CGG repeat expansions in LOC642361/NUTM2B-AS1 have recently been identified as a cause of oculopharyngeal myopathy with ***,since only three patients from a single family were reported,it remains unknown whether their clinicopathological features are typical for CGG repeat expansions in LOC642361/***,using repeat-primed-polymerase chain reaction and long-read sequencing,we identify 12 individuals from 3 unrelated families with CGG repeat expansions in LOC642361/NUTM2B-AS1,typically presenting with oculopharyngodistal *** CGG repeat expansions range from 161 to 669 repeat *** of the patients present with ptosis,restricted eye movements,dysphagia,dysarthria,and diffuse limb muscle *** one patient shows T2-weighted hyperintensity in the cerebellar white matter surrounding the deep cerebellar nuclei on brain magnetic resonance *** biopsies from three patients show a myopathic pattern and rimmed *** of muscle biopsies suggest that CGG repeat expansions in LOC642361/NUTM2B-AS1 may deleteriously affect aggrephagic capacity,suggesting that RNA toxicity and mitochondrial dysfunction may contribute to *** study thus expands the phenotypic spectrum for the CGG repeat expansion of LOC642361/NUTM2B-AS1 and indicates that this genetic variant typically manifests as oculopharyngodistal myopathy with chronic myopathic changes with rimmed vacuoles and filamentous intranuclear inclusions in muscle fibers.

The regulation of spermatogonial proliferation and apoptosis is of great significance for maintaining *** single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)analysis of the testis was performed to identify genes upregulated in *** scRNAseq analysis,we identified the spermatogonia upregulated gene origin recognition complex subunit 6(Orc6),which is involved in DNA replication and cell cycle regulation;its protein expression in the human and mouse testis was detected by western blot and *** explore the potential function of Orc6 in spermatogonia,the C18-4 cell line was transfected with control or Orc6 ***,5-ethynyl-2-deoxyuridine(EdU)and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL)assays,flow cytometry,and western blot were used to evaluate its effects on proliferation and *** was revealed that ORC6 could promote proliferation and inhibit apoptosis of C18-4 *** RNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis indicated that Orc6 was involved in the activation of wingless/integrated(Wnt)/β-catenin *** blot revealed that the expression ofβ-catenin protein and its phosphorylation(Ser675)were significantly decreased when silencing the expression of *** findings indicated that Orc6 was upregulated in spermatogonia,whereby it regulated proliferation and apoptosis by activating Wnt/β-catenin signaling.

周期结构的带隙特性使得位于带隙频率范围内的振动或波动无法在结构中传播。基于该思想,设计了一种埋入式的地震表面波屏障以调控Rayleigh表面波的传播,并研究了该表面波屏障的主要设计参数及共振单元与支撑基础之间的连接约束关系等对弹性波频散曲线和表面波带隙形成的影响。结果表明:该埋入式的地震表面波屏障能够形成低频的表面波带隙,实现有效的衰减域;共振单元与支撑基础之间的约束关系会显著改变地震表面波屏障的频散曲线,不同的约束条件会影响表面波带隙的形成,甚至造成带隙的消失,在屏障设计与实现过程中应对影响两者发生相对运动的因素如摩擦力等进行考虑,进行合理设计。

Machine-learning-assisted efficient reconstruction of the quantum states generated from the Sagnac polarization-entangled photon source

Neural networks are becoming ubiquitous in various areas of physics as a successful machine learning(ML)technique for addressing different *** on ML technique,we propose and experimentally demonstrate an efficient method for state reconstruction of the widely used Sagnac polarization-entangled photon *** properly modeling the target states,a multi-output fully connected neural network is well trained using only six of the sixteen measurement bases in standard tomography technique,and hence our method reduces the resource consumption without loss of *** demonstrate the ability of the neural network to predict state parameters with a high precision by using both simulated and experimental ***,the mean absolute error for all the parameters is below 0.05 for the simulated data and a mean fidelity of 0.99 is achieved for experimentally generated *** method could be generalized to estimate other kinds of states,as well as other quantum information tasks.

This paper studies how the spacecrafts maneuver in order to take and maintain good lighting conditions. The objective is to solve for the impulse signals required for spacecraft orbit maneuvers. The paper considers two groups of spacecrafts and compares the strategies of using the Lambert transfer and a heuristic optimization algorithm. Simulation experiments show that single-impulse maneuver optimization consumes less energy compared to the Lambert transfer, whereas the Lambert transfer achieves better results in taking and maintaining good lighting conditions. The outcome of this work provides guidance for simulation-based composite control strategies for maintaining satisfactory lighting conditions.

Despite transosseous rotator cuff tear repair using sutures is widely accepted for tendon-bone fixation,the fibrocartilaginous enthesis regeneration is still hardly achieved with the traditional *** the present work,degradable magnesium(Mg)alloy wire was applied to suture supraspinatus tendon in a rat acute rotator cuff tear model with Vicryl Plus 4±0 absorbable suture as *** shoulder joint humerus-supraspinatus tendon complex specimens were retrieved at 4,8,and 12 weeks after *** Mg alloy suture groups showed better biomechanical properties in terms of ultimate load to *** observation showed that hyperplastic response of the scar tissue at the tendon-bone interface is progressively alleviated over time in the both Mg alloy suture and Vicryl suture *** the histological analysis,for Mg alloy suture groups,chondrocytes appear to proliferate at 4 weeks postoperatively,and the tendon-bone interface showed an orderly structural transition zone at 8 weeks *** collagenous fiber tended to be aligned and the tendon-bone interlocking structures apparently formed,where transitional structure from unmineralized fibrocartilage to mineralized fibrocartilage was closer to the native fibrocartilaginous *** vivo degradation of the magnesium alloy wire was completed within 12 *** results indicated that Mg alloy wire was promising as degradable suture with the potential to promotes fibrocartilaginous interface regeneration in rotator cuff repair.

As a potential vectored vaccine,Newcastle disease virus(NDV)has been subject to various studies for vaccine development,while relatively little research has outlined the immunomodulatory effect of the virus in antigen *** elucidate the key inhibitory factor in regulating the interaction of infected dendritic cells(DCs)and T cells,DCs were pretreated with the NDV vaccine strain LaSota as an inhibitor and stimulated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS)for further detection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),flow cytometry,immunoblotting,and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).The results revealed that NDV infection resulted in the inhibition of interleukin(IL)-12p40 in DCs through a p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)-dependent manner,thus inhibiting the synthesis of IL-12p70,leading to the reduction in T cell proliferation and the secretion of interferon-(IFN-),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and IL-6 induced by ***,downregulated cytokines accelerated the infection and viral transmission from DCs to T ***,several other strains of NDV also exhibited inhibitory *** current study reveals that NDV can modulate the intensity of the innate-adaptive immune cell crosstalk critically toward viral invasion improvement,highlighting a novel mechanism of virus-induced immunosuppression and providing new perspectives on the improvement of NDV-vectored vaccine.

This letter deals with the suppressive effect of the nonmagnetic impurity,doped into the parent compound of the high-T_(c) superconductor,on the spin density wave(SDW)*** into account the van Hove singularity in the Fermi surface of the two-dimensional square lattice,our results indicate that the nonmagnetic impurity can lead to sharp reduction of the SDW order,which is in qualitative agreement with the experimental reports.

Numerical Analysis of Explosion Characteristics of Vent Gas From 18650 LiFePO_(4) Batteries With Different States of Charge

The combustion and explosion characteristics of lithium-ion battery vent gas is a key factor in determining the fire hazard of lithium-ion *** the combustion and explosion hazards of lithium-ion batteries vent gas can provide guidance for rescue and protection in explosion accidents in energy storage stations and new energy vehicles,thereby promoting the application and development of lithium-ion *** on this understanding and combined with previous research on gas production from lithium-ion batteries,this article conducted a study on the combustion and explosion risks of vent gas from thermal runaway of 18650 LFP batteries with different states of charge(SOCs).The explosion limit of mixed gases affected by carbon dioxide inert gas is calculated through the“elimination”method,and the Chemkin-Pro software is used to numerically simulate the laminar flame speed and adiabatic flame temperature of the battery vent *** the concentration of free radicals and sensitivity coefficients of major elementary reactions in the system are analyzed to comprehensively evaluate the combustion explosion hazard of battery vent *** study found that the 100%SOC battery has the lowest explosion limit of the vent *** inhibitory elementary reaction sensitivity coefficient in the reaction system is lower and the concentration of free radicals is ***,it has the maximum laminar flame speed and adiabatic flame *** combustion and explosion hazard of battery vent gas increases with the increase of SOC,and the risk of explosion is the greatest and most harmful when SOC reaches 100%.However,the related hazards decrease to varying degrees with overcharging of the *** article provides a feasible method for analyzing the combustion mechanism of vent gas from lithium-ion batteries,revealing the impact of SOC on the hazardousness of battery vent *** provides references for the safety of storage and transportation of lithium
