Cancer remains a highly lethal disease in the ***,either conventional cancer therapies or modern immunotherapies are non-tumor-targeted therapeutic approaches that cannot accurately distinguish malignant cells from healthy ones,giving rise to multiple undesired side *** advances in nanotechnology,accompanied by our growing understanding of cancer biology and nano-bio interactions,have led to the development of a series of nanocarriers,which aim to improve the therapeutic efficacy while reducing off-target toxicity of the encapsulated anticancer agents through tumor tissue-,cell-,or organelle-specific ***,the vast majority of nanocarriers do not possess hierarchical targeting capability,and their therapeutic indices are often compromised by either poor tumor accumulation,inefficient cellular internalization,or inaccurate subcellular *** Review outlines current and prospective strategies in the design of tumor tissue-,cell-,and organelle-targeted cancer nanomedicines,and highlights the latest progress in hierarchical targeting technologies that can dynamically integrate these three different stages of static tumor targeting to maximize therapeutic ***,we briefly discuss the current challenges and future opportunities for the clinical translation of cancer nanomedicines.

Maintaining thermal comfort within the human body is crucial for optimal health and overall *** merely broadening the setpoint of indoor temperatures,we could significantly slash energy usage in building heating,ventilation,and air-conditioning *** recent years,there has been a surge in advancements in personal thermal management(PTM),aiming to regulate heat and moisture transfer within our immediate surroundings,clothing,and *** advent of PTM is driven by the rapid development in nano/micro-materials and energy science and *** emerging research area in PTM is personal radiative thermal management(PRTM),which demonstrates immense potential with its high radiative heat transfer efficiency and ease of ***,it is less taken into account in traditional textiles,and there currently lies a gap in our knowledge and understanding of *** this review,we aim to present a thorough analysis of advanced textile materials and technologies for ***,we will introduce and discuss the underlying radiation heat transfer mechanisms,fabrication methods of textiles,and various indoor/outdoor applications in light of their different regulation functionalities,including radiative cooling,radiative heating,and dual-mode ***,we will shine a light on the current hurdles,propose potential strategies,and delve into future technology trends for PRTM with an emphasis on functionalities and applications.

青少年吸烟成瘾者脑结构网络的Rich-Club研究

目的通过扩散张量成像（DTI）探讨青少年吸烟者脑结构网络变化与认知功能的关系。方法分别对29例青少年吸烟者和30名性别年龄相匹配的健康对照者采集DTI数据，使用确定性纤维追踪分配（FACT）方法建立结构网络。分析全局属性(Eglob)、局部属性(Eloc)、Rich-club与青少年吸烟者临床信息之间的相关性。结果两组均具有小世界属性（σ）,吸烟组特征路径长度（Lp=5.9922±0.3322）和聚类系数（Cp=0.2608±0.0214）减少，全局效率(Eglob=0.1674±0.0093)和局部效率(Eloc=0.2813±0.0137)增强。吸烟组在右侧眶内额上回、右侧直回、右侧前扣带回、右侧距状裂周围皮层、左侧中央后回的节点效率（Ne）增加（P<0.01,FDR校正）。同时，吸烟组富人连接强度明显增强（P<0.001）。吸烟组局部效率与日吸烟数量（CPD）呈正相关（r=0.3901,P=0.0364）。结论青少年吸烟者结构网络异常改变，可能为其认知功能损伤及评估提供影像依据。

目的研究Ⅱ类主要组织相容性复合体DRα(HLA-DRA)基因rs3129882位点多态性与帕金森病(PD)的遗传关联性。方法在Medline数据库和Google Scholar检索研究HLA-DRA rs3129882多态性与PD关系的英文文献并进行资料提取,检索时间为建库至2020年12月。采用RevMan 5.3、STATA11.0软件进行meta和统计学分析。通过优势比(OR)和95%可信区间(95%CI)评估关联度。结果最终纳入28项研究,共74715名研究对象,其中包含63778名高加索人(19509名PD患者,44269名健康对照者)和10937名亚洲人(4760名PD患者,6177名健康对照者)。高加索人HLA-DRA rs3129882位点多态性与PD明显相关(OR=1.04,95%CI:1.01~1.08,P=0.005);亚洲人HLA-DRA rs3129882变异与PD无关(OR=0.99,95%CI:0.87~1.12,P=0.82)。结论HLA-DRA rs3129882位点突变对PD发病的影响具有人种差异性,HLA-DRA rs3129882是高加索人而非亚洲人的PD易感突变位点。

To the Editor:In the last decade,neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC)has become a well-accepted treatment option for breast cancer,although few detailed description of NAC in China has yet been reported.[1]A previous study found that among patients with clinically node-negative(cN0)breast cancer,97.7%(432/442)with breast pathologic complete response(bpCR)had ypN0(absence of metastases in the axillary lymph nodes);and 71.6%(882/1232)without bpCR achieved ypN0(P<0.001).As for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)positive or triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)that achieved bpCR.

设计了一种新型的钕玻璃激光器谐振腔以满足激光器高稳定性及高强度激光输出的要求。该激光器利用角锥棱镜阵列作为谐振腔后腔镜,平面镜作输出镜,大尺寸钕玻璃棒作激光工作物质。对激光器进行了实验研究,实验中获得了能量大于450 J的1.06μm激光输出,发散角为0.6 mrad左右,电-光效率为2.1%。实验中采集到的光斑不是一系列振幅(强度)相等的小光斑,而是中间有一个巨峰,在其周围分布着一系列振幅(强度)小得多的次峰。对实验结果进行了解释与讨论,提出了利用角锥棱镜阵列进行激光束相干合成的设想。

Training needs in intravenous infusion care for children in China:A cross-sectional study

Aim:This study aims to evaluate demands for general and pharmacological knowledge and training related to intravenous(IV)therapy among pediatric *** and Methods:This multicentric cross‑sectional study involved 12,707 pediatric nurses from 100 hospitals in China.A questionnaire was used to assess information about IV drug administration training received,and the demands for pharmacology‑related knowledge,and corresponding methods of acquisition.A generalized linear model using Logit link function was employed to assess relationships between factors and multivariate analysis was ***:More than 99%of participants showed their training demands for IV therapy *** nurses’demands and methods for acquiring IV therapy knowledge and the knowledge related to IV therapy pharmacology have significant differences in social demographic factors,previous knowledge,whether they have received training or not,and other factors(all P<0.05).Received a needlestick injury in the past month(P=0.007)and knowledge acquired through in‑hospital or out‑of‑hospital training(P=0.039)were factors that reduced the demands for methods to acquire further pharmacology‑related knowledge of IV *** in internal medicine(P=0.025)and not having experienced a needlestick injury in the past year(P=0.007)reduced the demands for IV therapy *** hospital(P=0.007)or departmental meetings(P=0.009),being pediatric primary nurses(P=0.044),and studied special IV guidelines(P=0.006)reduced the desire for methods to acquire IV therapy ***:There was a high demand for greater general and pharmacological knowledge related to IV therapy among pediatric *** should be coordinated to provide ongoing training to nurses to improve the quality of IV care.

目的探讨乳腺癌患者唾液蛋白内转铁蛋白(TF)、间-α胰蛋白酶抑制因子重链H1(ITIH1)、α2巨球蛋白(α2M)及锌指同源框蛋白4(ZFHX4)等4个相关蛋白的水平变化规律。方法收集18例乳腺癌患者和18例健康女性作为研究对象,采集其唾液标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测唾液中TF、ITIH1、α2M及ZFHX4等4个蛋白表达水平。通过STRING和KEGG数据库对上述4种蛋白进行生物信息学分析。结果乳腺癌患者唾液中TF、ZFHX4水平分别为(3.092±0.309)mg/L、(0.546±0.084)μg/L,均高于健康女性的(2.231±0.217)mg/L、(0.207±0.059)μg/L,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.281,P=0.030;t=3.310,P=0.003)。乳腺癌患者唾液中ITIH1、α2M水平分别为(0.162±0.105)μg/L、(2.448±0.218)mg/L,均低于健康女性的(1.709±0.384)μg/L、(3.568±0.258)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.891,P=0.001;t=3.318,P=0.003)。蛋白相互作用分析发现TF和α2M具有相互作用,TF是一个核心蛋白,还与多个蛋白具有相互作用。TF存在于缺氧诱导因子-1信号通路上,该通路在细胞生长发育和生理应激以及肿瘤的发生发展过程中具有重要作用。结论唾液中TF、ITIH1、α2M及ZFHX4等4个蛋白的水平变化可能与乳腺癌的发生发展密切相关,为乳腺癌的临床诊断提供一种新的方式。

Frequency-domain parametric downconversion for efficient broadened idler generation

An opposite-chirped frequency-domain optical parametric amplification(OC-FOPA) design is demonstrated and numerically verified. This scheme combines both an ultrabroad seeding generation and the subsequent effective amplification in one single optical parametric amplification stage. Based on a slightly asymmetrical 4-f optical system, the spectral contents of both pump and signal waves are spectrally dispersed with opposite spatial chirps,to broaden the initial idler seeding. Via a properly designed fan-out periodically poled LiNbO_3 chip, nearly perfect quasi phase matching can be realized across the full spectrum, whereby each individual spectral pair precisely maps to its required grating period. Full-dimensional simulations based on commercial ~110 fs(FWHM) nearinfrared(near-IR) lasers at 790 and 1030 nm are quantitatively discussed, and few-cycle mid-IR laser pulses(~60 fs at 3.4 μm) plus a high conversion efficiency exceeding 50% are theoretically predicted. By means of a high-power pump source, the OC-FOPA scheme can be also applied to directly produce high-intensity carrier-envelope-phase-stabilized mid-IR idler pulses.

Efficacy of Baishao Luoshi decoction(白芍络石方)on synaptic plasticity in rats with post stroke spasticity

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of Baishao Luoshi decoction(白芍络石方,BD)on synaptic plasticity in rats with post stroke spasticity(PSS),and to study the mechanism behind the ***:The PSS model of rat was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).The neurological deficit symptoms were evaluated by modified neurological deficit score(mN SS).Muscle tension were evaluated by Modified Ashworth score(MAS).Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)was used to observe the synaptic *** expression of synaptic plasticity-related protein brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),growth associated protein-43(GAP43),synaptophysin(p38)and microtubule-associated protein 2(MAP2)in the brain tissue around the infarct were detected by Western ***:We found that mNSS were significantly improved and limb spasticity was ameliorated treated by *** thickness of postsynaptic density and the synaptic curvature increased *** expression of synaptic plasticity-related protein BDNF,GAP43,p38,MAP2 in the brain tissue around the infarct were raised remarkably after treated by ***:Alleviating PSS by BD may be related to rescuing the synaptic plasticity,which provides a probable new therapeutic method for PSS.
