We investigate the non-Gaussian feature of radiation in a circuit quantum electrodynamics(QED) system where two qubits are strongly coupled to a single-mode cavity. In the regime of ultrastrong coupling(USC), the rotating-wave approximation is not valid, and the Rabi Hamiltonian contains counter-rotating wave terms, leading to level crossing and avoided crossings in the energy spectrum. We further analyze the intensity-amplitude correlation of the output field in these two novel scenarios. In the USC regime, the creation and annihilation operators in the correlation function are replaced, allowing for the identification of non-Gaussian features in the output field. Our findings reveal that despite the absence of squeezing effects in the output light, significant non-Gaussian characteristics are present. Additionally, we demonstrate that as the driving or coupling strength increases, the non-Gaussian features of the output field become more pronounced. This suggests that USC systems hold broad potential applications in the realms of nonlinear optics and the generation of non-Gaussian states.

城市建设开发过程中水系空间经常被侵占,导致城市内涝、水体污染、水生态破坏、水资源短缺等问题凸显。而海绵城市建设理念的提出带来系统化治理的思路,可有效解决城市水系建设中存在的问题。以厦门市苏厝溪流域为例,通过分析现状水系规划建设面临的问题,结合海绵城市建设理念的要求,统筹城市空间与水系的关系,提出了水系全生命周期建设的策略及系统治理水系的措施,以解决城市开发过程中的水安全、水生态、水环境及水资源问题。基于海绵城市理念的城市水系规划编制方法,将海绵城市理念融入前期的规划管控、实施中的水系建设及后期的景观营造,取得了较好效果。

目的探讨子宫内膜癌ProMisE分子分型与脉管浸润和淋巴结转移的相关性。方法选取2021年1月-2023年11月梅州市人民医院收治的子宫内膜癌患者60例,同时纳入相应的癌旁组织为对照,收集患者的临床资料,采用ProMisE分子分型方法进行分子分型,比较组别间ProMisE分子分型情况以及后者对子宫内膜癌脉管浸润和淋巴结转移的影响。结果子宫内膜癌患者中POLE突变型16例(26.67%),dMMR共17例(28.33%)、p53 wt型51例(85.00%),p53 abn亚型9例(15.00%)。4种分子分型患者中,只有P53表达状态与淋巴结转移有关(P=0.010),而dMMR状态与脉管浸润有关(P=0.000),4种分子分型与浸润深度(P=0.037)、分化程度(P=0.010)、临床分期(P=0.016)有较大相关,但与年龄、肿瘤大小等无关(P>0.05)。二分类Logistic回归分析dMMR型(OR=15.112,95%CI:6.233~47.120,P=0.001)、p53突变型(OR=10.631,95%CI:8.164~48.121,P=0.003)、浸润深度(OR=6.633,95%CI:1.699~10.122,P=0.001)是淋巴结转移的危险因素。结论对于子宫内膜癌ProMisE分子分型为p53突变型和dMMR型者患者,具有较高的脉管浸润和淋巴结转移的风险,临床应参考ProMisE分子分型制定相应的治疗方案。

A pulsar timing array(PTA) refers to a program of regular, high-precision timing observations of a widely distributed array of millisecond pulsars. Here we review the status of the three primary PTA projects and the joint International Pulsar Timing Array project. We discuss current results related to ultra-low-frequency gravitational wave searches and highlight opportunities for the near future.

猪链球菌(Streptococcus suis)是一种危害严重的人畜共患病原菌，猪链球菌溶血素(suilysin, Sly)在猪链球菌的侵袭和致病中起关键作用，对多种类型的细胞具有毒性作用，但目前关于Sly的细胞毒性机制研究较少。为了探讨低浓度(0.3～0.6μg/mL) Sly诱导猪肾细胞PK-15(porcine kidney-15)的死亡方式，本研究首先采用原核表达并纯化获得重组猪链球菌溶血素(recombinant suilysin, rSly)，通过乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase, LDH)释放检测rSly对PK-15细胞的毒性作用，并针对4种常见程序性细胞死亡方式，利用qPCR、间接免疫荧光、Werstern blot和流式细胞术对rSly作用于PK-15细胞12及24 h诱导的细胞死亡方式进行验证。结果显示，成功表达具有较高溶血活性(溶血单位为214)的rSly毒素蛋白，确定其对PK-15细胞的毒性作用呈浓度依赖性，并且发现rSly作用PK-15细胞12和24 h均引起PK-15细胞凋亡相关基因—半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶3(cysteine aspartic acid specific protease 3, Caspase 3)、Caspase 9的转录水平显著升高(P<0.05)，细胞凋亡率与r Sly浓度呈正相关，0.6μg/mL rSly作用PK-15细胞24 h，细胞凋亡率从9.35%增至49.9%；自噬关键基因—微管相关蛋白轻链3B(microtubule associated protein 1 light chain 3β, LC3β)基因转录水平无明显变化且无自噬小体形成；焦亡关键基因—胃泌素D(gasdermin D,GSDMD)的转录水平无明显变化且GSDMD蛋白未发生明显切割；坏死性凋亡相关基因下调，且磷酸化混合系列蛋白激酶样结构域蛋白(phosphorylated mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein, p-MLKL)表达水平受到抑制。上述结果提示低浓度rSly诱导PK-15细胞死亡的方式主要是凋亡。本研究丰富了Sly毒性作用的细胞模型，有助于揭示参加猪链球菌感染发展的分子机制。

A heat and mass transfer model was proposed for the thin liquid film on the hot solid surface cooled by the impinging small droplets, with consideration of the effect of the droplet impact, surface tension, thermocapillary, evaporation/condensation, and van der Waals attraction. The nondimensional equation for predicting the evolution of the interface of the thin liquid film was derived in the presented model with the relevant boundary conditions. The stability of the thin liquid film impacted by cool small droplets is discussed.
