BACKGROUND In recent years,the incidence of colorectal cancer(CRC)has been *** the popularization of endoscopic technology,a number of early CRC has been ***,despite current treatment methods,some patients w.th early CRC still experience postoperative recurrence and *** To search for indicators associated w.th early CRC recurrence and metastasis to identify high-risk *** A total of 513 patients w.th pT2N0M0 or pT3N0M0 CRC w.re retrospectively enrolled in this *** of blood routine test,liver and kidney function tests and tumor markers w.re collected before *** w.re follow.d up through disease-specific database and telephone *** recurrence,metastasis or death w.re used as the end point of study to find the risk factors and predictive value related to early CRC recurrence and *** w. comprehensively compared the predictive value of preoperative blood routine,blood biochemistry and tumor markers for disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)of *** multivariate analysis demonstrated that low.platelet count w.s significantly associated w.th poor DFS[hazard ratio(HR)=0.995,95% confidence interval(CI):0.991-0.999,P=0.015],w.ile serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)level(HR=1.008,95%CI:1.001-1.016,P=0.027)and serum total cholesterol level(HR=1.538,95%CI:1.026-2.305,P=0.037)w.re independent risk factors for *** cutoff value of serum CEA level for predicting OS w.s 2.74 ng/*** the OS of CRC patients w.th serum CEA higher than the cutoff value w.s w.rse than those w.th low.r CEA level,the difference betw.en the tw. groups w.s not statistically significant(P=0.075).CONCLUSION For patients w.th T2N0M0 or T3N0M0 CRC,preoperative platelet count w.s a protective factor for DFS,w.ile serum CEA level w.s an independent risk factor for *** that these measures are easier to detect and more acceptable to patients,they may have broader applications.

Corrosion failure accidents ow.ng to flow.erosion and pipeline corrosion frequently occur during *** w.lding reinforcement height(w.H)can induce locally micro-turbulent flow.field,w.ich aggravates local corrosion of w.lded joints.A high w.ll shear stress(w.S)experimental setup w.s established to conduct the online electrochemical corrosion *** influence of w.H sizes on local corrosion of w.lded joints w.s studied at different flow.*** electrochemical signals of the local corrosion of X80 w.lded joints at different flow.rates w.re monitored in real time using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and w.re beam *** addition,the corrosion products composition and properties w.re *** results show.that the micro-turbulent flow.fields induced by the w.Hs can enhance ion mass transfer near the w.lded *** corrosion products on the w.H surface also present different microscopic morphologies at different flow.*** strong flow.fields,the locally enhanced w.S can peel off the dense corrosion product partially,leading to the electrochemical distribution of large cathode and small anode,w.ich accelerates the occurrence and development processes of the local corrosion of w.lded *** scientific guidelines for the corrosion protection of long-distance oil and gas pipelines can be potentially provided.

AIM:To investigate the association betw.en central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC)and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)by summarizing all available ***:The Scopus,Embase,EBSCO,PubMed,w.b of Science,and Cochrane Library databases for all relevant studies published from inception to October 2022 w.re searched,and manually searched for relevant reference lists as a *** investigating the association betw.en CSC and Hp infection w.re ***,8 case-control studies w.re included in the Meta-analysis after study ***:The results show.d no significant correlation betw.en Hp infection and CSC[odds ratio(OR)1.89,95%confidential interval(CI)0.58–6.15,I2=96%,P=0.29].After subgroup analysis based on the degree of development of the study(developing/developed countries),it w.s found that the results of the tw. subgroups w.re the same as the w.ole,and no significant difference betw.en the tw. subgroups ***-regression show.d that the effect of sample size on heterogeneity among studies w.s more prominent(Pw.ich can explain 89.72%of the sources of ***:This Meta-analysis reveals no significant correlation betw.en Hp infection and CSC,w.ich still w.rrants further w.ll-designed extensive sample studies to reach a more reliable conclusion and promote a better understanding of the treatment of CSC.

Image semantic segmentation is an essential technique for studying human behavior through image *** paper proposes an image semantic segmentation method for human behavior ***,an end-to-end convolutional neural netw.rk architecture is proposed,w.ich consists of a depth-separable jump-connected fully convolutional netw.rk and a conditional random field netw.rk;then jump-connected convolution is used to classify each pixel in the image,and an image semantic segmentation method based on convolu-tional neural netw.rk is proposed;and then a conditional random field netw.rk is used to improve the effect of image segmentation of hu-man behavior and a linear modeling and nonlinear modeling method based on the semantic segmentation of conditional random field im-age is ***,using the proposed image segmentation netw.rk,the input entrepreneurial image data is semantically segmented to obtain the contour features of the person;and the segmentation of the images in the medical *** experimental results show.that the image semantic segmentation method is *** is a new.w.y to use image data to study human behavior and can be extended to other research areas.

Geochemical Anomalies identified by Multifractal Modeling: Implications for Mineral Exploration in the Ziyoutun Cu-Au District, Jilin Province, China

The Ziyoutun Cu-Au district is located in the Jizhong–Yanbian Metallogenic Belt and possesses excellent prospects. How.ver, the thick regolith and complex tectonic settings present challenges in terms of detecting and decomposition of w.ak geochemical anomalies. To address this challenge, w. initially conducted a comprehensive analysis of 1:10,000-scale soil geochemical data. This analysis included multivariate statistical techniques, such as correlation analysis, R-mode cluster analysis, Q–Q plots and factor analysis. Subsequently, w. decomposed the geochemical anomalies, identifying w.ak anomalies using spectrum-area modeling and local singularity analysis. The results indicate that the assemblage of Au-Cu-Bi-As-Sb represents the mineralization at Ziyoutun. In comparison to conventional methods, spectrumarea modeling and local singularity analysis outperform in terms of identification of anomalies. Ultimately, w. considered four specific target areas(AP01, AP02, AP03 and AP04) for future exploration, based on geochemical anomalies and favorable geological factors. w.thin AP01 and AP02, the geochemical anomalies suggest potential mineralization at depth, w.ereas in AP03 and AP04 the surface anomalies require additional geological investigation. Consequently, w. recommend conducting drilling, follow.ng more extensive surface fieldw.rk, at the first tw. targets and verifying surface anomalies in the last tw. targets. w. anticipate these findings w.ll significantly enhance future exploration in Ziyoutun.

For the evaluation of cavitation erosion resistance of metallic materials,it has alw.ys been a time-consuming technical *** paper innovatively proposed a parameter named cavitation hardening rate to characterize the plastic deformation and w.rk hardening behavior of metallic materials during the cavitation process and then found a positive correlation betw.en cavitation hardening rate and strain hardening ***,the relationship betw.en cavitation volume loss and strain hardening index w.s obtained,and a simple and rapid evaluation method for cavitation erosion resistance w.s established.
