The syntheses of a variety of 1,3,5-triazinebenzimidazoles obtained by the cyclocondensafion reaction of 2-guanidinobenzimidazole with a series of meta-substituted benzaldehydes were reported. The prepared compounds were fully characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopies. Based on the density functional theory（DFT） calculations method, quantum chemical calculations were performed by Gaussian 09 set of programs. All possible transition states, reactants and products were fully optimized at the hybrid density functional B3LYP level using the 6-311＋G（d,p）. The geometries of five possible tautomers of 2-amino-4-aryl[1,3,5]triazino[1,2-a]benzimidazoles were optimized in ethanol, using conductor like polarizable confinuum（CPCM） in the gas phase. The energetic diagrams of tautomeric equilibrium showed that form A is the most stable tautomer which proved to be in accordance with the X-ray diffraction structure analysis. In order to interpret the reaction mechanism, the chemical reactivity was studied using local and global reactivity indexes.

AIM:To investigate the presence of mixed infection and discrepancy between hepatitis C virus(HCV) genotypes in plasma,peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs),and liver biopsy ***:From September 2008 up to April 2009,133 patients with chronic hepatitis C referred to Firouzgar Hospital for initiation of an antiviral therapy were recruited in the *** milliliters of peripheral blood was collected from each patient and liver biopsy was performed in those who gave consent or had *** genotyping was done using INNO-LiPATM HCV in serum,PBMCs,and liver biopsy specimens and then conf irmed by sequencing of 5'-UTR ***:The mean age of patients was 30.3 ± 17.1 *** transfusion was seen in 124(93.2%) of *** HCV genotypes were found in 3(2.3%) of 133 plasma samples,9(6.8%) of 133 PBMC samples,and 8(18.2%) of 44 liver biopsy *** is notable that the different genotypes found in PBMCs were not the same as those found in plasma and liver biopsy ***:Our study shows that a signif icant proportion of patients with chronic hepatitis C are affected by multiple HCV genotypes which may not be detectable only in serum of patients.

目的针对鲜杏果实在电商物流过程中容易出现变软、皱皮、酒化等品质下降现象,探究BioSuee膜对新疆"赛买提"杏采后贮运品质的影响。方法以新疆"赛买提"杏为实验材料,采用3种不同配方的BioSuee膜和普通PE保鲜膜进行包装处理,模拟电商物流过程,在室温((20±1)℃)条件下进行贮藏。每隔2 d取1次样,测定鲜杏果实的色差、腐烂率、硬度、质量损失率、可溶性固形物含量(Soluble Solid Content,SSC)、相对电导率、可滴定酸(Titratable Acidity,TA)含量、维生素C(Vitamin C,Vc)含量、呼吸强度和乙烯释放量等指标的变化,分析BioSuee膜对鲜杏果实贮藏品质的影响。结果随着贮藏时间的延长,采用BioS-3膜包装的鲜杏果实贮藏效果较好,贮藏10 d时,色差a*值、腐烂率、硬度、质量损失率、SSC、相对电导率、TA、Vc、呼吸强度、乙烯释放量分别为2.23±0.38,10.44±2.05,(12.77±0.79)kg/cm^2,(0.46±0.03)%,(11.60±0.56)%,(47.15±2.83)%,(1.81±0.18)%,(0.80±0.04)mg/kg,(19.56±0.54)mg/(kg·h),(12.65±3.10)μL/(kg·h)。结论采用BioS-3膜包装鲜杏果实贮藏效果最显著,可以有效地提高鲜杏果实采后贮藏品质,延长鲜杏果实的贮藏保鲜时间。

针对分离装置对工作介质的特殊要求,选择sef6作为分离工作介质,并进行了单机分离试验,获得适用于级联设计的单机参数和单位质量数差的全分离系数γ0。进一步研究中,借鉴其它稳定同位素分离经验,建立了直角级联模型,并进行了级联分离计算。通过理论计算,分析了74Se同位素级联分离特性。上述研究表明,采用专用方法分离74Se同位素是可行的。

Salmonella and *** possess different surface protein structures that can induce protective immune *** of these proteins capacitates development of diverse applications in prevention and diagnosis that contribute to effectively control disease-causing enterobacteria pathogens such as Salmonella and ***.A simple procedure for obtaining protein complexes of Salmonella serotypes and *** is performed in this study.A sonication process with heat treatment of whole bacteria induced the release of protein *** of the protein extract was quantified using protein quantification Kits-Rapid,and protein complex profile was obtained by SDS-PAGE(Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis)and silver *** concentrations of protein ranged from 29.45 to 45.35μg/mL in the Salmonella protein extracts,and from 25.35 to 36.72μg/mL in the *** protein *** major groups of proteins from ***(YfiO,NipB,OmpF,YfgL,Talc,YaeT)and four major groups of proteins from Salmonella(Flagellin,OmpA,Porin,sef21)were preliminarily determined by a simple procedure of extraction based on the molecular weight.

目的应用速度向量成像（VVI）技术分析急性心肌梗死患者冠状动脉介入治疗后左室壁运动的改变，评估治疗效果。方法急性心肌梗死患者20例，在介入治疗术前3d、术后1周内及术后3个月随访时分别行超声心动图检查，采用VVI技术测量心肌形变及时相指标。结果与术前相比，梗死相关节段的应变、应变率、节段射血分数、收缩后应变指数等指标在介入治疗术后1周内已有改善，术后3个月随访时改善更加明显。结论VVI技术可以作为评价血管再通治疗后局部心肌功能是否恢复以及恢复程度的一种无创性新方法。
