An inorganicDorganic hybrid crystalline material(SiMo_(12)O_(40))[Cu(2,2'-bipy)_(2)]_(2)·2H_(2)O(Complex 1,2,2'-bipy=2,2'-bipyridine)was synthesized for the first time by using 2,2'-bipy and transition metal copper to convert Waugh-type polyoxometalate[MnMo_(9)O_(3)_(2)]_(6-)into a Keggin polyoxometalate structure[SiMo_(12)O_(40)]^(4-)under hydrothermal conditions in glass *** crystal tests and a series of characterizations were carried out on Complex *** structure of Complex 1 is composed of[SiMo_(12)O_(40)]^(4-)and[Cu^(Ⅱ)(2,2'-bipy)_(2)]^(2+).The five-coordinated Cu is connected to two 2,2'-bipy through CuDN bonds,forming an approximately square ***,Complex 1 exhibited good photocatalytic performance for methylene blue degradation and electrocatalytic nitrite reduction properties simultaneously.

Failure of oocyte activation,including polyspermy and defects in pronuclear(PN)formation,triggers early embryonic developmental *** studies have shown that phospholipase C zeta 1(PLCZ1)mutations cause failure of PN formation following intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI);however,whether PLCZ1 mutation is associated with polyspermy during in vitro fertilization(IVF)remains ***-exome sequencing(WES)was performed to identify candidate mutations in couples with primary *** sequencing was used to validate the *** PLCZ1-mutated sperm were injected into human and mouse oocytes to explore whether PN formation was *** oocyte activation(AOA)after ICSI was performed to overcome the failure of oocyte *** identified three PLCZ1 mutations in three patients who experienced polyspermy during IVF cycles,including a novel missense mutation c.1154C>T,*** formation failure was observed during the ICSI ***,injection of multiple PLCZ1-mutated sperm induced PN formation,suggesting that the Ca2+oscillations induced by the sperm exceeded the necessary threshold for PN *** after ICSI enabled normal fertilization,and all patients achieved successful *** findings expand the mutational spectrum of PLCZ1 and suggest an important role for PLCZ1 in terms of blocking ***,this study may benefit genetic diagnoses in cases of abnormal fertilization and provide potential appropriate therapeutic measures for these patients with sperm-derived polyspermy.

Aeromonas veronii is considered an emerging food-borne pathogen associated with a significant threat to public health， distributing in various aquatic environments and aquatic products. Hanks-type Ser/Thr kinases (STKs) play a critical role in the pathogenesis of pathogens. However， the function of A. veronii STKs is currently unclear. In the pursuit of high-performance single-molecule magnets（SMMs）,incorporating intramolecular magnetic coupling emerges as a pivotal *** these,d-f SMMs have garnered significant attention due to their remarkable versatility,which lies in their ability to tune coordination environments and facilely substitute metal ***,achieving performance-centric d-f SMMs through the synergistic interplay between highly anisotropic f ions and d-f magnetic interactions remains a formidable *** mononuclear hexagonal bipyramidal(D6h) DyⅢSMMs have been successfully isolated,the exploration of d-f SMMs featuring D6h-lanthanide metal centers remains uncharted *** this study,we employed planar bipodal ligands in conjunction with “staple-like” axial phenoxide ligands to synthesize the first hexagonal bipyramidal d-f ***,this compound exhibits alternating-current magnetic susceptibilities peaking up to 68 K with an energy barrier surpassing 1,200 K,thus establishing a new benchmark within the heterometallic d-f SMM landscape inclusive of complexes with diamagnetic d metals and paramagnetic f ***,the ferromagnetic interaction at the d-f sites engenders oscillating relaxation times contingent on the magnetic field—a characteristic distinct from mononuclear *** findings shed light on a deliberate design approach for d-f SMMs,emphasizing the cooperative utilization of high-barrier lanthanide modules alongside d ions through magnetic *** synergy significantly enhances and diversifies the magnetic dynamics of these intriguing molecular systems.

Realizing simultaneous adjustment of energy levels and work functions in two-dimensional/three-dimensional(2D/3D)perovskite solar cells(PSCs)is a ***,a pseudohalide 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzylammonium tetrafluoroborate(TFPMABF_(4))was used to react with unreacted Pb I2on the surface of 3D bulky perovskite to form a mixed halide of 2D perovskite denoted(TF-PMA)_(2)FA_(2)Pb_(3)I_(8)(BF_(4))_(2).This novel 2D/3D perovskite enables the simultaneous adjustment of energy levels and work functions on the surface of active *** to the significantly enhanced quality of 2D/3D perovskite film,decreased surface defects and increased charge carrier lifetime,the 2D/3D PSCs exhibit an outstanding power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 25.15%and a high V_(OC)of 1.194 ***,2D/3D PSCs exhibit remarkable enhancements in environmental stability,unencapsulated devices retaining more than 90%of their initial PCE at 50%humidity for 2,280 h.
