An adsorbent calix[4]arene carboxylic acid was employed as the adsorption material for on-line flow in jection（FI） micro-column preconcentration coupled with flame atomic absorption spectrometry（FAAS） determination of trace heavy metals（Cu, Pb, Co, Ni and Cd）. Parameters such as the pH, loading time and flow rate of sample, and the concentration, volume and flow rate of eluent were optimized. The enrichment factors are 50.0, 56.5, 11.6, 12.1 and 19.1 for Cu, Pb, Co, Ni, and Cd, respectively, and a sample throughput of 20 h–1 was obtained. The limits of de tection for Cu, Pb, Co, Ni, and Cd were in a range of 1.56―3.91 μg/L, and the relative standard deviations（RSDs） were less than 2.76%（n=7）. Furthermore, the proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of Cu, Pb, Co, Ni, and Cd in certified reference materials and various water samples.

The combination of photodynamic therapy（PDT） and chemodynamic therapy（CDT） in tumor treatment has attracted considerable ***,tumor hypoxia and glutathione（GSH） overproduction in the tumor tissue restricted the progress of their ***,a Mn-porphyrinic metal-organic framework（Mn-TCPP） was constructed by the one-pot method and further used for immobilizing glucose oxidase（GOx） to obtain GOx@*** would rapidly exhaust endogenous glucose into hydrogen peroxide（H2O2） and gluconic acid,thus shutting off the energy supply of tumor cells for starvation ***-TCPP catalyzed H2O2to produce oxygen,regulating the hypoxic tumor microenvironment and in turn improving1O2generation under laser ***,Mn-TCPP can reduce reactive oxygen species consumption owing to the redox reaction between Mn3+and GSH,thus greatly enhancing ***,benefiting from GOx-mediated starvation therapy,Mn2+produced by Mn3+reduction can react with sufficient intracellular H2O2to generate ·OH with high cytotoxicity through a Fenton-like *** treatment by GOx@Mn-TCPP under laser irradiation in vitro,the cell viability of 4T1 and A549 tumor cells reached to 20%,reflecting GOx@Mn-TCPP could give full play to the advantages of PDT/CDT/starvation *** results in vivo demonstrated that GOx@Mn-TCPP mediated synergistic cascade therapy could significantly inhibit tumor growth and improve the therapeutic effect.

The influence of Nb-V microalloying on the hot deformation behavior and microstructures of medium Mn steel(MMS)was investigated by uniaxial hot compression *** establishing the constitutive equations for simulating the measured flow curves,we successfully constructed deformation activation energy(Q)maps and processing maps for identifying the region of flow *** concluded the following consequences of Nb-V alloying for MMS.(i)The critical strain increases and the increment diminishes with the increasing deformation temperature,suggesting that NbC precipitates more efficiently retard dynamic recrystallization(DRX)in MMS compared with solute Nb.(ii)The deformation activation energy of MMS is significantly increased and even higher than that of some reported high Mn steels,suggesting that its ability to retard DRX is greater than that of the high Mn content.(iii)The hot workability of MMS is improved by narrowing the hot processing window for the unstable flow stress,in which fine recrystallized and coarse unrecrystallized grains are present.

The rapid proliferation of electric vehicle(EV)charging infrastructure introduces critical cybersecurity vulnerabilities to power grids *** study presents an innovative anomaly detection framework for EV charging stations,addressing the unique challenges posed by third-party aggregation *** approach integrates node equations-based on the parameter identification with a novel deep learning model,xDeepCIN,to detect abnormal data reporting indicative of aggregation *** employ a graph-theoretic approach to model EV charging networks and utilize Markov Chain Monte Carlo techniques for accurate parameter *** xDeepCIN model,incorporating a Compressed Interaction Network,has the ability to capture complex feature interactions in sparse,high-dimensional charging *** results on both proprietary and public datasets demonstrate significant improvements in anomaly detection performance,with F1-scores increasing by up to 32.3%for specific anomaly types compared to traditional methods,such as wide&deep and DeepFM(Factorization-Machine).Our framework exhibits robust scalability,effectively handling networks ranging from 8 to 85 charging ***,we achieve real-time monitoring capabilities,with parameter identification completing within seconds for networks up to 1000 *** research contributes to enhancing the security and reliability of renewable energy systems against evolving cyber threats,offering a comprehensive solution for safeguarding the rapidly expanding EV charging infrastructure.

Layered rare-earth metal oxides,harnessing the dual properties of oxides and two-dimensional layered materials,exhibit remarkable thermal stability and quantum confinement ***,this work adopts the first-principles calculation combined with the Boltzmann transport theory to predict the thermoelectric properties of NdZnSbO *** coexistence of weak interlayer van der Waals interactions,robust intralayer ionic bonding,and partial covalent bonding leads to remarkable bonding heterogeneity,which engenders pronounced phonon scattering and imposes constraints on thermal transport along the out-of-plane *** weakened chemical bonds induced by the antibonding states,together with the rattling-like behavior of the Zn atom,culminate in the profound anharmonicity in the layered NdZnSbO *** weakening bond and heavy element contribute to the softness of phonon modes,which significantly diminishes the phonon group *** redistribution-dominated four-phonon scattering process spans a large optical gap,which effectively reduces the lattice thermal *** NdZnSbO compound exhibits direct semiconductor characteristic with a bandgap of 0.73 e V by adopting the Heyd-Scuseria-Ernzerhof(HSE06)functional in combination with spin–orbit coupling(SOC)*** multi-valley feature of NdZnSbO compound augur favorably for band degeneracy,thus amplifying the power ***,an optimal figure-of-merit(ZT)of 3.40 at 900 K is achieved for the n-type NdZnSbO *** present study delves deeply insights into the origins for the low thermal conductivity of NdZnSbO compound and proposes an optimization scheme to enhance overall thermoelectric performance.

Designing highly performed uricase-like nanozymes through enzymatic-like colorimetric analysis system is of vital significance for the quantitative detection of uric acid(UA).Herein,series of Ce-UiO-66 nanozymes with different surface charges through the ligand engineering strategy were rationally designed and synthesized as efficient uricase mimics with tailorable uricase-like activities to catalytically convert UA into allantoin and ***,by tuning the functional groups of 1,4-benzoic acid ligands,we explored the relationships between the surface charges of Ce-UiO-66-X(X=H,NO_(2),Br,CH_(3),and OH)nanozymes and their uricase-like *** them,Ce UiO-66-CH_(3) with the moderate surface charge exhibited optimal substrate adsorption and product desorption,displaying the highest uricase-like ***,H2O2,as the product of UA oxidation,enabled Ce-UiO-66-CH_(3) itself as a dose-dependent chromogenic substrate of H_(2)O_(2),giving a white-to-orange color evolution due to the Ce-UiO-66-CH_(3)-to-CeO_(2) phase ***,a smartphone-assisted all-in-one enzyme/reagent-free biosensor based on Ce-UiO-66-CH_(3) was established for the precise visual detection of UA analysis,which was featured by a wide detection range(31–4000µM),a high sensitivity(limit of detection:8.9µM),a rapid response(-3 min),a high structural stability,and a high anti-interference ability.

Gene Expression Profiles Comparison between 2009 Pandemic and Seasonal H1N1 Influenza Viruses in A549 Cells

Objective To perform gene expression profiles comparison so that to identify and understand the potential differences in pathogenesis between the pandemic and seasonal A （H1N1） influenza viruses. Methods A549 cells were infected with A/California/07/09 （H1N1） and A/GuangdongBaoan/51/08 （H1N1） respectively at the same MOI of 2 and collected at 2, 4, 8, and 24 h post infection （p.i.）. Gene expression profiles of A549 cells were obtained using the 22 K Human Genome Oligo Array, and differentially expressed genes were analyzed at selected time points. Results Microarrays results indicated that both of the viruses suppressed host immune response related pathways including cytokine production while pandemic H1N1 virus displayed weaker suppression of host immune response than seasonal H1N1 virus. Observation on similar anti-apoptotic events such as activation of apoptosis inhibitor and down-regulation of key genes of apoptosis pathways in both infections showed that activities of promoting apoptosis were different in later stage of infection. Conclusion The immuno-suppression and anti-apoptosis events of pandemic H1N1 virus were similar to those seen by seasonal H1N1 virus. The pandemic H1N1 virus had an ability to inhibit biological pathways associated with cytokine responses, NK activation and macrophage recognition .

To elucidate the yielding performance of compact yielding anchor cables in working state,a yielding mechanical model incorporating extrusion friction and fastening rotation under confining pressure is *** yielding resistance enhancement effect(ω)caused by working environment constraints is evaluated through multi-layer composite sleeve hole expansion analysis,forming a theoretical framework for calculating the working yielding *** and in-situ pull-out tests are conducted to determine the yielding performance and validate the analytical *** main conclusions are:(1)Yielding force and energy-release capacity increase withω,significantly outperforming the unconfined state.(2)In-situ tests under varying rockmass and geostress conditions(F1–F3)determine the yielding force increases to 183.4–290.1,204.0–290.8,and 235.0–327.1 kN.(3)The slight deviation(–12.5%to 6.2%)between the theoretical and measured yielding force confirms that the analytical theory effectively describes the working yielding performance.(4)ωincreases with higher geostress and improved rock mechanical properties,with initial geostress(σ_(0))and elastic modulus of surrounding rock(E_(3))identified as critical parameters.
