A phylogenetic analysis of nuLSU and ITS sequences representing genera previously included in Dacampiaceae indicates that the family is strongly polyphyletic and that the type species of Dacampia is placed in *** genus Munkovalsaria *** placed in Didymosphaeriaceae(Pleosporales).Polycoccum *** two species of Clypeococcum are shown to form a new lineage sister to the Trypetheliaceae in Trypetheliales and described here as *** members of Polycoccum *** included in the Pleosporales and are closely related to lichenicolous Phoma-like species of the family *** genus Didymocyrtis is resurrected for these species and for lichenicolous species previously assigned to Diederichia,Diederichomyces,Leptosphaeria and *** genera Diederichia and Diederichomyces are synonymized with *** new combinations Didymocyrtis bryonthae,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,*** and *** are made,and the new name *** is introduced for Phoma *** anamorph-teleomorph relationships are resolved,such as Didymocyrtis ramalinae–Phoma ficuzzae and Didymocyrtis consimilis–Phoma caloplacae,the phylogenetic results being supported by single ascospore cultures that lead to the asexual stage producing pycnidia and conidia in *** by host switching is assumed to be important in the genus *** identification key to Didymocyrtis species is provided.

More than twenty species of lichenicolous fungi have been described in Phoma,a large anamorphic genus of primarily plant-associated pathogens with broad geographic *** obtained nuclear and mitochondrial rDNA sequences from 19 fungal cultures isolated from specimens representing four described and two undescribed lichenicolous species in the *** multilocus phylogeny indicates that lichenicolous Phoma species represent at least two phylogenetically distinct clades in the Phaeosphaeriaceae,one including a new species,Phoma puncteliae,isolated from a specimen of Punctelia rudecta collected inMaryland,USA,and another group of primarily lichenicolous *** latter group includes four described lichenicolous Phoma species,an unidentified melanized rock fungus,and a new lichenicolous Phoma species isolated from Xanthomendoza species collected in Canada that we are naming *** specimens in this clade collected from different lichen genera and species were found to be very similar genetically,which calls into question the recent practice of recognizing lichenicolous Phoma species mainly by differences in host preference.

BACKGROUND The individual performances and the complementarity of Crohn's disease(CD)activity index(CDAI), C-reactive protein(CRP) and faecal calprotectin(Fcal) to monitor patients with CD remain poorly inves-tigated in the era of "tight control"and "treat to target" *** To assess CDAI, CRP and Fcal variation, alone or combined, after 12 wk(W12) of anti-tumor necrosis factor(TNF) therapy to predict corticosteroids-free remission(CFREM = CDAI 150 and either CRP >2.9 mg/L or Fcal > 250 μg/g were prospectively *** Among the 40 included patients, 13 patients(32.5%) achieved CFREM at W52. In univariable analysis, CDAI < 150 at W12(P = 0.012), CRP level < 2.9 mg/L at W12(P = 0.001) and Fcal improvement at W12(Fcal < 300 μg/g; or, for patients with initial Fcal < 300 μg/g, at least 50% decrease of Fcal or normalization of Fcal(< 100 μg/g)(P = 0.001) were predictive of CFREM at W52. Combined endpoint(CDAI < 150 and CRP ≤ 2.9 mg/L and FCal improvement) at W12 was the best predictor of CFREM at W52 with positive predictive value = 100.0%(100.0-100.0)and negative predictive value = 87.1%(75.3-98.9). In multivariable analysis, Fcal improvement at W12 [odd ratio(OR) = 45.1(2.96-687.9); P = 0.03] was a better predictor of CFREM at W52 than CDAI < 150 [OR = 9.3(0.36-237.1); P = 0.145]and CRP < 2.9 mg/L(0.77-278.0; P = 0.073).CONCLUSION The combined monitoring of CDAI, CRP and Fcal after anti-TNF induction therapy is able to predict favorable outcome within one year in patients with CD.

Fungi that are barely lichenized or non-lichenized and closely related to lichenized taxa,the so-called borderline fungi,are an important element in reconstructing the evolutionary history of lichenized *** is a prime example including non-lichenized,saprotrophic lineages which potentially were precursors to lichenized *** this study,we focused on saprotrophic species of Arthonia sensu lato,including new sequence data for Arthonia *** obtained fresh material of this taxon from a living branch of Fraxinus ornus in Italy to assess its taxonomic status and to elucidate its phylogenetic relationships within *** sections of the thallus and ascomata of *** confirmed the absence of a *** likelihood and Bayesian analyses of combined mtSSU,nuLSU and RPB2 sequence data placed the species close to ***(barely lichenized or non-lichenized)and ***(non-lichenized)in a clade closely related to Arthonia sensu stricto,and the *** clade is here resurrected under the name *** character state analysis within a broader context of Arthoniales does not support the saprotrophic lifestyle to be a plesiomorphic feature,but suggests loss of lichenization in Naevia,as well as loss and possible regain in a second clade containing saprotrophic species and including taxa resembling Mycoporum,underlining the evolutionary plasticity of *** two clades constitute model taxa to further investigate the evolution of alternative biological lifestyles within the context of chiefly lichenized taxa.

A functional relationship between monothiol glutaredoxins and BolAs has been unraveled by genomic analyses and in several high-throughput studies. Phylogenetic analyses coupled to transient expression of green fluo- rescent protein （GFP） fusions indicated that, in addition to the sulfurtransferase SufE1, which contains a C-terminal BolA domain, three BolA isoforms exist in Arabidopsis thaliana, BolA1 being plastidial, BolA2 nucleo-cytoplasmic, and BolA4 dual-targeted to mitochondria and plastids. Binary yeast two-hybrid experiments demonstrated that all BolAs and SufE 1, via its BolA domain, can interact with all monothiol glutaredoxins. Most interactions between protein couples of the same subcellular compartment have been confirmed by bimolecular fluorescence complementation. In vitro experiments indicated that monothiol glutaredoxins could regulate the redox state of BolA2 and SufE1, both proteins possessing a single conserved reactive cysteine. Indeed, a glutathionylated form of SufE1 lost its capacity to activate the cysteine desuifurase, Nfs2, but it is reactivated by plastidial glutaredoxins. Besides, a monomeric glutathionyiated form and a dimeric disulfide-bridged form of BolA2 can be preferentially reduced by the nucleo-cytoplasmic GrxS17. These results indicate that the glutaredoxin-BolA interaction occurs in several subcellular compartments and suggest that a redox regulation mechanism, disconnected from their capacity to form iron-sulfur cluster-bridged heterodimers, may be physiologically relevant for BolA2 and SufE1.

近年来,随着计算机技术和网络技术的发展,计算机网络已经从最初军事领域、教育领域的应用转向到包罗万象的因特网领域。因特网是一个开放性的网络,人们可以借助因特网进行信息交流、查找资料、传递资料等各种活动,数字媒体的应用也随之呈爆炸式的增长,越来越多的知识产品以电子版的方式在网上传播。然而数字信号处理和网络传输技术可以对数字媒体原版进行无限制的任意编辑、修改、拷贝和散布,也造成了数字媒体的知识产权保护和信息安全的问题日益突出。为了解决知识产权保护问题和信息安全问题,近年来提出了一种崭新的技术--数字水印。数字水印技术是20世纪90年代出现的,这一概念是Trikel等在1993年首次明确地提出的。数字水印简单地说,就是将代表数字媒体著作权人身份的特定信息、用户指定的标志或者序列码等,按照某种方式嵌入被保护的信息中,在产生版权纠纷时,通过相应的算法提取出该数字水印,从而验证版权的归属,确保著作权人的合法利益,避免非法盗版的威胁。最初,数字水印的研究主要集中在图像、视频和音频等多媒体数据领域,但近年来随着数据库技术的不断发展及数据库管理系统的广泛应用,数据库的安全问题越来越受到重视。目前数据库安全方法主要可以通过访问控制、数据加密等技术实现,如银行、证券、通信、医疗等数据。然而,利用数字水印技术采用非加密的方法,实现对数据库的版权保护和安全控制,更符合关系数据的特性和应用需求。与多媒体数据相比,数据库具有规范的结构和语义、数据量大、经常需要更新,且对数据的微小改动都有可能影响数据的可用性,可用于嵌入水印的冗余信息较少。因此,在保证数据可用性的前提下,将版权信息嵌入到数据库中难度较大,传统的媒体数字水印技术难以直接应用到其中。国内外现有的数据库水印算法研究,大致可从以下三个方面来分析。 (1)嵌入内容 ***和***等可嵌入带有实际意义的信息,而***等的方法是对数值型属性的LSB位嵌入,按一定规则将特定位的比特置为1或0。算法基于数据的概率特性,虽能验证数据是否包含隐藏的水印信息,但嵌入到关系数据中的编码没有特定含义,仅与数值本身有关,很难直接通过水印内容证明版权的所有者。牛夏牧等的算法上作了改进,嵌入了有实际意义的信息,但嵌入时对数据的改变量较大。张勇等提出关系数据库云水印技术,将图像信息转换成水印云滴嵌入到关系数据中。但将信息转换为云滴增大了待嵌信息量,数据的改变量过大;且提取时仅将原始版权图像与云滴进行相似性比较,并不能从关系数据中提取到版权信息。 (2)嵌入定位 ***等的方法以主键作为定位标志,对没有主键的关系数据难以嵌入,且主键易受攻击。***和***等提出以数据MSB值构造虚拟主键定位,但找到能能唯一区分各元组的数值属性较难,且属性值极有可能在正常使用中发生变化,将导致无法正确提取水印。不论是真正的主键,还是虚拟的主键,单以二者作为定位依据,在分组嵌入水印时将使数据的改变量过大。 (3)嵌入方式 R. Sion等针对数值型属性嵌入水印的方法,是在可用性规则限定下修改数据的分布特性,成组嵌入水印。对数值的改变虽然在允许误差范围内,但改变了数据的分布特性,隐蔽性不够好,嵌入计算量较大;有的方法提取水印时需要使用嵌入图(Embedding map),没有实现“全盲”提取。有的方法利用水印将元组中的某个属性用其他值替换,可对任意类型属性进行嵌入,虽没有改变数据的分布特性,但属性值的变化会影响数据正常使用。***等通过改变关系数据各“索引对”间的顺序嵌入水印,不改变数据的物理位置及关系数据值,几乎不影响数据的使用。但索引是关系数据之外的附加信息,若对关系表作重新索引或删除索引,则水印信息完全丢失,鲁棒性不够好。有学者利用图像水印技术对关系数据嵌入水印,只能用于包含图片属性的特殊关系数据,若将图片属性删去则水印无法保留。David提出在保持查询结果不变的前提下,成对改变数值而保持总和不变嵌入水印,从总体结果看不影响数据的使用,但数据的改动可能涉及用户级应用程序,不符合关系数据应用的需求。有学者将关系数据和web数据库视为半结构(semi-construct)数据,通过改变数据的结构或修改结点值引入噪声嵌入水印,但结构的改变可能破坏参照完整性,噪声引入仍是传统的水印方法。还有学者提出了可逆水印的方法,将小波变换引入到嵌入过程,这对数值本身的改变较大,可能影响数据的使用。有学者采用聚类方式分组嵌入水印,水印信息由数据末两位间的差值确定,鲁棒性不够好。虽然数据库水印领域已吸引了越来越多的研究者,国内外也还在不断提出新的思想来解决数据库水印问题。但目前数据库水印的研究主要集中在数值型数据进行添加水印的方法,在其他数据类型中添加水印的方法还是非常少,因此有必要针对数据库中的非数值型数据开展研究。

Forest and landscape restoration (FLR) practices have been reported to improve soil organic carbon stocks (SOCs) and contributing to climate change mitigation. This study aims to evaluate the impact of combined FLR practices, mainly developed in semiarid regions, on SOCs. The SOCs, soil texture, bulk density (ρ), pH, CO2 emissions, and herbaceous biomass were determined at a 0 - 30 cm depth. The experimental design comprised degraded land without FLR practices and three sets of combined FLR practices. These practices included “zaï” + stone bunds + organic manure + assisted natural regeneration (ANR) used to convert degraded land into forest (GF) and cropland (PARL);“zaï” + stone bunds + crop rotation + crop/fallow successions + ANR used to convert degraded land into cropland (OARL) and “zaï”+ stone bunds + organic manure used to convert degraded land into cropland (KARL). SOCs were highest (20.02 t C ha−1) under OARL compared with the other combinations of FLR practices. SOCs increased by 99% (+0.2 t C ha−1⋅yr−1), 58% (+0.3 t C ha−1⋅yr−1) and 13% (+0.2 t C ha−1⋅yr−1) under GF, OARL and KARL, respectively, and decreased by 15% (−0.1 t C ha−1⋅yr−1) under PARL. This study provides additional information explaining SOC variation in restored degraded land through the implementation of a combination of FLR practices. This is useful for recommending the combination “zaï” + stone bunds + crop rotation + crop/fallow successions + ANR to improve SOCs in the semiarid agroecosystem.
