A method of quantification of perfluorinated compounds(PFCs)from atmospheric particulate matter(APM)is described.A single step pretreatment method,selective pressurized liquid extraction(SPLE),was developed to reduce the high matrix background and avoid contamination from commonly used multiple sample pretreatment *** effective sorbent was selected to purify the PFCs during SPLE,followed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC–MS/MS),for quantification of *** affecting the SPLE efficiency,including temperature,static extraction time,and number of extraction cycles used,were *** optimum conditions were found to be 120℃,10 min,and 3 cycles,***-MS/MS method was developed to obtain the optimal sensitivity specific to *** method detection limits(MDLs)were 0.006 to 0.48 ng/g for the PFCs studied and the linear response range was from 0.1 to 100 ng/*** ensure accurate values were obtained,each step of the experiment was evaluated and controlled to prevent *** optimized method was tested by performing spiking experiments in natural particulate matter matrices and good rates of recovery and reproducibility were obtained for all target ***,the method was successfully used to measure 16 PFCs in the APM samples collected in Beijing over five years from 2015 to *** is observed that some PFCs follow the trend of total PFC changes,and can be attributed to the environment influencing events and policy enforcement,while others don't seem to change as much with time of the year or from year to year.

BACKGROUND In recent years,the incidence of colorectal cancer(CRC)has been *** the popularization of endoscopic technology,a number of early CRC has been ***,despite current treatment methods,some patients with early CRC still experience postoperative recurrence and *** to search for indicators associated with early CRC recurrence and metastasis to identify high-risk *** A total of 513 patients with pt2N0M0 or pt3N0M0 CRC were retrospectively enrolled in this *** of blood routine test,liver and kidney function tests and tumor markers were collected before *** were followed up through disease-specific database and telephone *** recurrence,metastasis or death were used as the end point of study to find the risk factors and predictive value related to early CRC recurrence and *** We comprehensively compared the predictive value of preoperative blood routine,blood biochemistry and tumor markers for disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)of *** multivariate analysis demonstrated that low platelet count was significantly associated with poor DFS[hazard ratio(HR)=0.995,95% confidence interval(CI):0.991-0.999,P=0.015],while serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)level(HR=1.008,95%CI:1.001-1.016,P=0.027)and serum total cholesterol level(HR=1.538,95%CI:1.026-2.305,P=0.037)were independent risk factors for *** cutoff value of serum CEA level for predicting OS was 2.74 ng/*** the OS of CRC patients with serum CEA higher than the cutoff value was worse than those with lower CEA level,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P=0.075).CONCLUSION For patients with t2N0M0 or t3N0M0 CRC,preoperative platelet count was a protective factor for DFS,while serum CEA level was an independent risk factor for *** that these measures are easier to detect and more acceptable to patients,they may have broader applications.

the biological effects of magnetic fields(MFs)have been a controversial ***,in recent years,there has been increasing evidence that MFs do affect biological ***,the physical mechanism remains ***,we show that MFs(16 t)reduce apoptosis in cell lines by inhibiting liquid–liquid phase separation(LLPS)of tau-441,suggesting that the MF effect on LLPS may be one of the mechanisms for understanding the“mysterious”magnetobiological *** LLPS of tau-441 occurred in the cytoplasm after induction with *** phase-separated droplets of tau-441 recruited hexokinase(HK),resulting in a decrease in the amount of free HK in the *** cells,HK and Bax compete to bind to the voltage-dependent anion channel(VdaC I)on the mitochondrial membrane.A decrease in the number of free HK molecules increased the chance of Bax binding to VdaC I,leading to increased Bax-mediated *** the presence of a static MF,LLPS was marked inhibited and HK recruitment was reduced,resulting in an increased probability of HK binding to VdaC I and a decreased probability of Bax binding to VdaC I,thus reducing Bax-mediated *** findings revealed a new physical mechanism for understanding magnetobiological effects from the perspective of *** addition,these results show the potential applications of physical environments,such as MFs in this study,in the treatment of LLPS-related diseases.

We are concerned with the boundedness for the equation x + f(x, x) + ω2x = p(t), where p is quasi-periodic function. Since the corresponding system is non-Hamiltonian, we transform the original system into a new reversible one, the Poincaré mapping of which satisfies the twist theorem for quasi-periodic reversible mappings of low smoothness, or is close to its linear part by normal form theorem. We then obtain results concerning the boundedness of solutions based on the recently *** above two cases need some smooth and growth assumptions for f and p, which are precisely the innovations of this paper.

BACKGROUND the study on predicting the differentiation grade of colorectal cancer(CRC)based on magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)has not been reported *** a non-invasive model to predict the differentiation grade of CRC is of great *** to develop and validate machine learning-based models for predicting the differ-entiation grade of CRC based on t2-weighted images(t2WI).MEtHODS We retrospectively collected the preoperative imaging and clinical data of 315 patients with CRC who underwent surgery from March 2018 to July *** were randomly assigned to a training cohort(n=220)or a validation cohort(n=95)at a 7:3 *** were delineated layer by layer on high-resolution *** absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression was applied to screen for radiomic *** and clinical models were constructed using the multilayer perceptron(MLP)*** radiomic features and clinically relevant variables(selected based on a significance level of Pthe training set)were used to construct radiomics-clinical *** performance of the three models(clinical,radiomic,and radiomic-clinical model)were evaluated using the area under the curve(AUC),calibration curve and decision curve analysis(DCA).RESULtS After feature selection,eight radiomic features were retained from the initial 1781 features to construct the radiomic *** different classifiers,including logistic regression,support vector machine,k-nearest neighbours,random forest,extreme trees,extreme gradient boosting,light gradient boosting machine,and MLP,were used to construct the model,with MLP demonstrating the best diagnostic *** AUC of the radiomic-clinical model was 0.862(95%CI:0.796-0.927)in the training cohort and 0.761(95%CI:0.635-0.887)in the validation *** AUC for the radiomic model was 0.796(95%CI:0.723-0.869)in the training cohort and 0.735(95%CI:0.604-0.866)in the validation *** clinical model achieved an AUC of 0.7
