Fabrication and In vitro Bioactivity of Robust Hydroxyapatite Coating on Porous Titanium Implant

Compared witli the traditional dental implant, TixOs■ manufactured by direct laser metal forming(DLMF) technology exhibits improved capability for bone osteointegration due to its porous surface structure, and has achieved remarkable clinical effect. However, like the traditional titanium and other alloyed implants, the porous titanium implant TixOsR also has relatively weak bioactivity. To address this issue, a proper surface modification method may be needed. Hydroxyapatite(HA) has been widely used in implant surface coating for its similar chemical composition to bone tissue and its osteoconductive properties. Thus, combining TixOs■ implants with hydroxyapatite can be an efficient way to enhance their bioactivity. We herewith reported a competent pulsed laser deposition(PLD) method of coating nano-sized HA thin film onto the porous TixOs■ implant. The HA coatings were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and focused ion beam(FIB) method, and nanocrystal sized thin HA films were identified on the surface of TixOs■ implants. The low cytotoxicity and improved cell proliferation ability of HA coated implants were further tested and verified using MC 3T3 E1 cells with the consideration of the controlling group. Our results show that a stable and bioactive HA tliin film is able to form on the surtace of the porous titanium implant by PLD *** may benefit the fiirther clinical application of TixOs■ implants.

Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent regulatory cell necrosis induced by iron overload and lipid peroxidation. It occurs when multiple redoxactive enzymes are ectopically expressed or show abnormal function. Hence, the precise regulation of ferroptosis-related molecules is mediated across multiple levels, including transcriptional, posttranscriptional, translational, and epigenetic levels. N6-methyladenosine(m6A) is a highly evolutionarily conserved epigenetic modification in mammals. The m6A modification is commonly linked to tumor proliferation, progression, and therapy resistance because it is involved in RNA metabolic processes. Intriguingly, accumulating evidence suggests that dysregulated ferroptosis caused by the m6A modification drives tumor development. In this review, we summarized the roles of m6A regulators in ferroptosis-mediated malignant tumor progression and outlined the m6A regulatory mechanism involved in ferroptosis pathways. We also analyzed the potential value and application strategies of targeting m6A/ferroptosis pathway in the clinical diagnosis and therapy of tumors.

目的:考察学业韧性和心理脆弱性在成长型思维与初中生学校适应之间的中介作用机制。方法:采用成长型思维问卷、学校适应问卷、学业韧性问卷和心理脆弱性问卷对山东省609名初中生进行调查。结果:①相关分析结果显示,成长型思维、学业韧性、心理脆弱性与学校适应之间均存在显著相关(r=-0.28~0.72,P<0.01);②中介效应检验表明,成长型思维对初中生学校适应的直接效应显著,效应值为0.21;学业韧性和心理脆弱性在成长型思维和初中生学校适应之间均起到单独中介作用,中介效应值分别为0.24、0.05,并且也起到链式中介作用,效应值为0.07。结论:成长型思维不仅能直接影响初中生的学校适应,而且还能通过学业韧性和心理脆弱性对初中生学校适应产生间接影响。

Cancer is the leading cause of human deaths in the world and produces serious economic burdens. On September 12, 2018, the academic journal A Cancer Journal for Clinicians published an article about the latest statistics of cancers worldwide, which provided a status report on the global burden of 36 cancers in 185 countries worldwide. Cancer has also become a serious public health problem in China and caused more and more attention of the government and people in recent years. This review analyzes the incidence, mortality and prevalent trend of cancers in China, discusses the reasons behind this status, and reviews the potential countermeasures for cancer prevention and control in China.

目的探讨三重再摄取抑制剂(triple reuptake inhibitors,TRIs)抗抑郁药物的结构设计及其研究进展。方法通过查阅总结近几年相关文献,综述了TRIs的化学结构、抗抑郁作用、作用机制及其发展方向等内容。结果TRIs能同时抑制5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(dopamine,DA)和去甲肾上腺素(noradrenaline,NE)的重吸收,从而达到快速起效的目的,其抗抑郁活性与化合物的化学结构有关,并在大量构效关系研究基础之上形成了TRIs的药效团模型,为后续的化合物设计和优化提供了指导。结论TRIs作为多靶点的新型抗抑郁药物,特异性更强,作用更快,不良反应很少,可以弥补传统抗抑郁药物在临床应用中的不足,是新型抗抑郁药物的重点研究方向。

将仿真学科作为对象进行研究,是推进仿真发展的重要工作。我国仿真经过40多年的发展,正在逐渐形成了一门独立的学科。当前在面临复杂系统仿真挑战的同时,仿真学科也进入了一个新的发展阶段,必须完善自身建设。回顾20世纪80年代以来我国仿真学科研究的发展,经历了3个阶段,仿真界对仿真作用的认识在逐步加深,对仿真技术发展有多种角度的解读,对仿真学科基础进行了长期的探索,并多方面探讨了仿真的基础理论构成。对这些发展进行了系统性的梳理,并展望了建立仿真学科及其知识体系需要进一步开展的主要工作。

利用信息技术手段对疫情管控措施进行评估,从而指导管控措施的实施,对疫情防控具有理论和现实意义。基于ACP方法和统计数据构建了人工城市计算实验平台,建立了针对具体疫情管控的社区、学校、工厂3类典型场所的人工社会模型,通过计算实验对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的管控措施进行评估。结果发现,检验检疫、自我防护管控措施只能够延缓疫情中感染人数峰值的到来,对降低总感染人数的效果不明显,只有经济代价巨大的隔离措施能够显著地抑制疫情的发展。隔离措施的良好效果表明,有效阻断"人-人"传播链是疫情控制的关键环节,因此建议综合采用检验检疫、大数据、人工智能等手段精准筛查病患及潜在感染者。
