Atomic arrays provide an important quantum optical platform with photon-mediated dipole–dipole interactions that can be engineered to realize key applications in quantum information processing.A major obstacle for such applications is the fast decay of the excited *** controlling two-band Bloch oscillations of single excitation in an atomic array under an external magnetic field,here we show that exotic subradiance can be realized and maintained with orders of magnitude longer than the spontaneous decay time in atomic arrays with the finite *** key finding is to show a way for preventing the wavepacket of excited states scattering into the dissipative zone inside the free space light cone,which therefore leads to the excitation staying at a subradiant state for an extremely long decay *** show that such operation can be achieved by introducing a spatially linear potential from the external magnetic field in the atomic arrays and then manipulating interconnected two-band Bloch oscillations along opposite *** results also point out the possibility of controllable switching between superradiant and subradiant states,which leads to potential applications in quantum storage.

With abundant potassium resources and high capacity,potassium metal batteries(PMBs)present a compelling option for the next generation of energy storage ***,PMBs suffer from an unstable anode interface caused by uncontrolled dendrite growth,which results in unsatisfactory cyclability and safety *** investigations suggest that significant progress has been made in enhancing the interfacial stability of *** various effective strategies for stabilizing interfaces can ultimately be attributed to the regulation of the sluggish ion transfer kinetics and irregular deposition,i.e.,the arrangement of ion transport behaviors at the *** modulation of ions transport rate and ions deposition directions makes it possible to obtain a dendrite-free and smooth deposition ***,the influencing factors and action mechanism of K^(+)interface transport behaviors are discussed to understand the nature of material design for constructing stable anode interfaces,including regulating the solvation and desolvation structures,accelerating K^(+)transport kinetics and controlling K^(+)deposition *** addition,the deficiencies and prospects of the research on electrolyte,separators and designed electrode involved in the manufacturing and testing and ion transport process of PMBs are *** review is expected to provide some possible directions for constructing dendrite-free interfaces in advanced PMBs-related research and offer significant insights for prospective experimental research and commercial applications.

Background:Cancer-related fatigue(CRF)is a common and debilitating symptom experienced by patients with advanced-stage cancer,especially those undergoing antitumor *** study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Renshenguben(RSGB)oral solution,a ginseng-based traditional Chinese medicine,in alleviating CRF in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)receiving antitumor ***:In this prospective,open-label,controlled,multicenter study,patients with advanced HCC at BCLC stage C and a brief fatigue inventory(BFI)score of≥4 were *** were assigned to the RSGB group(RSGB,10 mL twice daily)or the control group(with supportive care).Primary and secondary endpoints were the change in multidimensional fatigue inventory(MFI)score,and BFI and functional assessment of cancer therapy-hepatobiliary(FACT-Hep)scores at weeks 4 and 8 after *** events(AEs)and toxicities were ***:A total of 409 participants were enrolled,with 206 assigned to the RSGB *** week 4,there was a trend towards improvement,but the differences were not statistically *** week 8,the RSGB group exhibited a significantly lower MFI score(P<0.05)compared to the control group,indicating improved fatigue ***,the RSGB group showed significantly greater decrease in BFI and FACT-Hep scores at week 8(P<0.05).Subgroup analyses among patients receiving various antitumor treatments showed similar *** linear regression analyses revealed that the RSGB group experienced a significantly substantial decrease in MFI,BFI,and FACT-Hep scores at week *** serious drug-related AEs or toxicities were ***:RSGB oral solution effectively reduced CRF in patients with advanced HCC undergoing antitumor therapy over an eight-week period,with no discernible *** findings support the potential of RSGB oral solution as an adjunctive treatment for managing CRF in this patient population.

Pulmonary diseases across all ages threaten millions of people and have emerged as one of the major public health issues *** diverse disease con-ditions,the currently available approaches are focused on alleviating clinical symptoms and delaying disease progression but have not shown significant therapeutic effects in patients with lung *** umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MSCs)isolated from the human UC have the capacity for self-renewal and multilineage ***,in recent years,these cells have been demonstrated to have unique advantages in the treatment of lung *** searched the Public Clinical Trial database and found 55 clinical trials involving UC-MSC therapy for pulmonary diseases,including coronavirus disease 2019,acute respiratory distress syndrome,bron-chopulmonary dysplasia,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and pulmonary *** this review,we summarize the characteristics of these registered clinical trials and relevant published results and explore in depth the challenges and opportunitiesfaced in clinical ***,the underlying mole-cular mechanisms involved in UC-MSC-based therapy for pulmonary diseases are also analyzed in *** brief,this comprehensive review and detailed analysis of these clinical trials can be expected to provide a scientific reference for future large-scale clinical application.

BACKGROUND Prophylactic loop ileostomy is an effective way to reduce the clinical severity of anastomotic leakage following radical resection of rectal *** surgical site infection(SSI)is a common complication after ileostomy *** To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the micro-power negative pressure wound technique(MPNPWT)in preventing incisional *** This was a prospective,randomized controlled clinical trial conducted at a single center.A total of 101 consecutive patients who underwent ileostomy closure after rectal cancer surgery with a prophylactic ileostomy were enrolled from January 2019 to December *** were randomly allocated into an MPNPWT group and a control *** MPNPWT group underwent intermittent suturing of the surgical incision with 2-0 Prolene and was covered with a micro-power negative pressure *** surgical outcomes were compared between the MPNPWT(n=50)and control(n=51)*** factors for incisional SSI were identified using logistic *** There were no differences in baseline characteristics between the MPNPWT(n=50)and control groups(n=51).The incisional SSI rate was significantly higher in the control group than in the MPNPWT group(15.7%vs 2.0%,P=0.031).However,MPNPWT did not affect other surgical outcomes,including intra-abdominal complications,operative time,and blood *** hospital stay length and hospitalization costs did not differ significantly between the two groups(P=0.069 and 0.843,respectively).None of the patients experienced adverse effects of MPNPWT,including skin allergy,dermatitis,and *** also helped heal the infected *** study indicated that MPNPWT was an independent protective factor[odds ratio(OR)=0.005,P=0.025)]and diabetes was a risk factor(OR=26.575,P=0.029)for incisional *** MPNPWT is an effective and safe way to prevent incisional SSI after loop ileostomy closure.

在求解作业车间调度问题(job-shop scheduling problem, JSP)的局部搜索算法中,构造移动执行后的邻域解严重影响了局部搜索算法的计算效率.为此,基于拓扑排序和工序最大弧数的相关理论,提出了调度解拓扑排序的划分方法,实现了邻域解拓扑排序的构造;并在邻域解的拓扑排序中,准确地识别了邻域解中头和尾时间发生改变的工序集合,从而实现了邻域解的快速、动态构造.实验结果表明:相比于目前的邻域解构造方法,所提出的邻域解的动态构造方法,在计算速度上有着明显优势,且能够显著地节省计算时间.

近年来,美元体系的供给、流通、回流以及治理机制出现了紊乱甚至失能的现象。美国量化宽松货币政策失度加剧了“新特里芬两难”,应对乌克兰危机的失策削弱了“石油美元”体系,联邦政府债务失控侵蚀了美元体系的基石,金融监管失察加剧了国际金融动荡,大国竞争战略失常则加速了去美元化进程。美元体系的边际调整具有必然性和长期性,美元体系有可能向失序、失能、失效的路径演进,全球经济则可能陷入金融风险、转型风险与政治风险相互交织的困境。广大发展中国家在短期内难以摆脱美国货币政策溢出效应的负面影响,其金融安全和可持续发展都面临前所未有的挑战。美元体系的边际调整是美国霸权式微的体现,其根源在于美国固守霸权思维、推卸国际责任、追求狭隘的安全和地缘政治利益以及缺乏大国应有的格局与气度。
