Due to nonlinear and strong coupling of coke ovens, a distributed reinforcement learning control algorithm based on a radial basis function（RBF） for gas collector pressure control was proposed, in which the discrete space was dealt with by RBF and the critic-actor method was used to update the parameters of search network and evaluation network of the controller. Moreover, the control strategies of the controller were optimized by trial and error in the strong interference environment. The simulation of gas collector pressure control of coke ovens has shown that the algorithm can effectively solve the coupling problem, and has better stability.

转化炉是制氢装置的关键设备,其炉管长期高温易发生蠕变、渗碳、甚至破裂等不同的失效形式,传统火焰检测只能做到实时监视燃烧器燃烧情况,不能做到事故前的预判和提示信息。因此,对炉管及炉内部进行有效监测,实时了解其温度情况,异常时提示报警尤为重要。本文分析了红外在线监测的系统原理及组成,系统特点及安装调试注意事项,及在制氢转化炉上的应用,通过该系统,可以有效地对制氢转化炉的炉管进行实时监测,保障设备及生产的安全。

石油炼化企业的连续重整装置中氨压机是氨制冷系统中的重要设备,氨压机控制系统部分的设备是现场就地的,自开工以来已经运行10年之久,加之公司临近海边,腐蚀严重,控制系统硬件面临备件停产等因素。因此,该设备控制部分的改造意义重大。根据设备的操作说明及工艺上使用要求整理,仪表控制部分的分析,总结整理出机组的控制点表,开停机逻辑,机组主要控制,最后阐述了改造后控制系统的硬件配置、系统配置、人机画面。

Monitoring neuronal activity in vivo is critical to understanding the physiological or pathological functions of the ***-photon Ca^(2+)imaging in vivo using a cranial window and specific neuronal labeling enables realtime,in situ,and long-term imaging of the living ***,we constructed a recombinant rabies virus containing the Ca^(2+)indicator GCaMP6 s along with the fluorescent protein DsRed2 as a baseline reference to ensure GCaMP6 s signal *** functional tracer was applied to retrogradely label specific V1-thalamus circuits and detect spontaneous Ca^(2+)activity in the dendrites of V1 corticothalamic neurons by in vivo two-photon Ca^(2+)***,we were able to record single-spine spontaneous Ca2+activity in specific *** spontaneous Ca^(2+)dynamics in dendrites of V1 corticothalamic neurons were found for different V1-thalamus *** method can be applied to monitor Ca^(2+)dynamics in specific input circuits in vivo,and contribute to functional studies of defined neural circuits and the dissection of functional circuit connections.

In vito fber photometry is a powerful technique to analyze the dy namics of population neurons during fiunctional study of ***,we introduced a detailed protocol for fiber photometry-based calciun reording in freely moving mice,covering from virus injection,fiber stub insertion,optogenetical stimulation to data procurement and ***,we applied this protocol to explore neuronal activity of mice latenal-posterior(LP)thalaric nucleus in response to optogenetical stimulation of primary visual cortex(V1)neurons,and explore axon clusters activity of optogenetically evoked V1 *** confirmation of virus-based protein expression in V1 and precise fber insertion indicated that the surgery procedure of this protocol is reliable for functional calcium *** scripts for data analysis and some tips in our protocol are provided in ***,this protocol is simple,low-cost,and effective for neuronal activity detection by fiber photometry,which will hep neuroscience researchers to carry out fiunctional and behavioral study in vivo.

Visual system integrates light from the colorful world and precisely decodes them into information in our brain to process vision perception and trigger subsequent vision-evoked effects including escape from danger,tendency to interest or generation of *** whole process is vitally relied on a sophisticated and elegant visual circuit,among which the primary visual(V1)cortex plays a central *** circuit from retina to V1 cortex is highly organized into a well-designed topographic *** most higher animal,V1 cortex is designed as cortical column including ocular dominance column and orientation column to perform precise visual information processing in human,primates and *** for mice,of which the visual system is less developed,V1 cortex is divided into binocular and monocular area.V1 cortex mainly receives thalamic inputs from lateral geniculate nucleus(LGN),a key relay center for visual ***,it sends a strong feedback output to dorsal LGN(dLGN).Output projections from V1 cortex were also observed to directly target on cortical structure including lateral part of secondary visual cortex(V2L),contralateral visual cortex,and subcortical structure including superior colliculus(SCs),lateral posterior nucleus of thalamus(LP) as well as lateral dorsal nucleus of thalamus(LD).V1 cortex was architecturally divided into six layers from layer I to layer *** V and layer V1 neurons are the main output part to other cortical and subcortical brain *** is more noteworthy that neurons originated from same cell type in same layer of V1 will show different morphology and express distinct protein In mouse V1,pyramidal neurons of layer V are subdivided into five types based on different morphology,of which all type I neurons project to superior colliculus,suggesting a micro-level module in visual *** to the lack of subnucleus level fine mapping system,it still remains unclear that how exactly the V1 cortex neurons are top
