AIM: To develop a safe and effective agent for cholangiocarcinoma(CCA) chemotherapy. METHODS: A drug combination experiment was conducted to determine the effects of β-escin in c o m b i n a t i o n w i t h c h e m o t h e ra p y o n C C A c e l l s. 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide assay was performed to determine the effects of β-escin and common chemotherapeutics on the proliferation of human CCA cells(QBC939, Sk-Ch A-1, and MZ-Ch A-1). Immunocytochemistry was used to detect the expression of P-glycoprotein(P-gp) protein. Luciferase reporter assay was used to detect the activation of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway. The protein levels of P-gp, p S9-GSK3β, p T216-GSK3β, GSK3β, β-catenin, and p-β-catenin were further confirmed by western ***: The drug sensitivity of QBC939 and QBC939/5-fluorouracil(5-fu) cells to 5-fu, vincristine sulfate(VCR), or mitomycin C was significantly enhanced by β-escin compared with either agent alone(P fu and VCR was synergic with a combination index further investigation found that the m RNA and protein expression of P-gp was downregulated by β-escin. Moreover, β-escin induced GSK3β phosphorylation at Tyr-216 and dephosphorylation at Ser-9, resulting in phosphorylation and degradation of β-catenin. Interestingly, activation of the GSK3β/β-catenin pathway induced by Wnt3 a resulted in upregulation of P-gp, which was effectively abolished by β-escin, indicating that β-escin down-regulated P-gp expression in a GSK3β-dependent ***: β-escin was a potent reverser of P-gpdependent multidrug resistance, with said effect likely being achieved via inhibition of the GSK3β/β-catenin pathway and thus suggesting a promising strategy of developing combination drugs for CCA.

我国东部地区普惠型养老负担能力综合评价

目的探究我国东部地区普惠型养老负担能力差异,探索养老负担指标权重。方法采用熵权TOPSIS法与AISM模型相结合,将熵权TOPSIS法结果构建矩阵纳入AISM模型,进行可视化处理。结果前3位指标分别是不提供住宿的固定资产原价、不提供住宿的累计年末全托照料服务人数以及不提供住宿的累计社区养老服务次数;普惠型养老负担能力最优省份为江苏,而最劣省市为天津和海南。另外,浙江、广东、广西、辽宁和福建这5个省份的普惠型养老负担能力也在逐步减弱。结论产出指标优于投入指标,不提供住宿的固定资产原价占主导地位;南方地区优于北方地区,沿海地区优于内陆地区,且地区之间差异较大;人口、气候、经济结构类型、机构利用率等问题是部分普惠型养老负担能力弱的原因。

The phase transition behaviors of the shocked water are investigated by employing an optical transmittance in-situ detection *** on the light scattering theory and phase transformation kinetics,the phase transition mechanism of the water under multiple shocks is *** experimental data indicate that the evolution of the transmittance of the shocked water can be broadly divided into three stages:relaxation stage,decline stage,and recovery *** the early stage of the phase transition,the new phase particles began to form around the quartz/window *** should be mentioned that the water/ice phase boundary seems to move toward the liquid region in one experiment of this *** to the new phase core being much smaller than the wavelength of the incident light,the transmittance of the sample within the relaxation stage remains *** decline stage can be divided into the rapid descent stage and the slow descent stage in this work,which is considered as the different growth rates of the new phase particle under different shock *** recovery stage is attributed to the emergence of the new phase particles which are bigger than the critical ***,the influence of the size growth and the population growth of the new phase particles on the transmittance restrict each other,which may be responsible for the phenomenon that the transmittance curve does not return to the initial level.

BaTiO_(3)(BTO)/YBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7) (YBCO) heteroepitaxial films have been fabricated on (100) SrTiO_(3) substrates by pulsed laser ablation. X-ray characterizations show the BTO/YBCO bilayer films have a highly epitaxial nature. Rocking curves for the BTO (002) and YBCO (005) peaks have full width at half maximum values of 0.36°and 0.32°, respectively. The Ф scan plots indicate good in-plane alignments of these epitaxial films. The ferroelectric properties of the B TO/YBCO heteroepitaxial films were evaluated by capacitance-voltage measurement in metal-ferroelectric-metal configuration.

Perovskite/silicon(Si) tandem solar cells have been recognized as the next-generation photovoltaic technology with efficiency over 30% and low cost. However, the intrinsic instability of traditional three-dimensional(3D) hybrid perovskite seriously hinders the lifetimes of tandem devices. In this work, the quasi-two-dimensional(2D)(BA)_(2)(MA)_(n-1)Pbn I_(3n+1)(n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)(where MA denotes methylammonium and BA represents butylammonium), with senior stability and wider bandgap, are first used as an absorber of semitransparent top perovskite solar cells(PSCs) to construct a fourterminal(4T) tandem devices with a bottom Si-heterojunction cell. The device model is established by Silvaco Atlas based on experimental parameters. Simulation results show that in the optimized tandem device, the top cell(n = 4) obtains a power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 17.39% and the Si bottom cell shows a PCE of 11.44%, thus an overall PCE of 28.83%. furthermore, by introducing a 90-nm lithium fluoride(LiF) anti-reflection layer to reduce the surface reflection loss, the current density(J_(sc)) of the top cell is enhanced from 15.56 m A/cm^(2) to 17.09 m A/cm^(2), the corresponding PCE reaches 19.05%, and the tandem PCE increases to 30.58%. Simultaneously, in the cases of n = 3, 4, and 5, all the tandem PCEs exceed the limiting theoretical efficiency of Si cells. Therefore, the 4T quasi-2D perovskite/Si devices provide a more cost-effective tandem strategy and long-term stability solutions.

It is challenging for aqueous Zn-ion batteries(ZIBs)to achieve comparable low-temperature(low-T)performance due to the easy-frozen electrolyte and severe Zn ***,an aqueous electrolyte with a low freezing point and high ionic conductivity is *** with molecular dynamics simulation and multi-scale interface analysis(time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry threedimensional mapping and in-situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method),the temperature independence of the V_(2)O_(5)cathode and Zn anode is observed to be ***,dominated by the solvent structure of the designed electrolyte at low temperatures,vanadium dissolution/shuttle is significantly inhibited,and the zinc dendrites caused by this electrochemical crosstalk are greatly relieved,thus showing an abnormal temperature inversion *** the disclosure and improvement of the above phenomena,the designed Zn||V_(2)O_(5)full cell delivers superior low-T performance,maintaining almost 99%capacity retention after 9500 cycles(working more than 2500 h)at-20°*** work proposes a kind of electrolyte suitable for low-T ZIBs and reveals the inverse temperature dependence of the Zn anode,which might offer a novel perspective for the investigation of low-T aqueous battery systems.
