10.2 cm by 8.0 cm. He.unde.we.t a right radical ne.hre.tomy with a tumour we.ght of 450 g and a size.of 18 cm × 15 cm × 6 cm. Histopathological diagnosis was Conge.ital Me.oblastic Ne.hroma (ce.lular type. Stage.1. Conclusion: Any infant with a re.al tumour should be.e.aluate. for conge.ital me.oblastic ne.hroma. De.aile. inve.tigation and comple.e.re.e.tion are.fundame.tal for e.suring an e.ce.le.t outcome.

Agriculture.is one.of the.priority se.tors in Timor-Le.te. Introducing ne. agriculture.te.hnology is crucial to e.hance.agricultural production. Practicing cattle.fatte.ing can incre.se.be.f cattle.body we.ght and ge.e.ate.income.to the.be.f cattle.farme.s. As farme.s face.proble.s including agricultural production de.line. lack of forage. and information and we.the. unfavourable. The.study’s purpose.was to e.amine.the.impact of adoption of cattle.fatte.ing te.hnology on farme. house.olds in Atabae.administrative.post, Bobonaro municipality in Timor-Le.te. The.e.we.e.200 be.f cattle.farme.s house.olds whe.e.randomly se.e.te. in four village. in Atabae. It consiste. of 65 farme.s practicing cattle.fatte.ing and 135 farme.s non-practicing cattle.fatte.ing. Face.to face.inte.vie.s use. structure. que.tionnaire. Statistical analysis such as t-te.t and de.criptive.analysis we.e.use. to e.amine.impact adoption of cattle.fatte.ing te.hnology by farme.s and factor constraints of cattle.production and the.solutions of it. The.re.ults indicate. the.ave.age.value.of cattle.and profit we.e.significant diffe.e.t from ze.o and it is associate. with practicing of cattle.fatte.ing. The.ave.age.of labour use. on cattle.activitie., the.ave.age.of cattle.sold, and total cost spe.t on cattle.we.e.not significant diffe.e.t from ze.o. The.pe.ce.tage.of farme.s said that factors constraints cattle.production we.e.shortage.of wate. and forage.(53%) and spe.d time.on culture.ce.e.ony and lack of capital (33%). The.numbe. of farme.s said that the. colle.te. wate. from rive., fe.d cattle.with sago and forage.(55.3%) and cultivate. forage.(23.4%). This finding contribute. information to the.farme.s, trade.s, and Timore.e.gove.nme.t to continue.imple.e.ting cattle.fatte.ing activitie. as it e.hance. farme.s’ income.and de.e.oping cattle.production.
