A rapid, safe, and efficient method for the synthesis of novel molecular clefts based on deoxycholic acid was reported. Seven new molecular clefts have been synthesized in good yields （89-98%）. This method proved to be extremely simple and highly efficient. The structures of these receptors were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. 2007 Zhi Gang Zhao. We report the internal proper motions of 12 GHz methanol masers in mas-sive star-forming region G35.20-0.74 observed with the Very Long Baseline Array （VLBA） at four epochs spanning about 1.5 yr. Two groups of maser features were de-tected, groups A and B, and the latter that had a V-shaped spatial distribution is likely tracing the north outflow in G35.20-0.74. We present a three-dimensional model for the kinematics of these masers, by assuming the interstellar medium was blown by the stellar wind from the driving source （G35.2N） of the outflow. Adopting a position angle of ～ 81° for the main axis of the outflow from previous studies, we estimate an inclination of 35 ° ± 5.5°, a velocity of 8.1 ± 0.7 km s^-1 for the stellar wind along the main axis and an expansion speed gradient of 0.05 ± 0.016 km s^-1 AU^-1. From the model, we derive the age of the north outflow in G35.20-0.74 to be ～ 1.6 × 10^4 yr.

There is growing evidence that cellular metabolism can directly participate in epigenetic dynamics and consequently modulate gene ***,the role of metabolites in activating the key gene regulatory network for specialization of germ cell lineage remains largely ***,we identified some cellular metabolites with significant changes by untargeted metabolomics between mouse epiblast-like cells(EpiLCs)and primordial germ cell-like cells(PGCLCs).More importantly,we found that inhibition of glutaminolysis by bis-2-(5-phenylacetamido-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)ethyl sulfide(BPTES)impeded PGCLC specialization,but the impediment could be rescued by addition ofα-ketoglutarate(αKG),the intermediate metabolite of oxidative phosphorylation and ***,adding aKG alone to the PGCLC medium accelerated the PGCLC specialization through promoting H3 K27 me3 ***,our study reveals the importance of metabolite aKG in the germ cell fate determination and highlights the essential role of cellular metabolism in shaping the cell identities through epigenetic events.

In the framework of the dinuclear system model,the synthesis mechanism of the superheavy nuclides with atomic numbers Z=112,114,115 in the reactions of projectiles 40,^(48)Ca bombarding on targets^(238)U,^(242)Pu,and^(243)Am within a wide interval of incident energy has been investigated *** on the available experimental excitation functions,the dependence of calculated synthesis cross-sections on collision orientations has been studied *** total kinetic energy(TKE)of these collisions with fixed collision orientation shows orientation dependence,which can be used to predict the tendency of kinetic energy *** TKE is dependent on incident energies,as discussed in this *** applied the method based on the Coulomb barrier distribution function in our *** allowed us to approximately consider all the collision orientations from tip-tip to *** calculations of excitation functions of^(48)Ca+^(238)U,^(48)Ca+242Pu,and^(48)Ca+^(243)Am are in good agreement with the available experimental *** isospin effect of projectiles on production cross-sections of moscovium isotopes and the influence of the entrance channel effect on the synthesis cross-sections of superheavy nuclei are also discussed in this *** synthesis cross-section of new moscovium isotopes 278−286 Mc was predicted to be as large as hundreds of pb in the fusion-evaporation reactions of^(35,37)Cl+^(248)Cf,^(38,40)Ar+^(247)Bk,^(39,41)K+247 Cm,^(40,42,44,46)Ca+^(243)Am,45 Sc+^(244)Pu,and^(46,48,50)Ti+237Np,51 V+^(238)U at some typical excitation energies.

BACKGROUND Although the presentations of Sjögren’s syndrome(SS)are variable,ranging from mild dryness to wider systemic involvement,ranulas as early clinical signs were scarcely ***,we present an adult patient with SS,who developed a unilateral simple ranula and was diagnosed primary SS 3 years *** also provide a review of cases of SS and ranulas from 1980 to *** SUMMARY A 22-year-old girl was found to have a left painless floor-of-mouth lesion 3 years ago,without obvious trauma or *** diagnosis of a unilateral(left)simple ranula was made,and the ranula was surgically *** 3 years after the ranula surgery,she developed acute lymphadenectasis in unilateral parotid twice without inducement,and ultrasonic examination revealed diffuse lesions in bilateral parotids and submandibular glands,which strongly suggested *** tests and the unstimulated whole saliva flow rate confirmed the SS *** Our study underlines that ranulas are early clinical signs of *** early diagnosis and early intervention of SS are important to obtain better outcomes,our findings underline the need for histopathological test after sublingual adenectomy and imaging detection of exocrine glands for the patients with ranulas.
