基于BiVO4、BiFeO3高效光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能增强研究

面对日益严重的化学环境污染,光催化降解技术被认为是一种有效且有前景的环境治理方法。传统光催化剂Ti O纳米材料因其带隙较宽,仅响应太阳光谱中的紫外光,加之量子效率相对较低,使得研发新型高效率光催化剂成为了该领域的研究热点课题。白钨矿钒酸铋(BiVO)和钙钛矿型铋铁氧体(BiFeO)类材料属窄带隙半导体,具有较好的可见光响应特性,且所含元素环境友好、制备工艺简单,但较高的载流子再复合率限制了该类材料光催化活性的提升。为此,本论文在简要概括了当前国内外针对BiVO、BiFeO光催化剂改性以增强其光催化性能的研究现状和所面临问题的基础上,提出了一些新的研究思路,尔后系统总结了作者攻读硕士学位期间以“基于BiVO、BiFeO高效光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能增强研究”为题所做的研究工作,主要涉及以下三个方面的研究内容与成果:1)采用水热法,通过优化制备工艺参数(如金属盐、溶剂、浓度、pH值等),成功制备出单斜白钨矿BiVO多面体纳米结构。实验结果表明,该结构BiVO的光学有效带隙约为2.48 eV,在10 mW LED光照条件下的光电流响应约为0.306μA/cm,90 min内对阴离子染料甲基橙(mO)的光催化降解率约为16%。2)提出了选择n型Ni(OH)和NiS分别与p型BiVO复合构筑p-n异质结构以提高其光催化性能的研究思路。一则,采用二次水热法制备了Ni(OH)/BiVO异质结构,研究发现,与纯BiVO较低的光催化性能及纯Ni(OH)仅对mO存在约14%的吸附性能相比,Ni(OH)/BiVO对mO在90 min内的最佳降解效率可达96%,光催化反应速率约1.9572 h,分别是纯BiVO(光降解率16%,反应速率0.1098 h)的近6和18倍;二则,二次水热法合成的NiS/BiVO异质结构对mO和罗丹明B(Rh B)均表现出优异的光降解性能,最佳降解率分别约为95.6%和99.0%,降解速率分别可达到1.7971 h和2.7870 h,该速率相比纯BiVO对两种染料的降解速率(mO:0.1134 h,Rh B:0.1476h)提高了约16和19倍。分析给出,上述构筑的两种p-n异质结构均具有较好的采光率,较高的光电流响应,有效的电荷分离及与较小的电荷转移电阻等特性,进而分析给出了两种结构光催化性能增强机理。3)在上述研究工作的基础上,针对微米尺度BiFeO光催化性能较弱的问题,提出了一种可有效优化BiFeO尺寸及结构的水热合成方法。与已报道的平均尺度～25μm的BiFeO 90 min对mO的光降解率83%和降解速率1.116 h相比,该方法不仅可将其尺度优化至约45 nm,且可将其对mO的光降解率可在60 min内达到近100%,降解速率约6.161 h。分析给出,该纳米级BiFeO具有更大的比表面积,更高的光电流响应和更快的光生载流子传输速率。该研究工作可为设计与制备高性能铁氧体光催化剂提供一种有效的合成方法。

Diabetes mellitus (Dm) is a health problem affecting millions of individuals worldwide. Diabetic nephropathy (DN), as a significant complication of Dm, has become the most common cause of endstage renal failure. Oxidative stress constitutes the key and common events in the pathogenesis of DN and antioxidants may play a beneficial role in its prevention. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of Zinc Chloride on streptozotocin-induced diabetic nephropathy in rats compared to Gliclazide, a reference antidiabetic agent. Results showed that Zinc Chloride was able to control STZ-induced DN in rats as it normalized the elevated blood pressure, the increased insulin release, and the decreased blood glucose level. Zinc Chloride also improved kidney function as determined by the restoration of blood urea and creatinine level. Finally, Zinc Chloride was able to boost the antioxidant defenses of the kidney by increasing the reduced glutathione content and decreasing lipid peroxides content in addition to significantly decreasing kidney nitric oxide content compared to diabetic control rats. These results suggest that exposure to Zinc Chloride can protect from diabetic nephropathy and can be used as an adjuvant approach to treatment and prevention of renal damage.

A practical system of metals-(2,4-pentanedionate) (m(acac)n (m= Fe, Zn, Co and V)) and P2O5 in the pres- ence of HNO3 catalyzes regioselective nitration of ar-himachalene 1 to mono-nitro-ar-himachalene 2 in mod- erate to high yields. Under mild conditions, the selectivity of nitration of 1 to 2 is excellent compared to the classical method using the nitro-sulphuric mixture HNO3/H2SO4, both mono- and di-nitro-ar-himachalene 2 and 3 are obtained. The reaction offers a very good method for the preparation of nitro-aromatic compounds and provides a useful entry to new functionalized terpenic products.

Background: Drug-induced acute kidney injury is a common situation in clinical practice. many treatments are involved and they are even more aggressive when associated with a predisposing factor such as diabetes. We aimed to investigate clinical features of acute drug-induced kidney injury in diabetics in order to clarify renal prognosis. methods: This was a descriptive and analytical retrospective study including diabetics who presented drug-induced acute kidney injury, conducted in our department during the period from 1986 to 2015. Acute kidney injury was classified according to Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcomes criteria. We analyzed medical records of patients. Results: 31 patients were included with mean age of 65.41 years and gender ratio m/F at 0.93. Diabetes was type 2 in 97% of cases. mean previous creatinine clearance was 39.33 ml/min/1.73 m2. Drugs involved were blockers of renin-angiotensin system (35%), aminoglycosides (16%), non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (16%), diuretics (13%), lipid-lowering agents (10%), rifampicin (6%) and ifosfamide (3%). Extracellular dehydration was present in nine cases (29%). main drug combinations were with diuretics in 16 cases (52%) and with ACE inhibitor or ARB in eight cases (26%). Oligo anuria was observed in 5 cases (16%). Proteinuria with urine strips was objectified in 25 cases (81%). Acute kidney injury was grade 3 in 24 cases (77%), grade 2 in three cases (10%) and grade 1 in four cases (13%). Renal survival at 102 months was 57%. Identified renal prognosis factors were serum phosphorus >1.47 mmol/l (p = 0.01), proteinuria at urine strips (p = 0.042), dehydration (p = 0.013), oral antidiabetic treatment (p = 0.038), intravenous rehydration (p = 0.021) and insulin (p = 0.006). Conclusion: Drug-induced acute kidney injury is potentially serious in diabetics. Prevention is essential to improve the prognosis of this renal damage.

基于WRF-chem模式对北非2018年3月下旬的典型强沙尘暴过程进行模拟,分析了此次强沙尘发生季节、持续时间、局地特征以及传输路径的关键动力系统与动力机制。鉴于起沙是沙尘暴发生的关键点之一,并且起沙主要取决于风力和下垫面沙源性质,本文测试了三种起沙参数化方案的影响,并将模拟结果与卫星mODIS监测及其再分析资料mERRA-2进行了对比,又经系列统计方法检验。结果显示,宏观思路的起沙方案GOCART比AFWA和UoC两种起沙方案更适合此次大尺度强沙尘暴数值模拟(锋面跨度接近60个经度)。综合沙尘暴关键系统的动力机制分析和数值模拟结果显示,强沙尘暴关键系统为深厚的西风槽、沙尘冷锋锋面和锋后的地面高压反气旋。北非中部深厚的西风槽为后倾槽,该系统稳定,造成沙尘暴持续时间长。沙尘暴锋后反气旋中的下沉气流抑制了扬沙向高层扩散,造成低层能见度恶劣。沙尘锋区结合了动力、热动力以及湿热动力不稳定,因此锋区风力大,地面沙尘驱动力强。而西风槽和强大反气旋依托环流形势,提供了沙尘传输到三大洲的长途输送力。

Background. Necrobiotic xanthogranuloma is an extremely rare form of histiocytosis that presents clinically as yellowish infiltrated plaques or nodules. Ocular involvement is seen in over 80% of cases. Histopathology reveals numerous xanthomous histiocytes and collagen necrobiosis. Benign monoclonal gammopathy associated with myeloma is found in 80% of patients, but the course is normally long, with 100% survival at 10 years. Case report. A 76-year-old man presented skin lesions that subsequently became ulcerated. The clinical appearance and histopathological examination resulted in diagnosis of necrobiotic xanthogranuloma. No monoclonal gammopathy or myeloma was seen. The disease was marked by sensitivity to corticosteroids with failure of other therapies (cyclophosphamide, alpha interferon), onset of corticosteroid dependency, iatrogenic Cushing’ s syndrome and diabetes, which were in part responsible for the infectious complications and subsequent death of the patient. Discussion. Necrobiotic xanthogranuloma is difficult to treat, even in the absence of myeloma or monoclonal gammopathy. Corticosteroids are probably the most efficacious treatment, but can give rise to multiple complications, resulting in this particular case in death of the patient.

Solar stills are considered an effective method to solve the scarcity of drinkable ***,it is still missing a way to forecast its ***,it is proposed that a convenient forecasting model which just needs to input the conventional weather forecasting *** model is established by using machine learning methods of random forest and optimized by Bayesian *** required data to train the model are obtained from daily measurements lasting9 *** validate the accuracy model,the determination coefficients of two types of solar stills are calculated as 0.935and 0.929,respectively,which are much higher than the value of both multiple linear regression(0.767)and the traditional models(0.829 and 0.847).moreover,by applying the model,we predicted the freshwater production of four cities in *** predicted production is approved to be reliable by a high value of correlation(0.868)between the predicted production and the solar *** the help of the forecasting model,it would greatly promote the global application of solar stills.

AIm:To elucidate surgical outcomes of pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)in patients with liver ***:We studied retrospectively all patients who underwent PD in our centre between January 2002and December *** A comprised patients with cirrhotic livers,and Group B comprised patients with non-cirrhotic *** cirrhotic patients had ChildPugh classes A and B(patient’s score less than 8).Preoperative demographic data,intra-operative data and postoperative details were *** primary outcome measure was hospital mortality *** outcomes analysed included duration of the operation,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative morbidity and survival ***:Only 67/442 patients(15.2%)had cirrhotic *** blood loss and blood transfusion were significantly higher in group A(P=0.0001).The mean surgical time in group A was significantly longer than that in group B(P=0.0001).Wound complications(P=0.02),internal haemorrhage(P=0.05),pancreatic fistula(P=0.02)and hospital mortality(P=0.0001)were significantly higher in the cirrhotic *** stay was significantly longer in group A(P=0.03).The median survival was 19 mo in group A and 24 mo in group *** hypertension(PHT)was present in 16/67 cases of cirrhosis(23.9%).The intraoperative blood loss and blood transfusion were significantly higher in patients with PHT(P=0.001).Postoperative morbidity(0.07)and hospital mortality(P=0.007)were higher in cirrhotic patients with ***:Patients with periampullary tumours and well-compensated chronic liver disease should be routinely considered for PD at high volume centres with available expertise to manage liver *** is associated with an increased risk of postoperative morbidity in patients with liver cirrhosis;therefore,it is only recommended in patients with Child A cirrhosis without portal hypertension.
