目的:了解新光村汞污染对小学生神经行为功能的影响。方法:采用冷原子吸收法分别测定新光村和对照点大气、饮水和食物中的汞含量,依据环境介质的摄取量和环境介质的汞含量计算出小学生日摄汞量;采用世界卫生组织推荐的神经行为核心测试组合法(WHONCTB)测试小学生的神经行为功能。结果:新光村大气中汞含量明显高于对照区,饮用水和食物中的汞含量差异无显著性,新光村小学生的日平均摄汞量为16 088.1ng,显著高于对照点小学生的4 533.7ng;新光村小学生在数字译码、手工敏捷度、目标追踪和简单反应时间指标中的最慢反应时间均低于对照区小学生。结论:汞污染区小学生的部分神经行为功能发生了改变,呈现减低趋势。

The incidence of rectal carcinoids is rising because of the widespread use of screening colonoscopy. Rectal carcinoids detected incidentally are usually in earlier stages at diagnosis. Rectal carcinoids estimated endoscopically as < 10 mm in diameter without atypical features and confined to the submucosal layer can be removed endoscopically. Here, we review the efficacy and safety of various endoscopic treatments for small rectal carcinoid tumors, including conventional polypectomy, endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR),cap-assisted EMR(or aspiration lumpectomy),endoscopic submucosal resection with ligating device,endoscopic submucosal dissection, and transanal endoscopic microsurgery. It is necessary to carefully choose an effective and safe primary resection method for complete histological resection.

AIM:To investigate the role and clinicopathological significance of aberrant expression of Notch receptors and Delta-like ligand-4 (DLL4) in extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and gallbladder ***:One hundred and ten patients had surgically resected extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (CC) and gallbladder carcinoma specimens examined by immunohistochemistry of available paraffin *** was performed using anti-Notch receptors 1-4 and anti-DLL4 *** scored the immunopositivity of Notch receptors and DLL4 expression by percentage of positive tumor cells with cytoplasmic expression and intensity of *** nuclear localization was ***-logical parameters and survival data were compared with the expression of Notch receptors 1-4 and ***:Notch receptor proteins showed in the cytoplasm with or without nuclear expression in cancer cells,as well as showing weak cytoplasmic expression in non-neoplastic *** semiquantitative evaluation,positive immunostaining of Notch receptor 1 was detected in 96 cases (87.3%),Notch receptor 2 in 97 (88.2%),Notch receptor 3 in 97 (88.2%),Notch receptor 4 in 103 (93.6),and DLL4 in 84 (76.4%).In addition,coex- istent nuclear localization was noted [Notch receptor 1;18 cases (18.8%),Notch receptor 2;40 (41.2%),Notch receptor 3;32 (33.0%),Notch receptor 4;99 (96.1%),DLL4;48 (57.1%)].Notch receptor 1 expression was correlated with advanced tumor,node,metastasis (TNM) stage (P=0.043),Notch receptor 3 with advanced T stage (P=0.017),tendency to express in cases with nodal metastasis (P=0.065) and advanced TNM stage (P=0.052).DLL4 expression tended to be related to less histological differentiation (P=0.095).Coexistent nuclear localization of Notch receptor 3 was related to no nodal metastasis (P=0.027) and Notch receptor 4 with less histological differentiation (P=0.036),while DLL4 tended to be related inversely with T stage (P=0.053).Coexistent nuclear localizatio

＜正＞ Concrete pavement receives restrained stresses from early curing and which is restricted or is extended by external circumstance such as gradient of temperature and moisture. These behavior of JPCP（Jointed Plain Concrete Pavement） increase its binding power and tend to induce failure of joints, nd which consider the mainly influence of early-age joint opening of concrete slab. In this research, the early-age joint movements and behavior of dowel-bar at JPCP were studied through field tests. The field tests were carried out for 5 days just after concrete placement, for 1 day after 52 and 1 day after 72 days on Chung-Ang Expressway new construction site in Dan-yang on the 28th and 29th of May 2001. The joint movements and dowel-bar behavior were measured by demec gauge, clip gauge, and strain gauge. The results could be summarized as follows;The tensile and compressive behavior of dowel bars for the first 3 days increased rapidly in early-age, and then decreased gradually after the first 3 days period. It was, also, found that dowel-bars behaved under the influence of temperature and moisture to which they were exposed. The jointmovement variation with temperature changes as discovered in this research presented fairly good conformity with the prediction from Darter’s formula. The results of regression analysis for the data measured during early 5 days showed that the joints of No.4, No.5, No.6, No. 10, No. 13, and No. 15 could be considered as a moving joint. From data analysis on July 20, the joints of No.2, No.9, and No. 10 showed the significant correlations from the minus value of coefficient of regression, which usually present lower C-values. As a result of regression data on August 8, joint movements occurred at all joints. Joint freezing and closure could be judged from the regression analysis using joint opening and total temperature measured at field tests.

MnO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-MnS oxysulfide system has been investigated by experimental phase diagram and activity measurement coupled with thermodynamic *** equilibria of the MnO-MnS,MnO-SiO_2-MnS, MnO-Al_2O_3-MnS and MnO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-MnS systems under low oxygen partial pressure have been experimentally investigated for the temperature range of 1 185 to 1 500℃using equilibration and quenching techniques. Equilibrium phases were analyzed by scanning electron microscope,electron probe X-ray microanalysis(EPMA), and differential thermal analysis(DTA ).Phase diagrams were successfully constructed for the systems *** ternary compounds in the MnO-SiO_2-MnS system were *** of MnO and MnS in MnO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-MnS liquid oxysulfide solution from very low sulfur concentration to high sulfur concentration at solid MnS saturation were investigated employing gas/liquid/Pt - Mn alloy under controlled atmosphere at 1 500℃.As X(SiO_2)/(X(MnO) + X(SiO_2)) increases in liquid oxysulfide solution,activity coefficient of MnO decreases while that of MnS *** X(AlO_(1.5)) increases,the activity coefficient of MnS increases while no remarkable change was observed for the activity coefficient of *** analysis of the thermodynamic properties of the oxysulfide solution as well as phase diagram of the system was also earned out by employing the Modified Quasichemical Model in the quadruplet *** view of inclusion utilization for free - cutting steel,it might have an advantage to decrease the Al_2O_3 content and increase the MnO/SiO_2 ratio.

A simple,rapid,accurate,precise and robust HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous determination of fimasartan and amlodipine in tablet dosage ***,stability of active ingredients was evaluated under normal and stress *** isocratic elution was accomplished by Nucleosil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 mm)at 40℃.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.02 M monopotassium phosphate buffer(pH 2.2)in the ratio of 50:50(v/v)was eluted at 1.0 ml/*** eluent was monitored by the UV detector for fimasartan and amlodipine at 237 nm for 8 min,detection *** validation of HPLC method was carried out in accordance with the ICH guidelines.

目的制备同型的~(（99）Tcm和~(（188）Re标记的叶酸-甘氨酸-甘氨酸-半胱氨酸-谷氨酸（叶酸-GGCE）,并通过小鼠肿瘤模型评价其用于叶酸受体（FR）靶向分子显像的可行性。方法采用固相肽合成法合成叶酸-GGCE,并用99Tcm或188Re标记。放化纯测定采用放射性高效液相色谱法。99Tcm-叶酸-GGCE的生物分布研究在同时注射或不注射过量的游离叶酸的情况下完成,小鼠肿瘤模型分别为荷FR阳性的KB细胞模型和荷FR阴性的HT1080细胞模型。188Re-叶酸-GGCE的生物分布研究在荷KB细胞小鼠肿瘤模型上完成。静脉注射99Tcm-叶酸-GGCE后,采集2种小鼠肿瘤模型的系列平面图像。小鼠肿瘤模型注射99Tcm-叶酸-GGCE或188Re-叶酸-GGCE（同时注射或不注射过量的游离叶酸）后,进行系列microSPECT/CT图像采集。结果99Tcm和188Re标记的叶酸-GGCE的标记率和标记后4 h内的放化纯均>95%。荷KB细胞模型在注射99Tcm-叶酸-GGCE后1、2、4 h,其肿瘤组织的放射性摄取值分别为16.4、23.2和17.6%ID/g,如果同时注射过量的叶酸,肿瘤组织的摄取可被抑制97.4%。注射后4 h,肿瘤与血液、肝、肺、肌肉和肾的T/NT比值分别是54.3、25.2、38.3、97.8和0.3。荷KB细胞模型在注射188Re-叶酸-GGCE后2、4、8、16 h,其肿瘤组织的放射性摄取值分别为17.4、21.7、24.1和15.6%ID/g。注射后8 h,肿瘤与血液、肝、肺、肌肉和肾的T/NT比值分别是126.8、21.9、54.8、80.3和0.4。注射99Tcm或188Re标记的叶酸-GGCE后,系列平面图像和microSPECT/CT图像均见KB细胞肿瘤组织的放射性摄取较高,肿瘤显像清晰。肿瘤对显像剂的摄取在同时注射过量叶酸时可被完全抑制。结论同型99Tcm和188Re标记的叶酸-GGCE可被FR阳性肿瘤高摄取,且T/NT比值较高。2种显像剂均具有良好的靶向能力,在FR阳性肿瘤的诊断和疗效观察中有一定的应用价值。
