Distribution and mapping of temperate savanna in the sandy lands of eastern China

Savannas are distributed globally across various *** perform a significant socioeconomic role in regulating net primary productivity and the terrestrial carbon *** to the high spatial heterogeneity induced by the mixed distribution of trees and grasses,current global land-cover classification maps often classify savannas as forests or grasslands Temperate savannas in China cover a vast area,yet their spatial patterns and extent remain poorly *** study developed a novel remote sensing temperate savannas mapping method by integrating very high-resolution(VHR)unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)and GF-6 satellite imagery based on the vegetation structure characteristics of temperate savannas using the FAO definition of *** and validation datasets were collected from VHR UAV imagery covering the main temperate savannah types with a ground area of 1818 *** fractional woody vegetation cover(FWVC)and fractional herbaceous vegetation cover(FHVC)in temperate savannas were estimated by integrating Classification and Regression Tree and Random Forest *** current distribution of temperate savannas in the Horqin and Otindag Sandy Lands of Eastern China was mapped to a unit area of 0.5 *** root-mean-square error(RMSE)values for the FWVC and FHVC models were 10.69%and 11.67%,and the R^(2)values were 0.66 and 0.63,*** assessment indicated that the new temperate savanna map had high identification accuracy,with a Kappa coefficient of 0.70,overall accuracy of 0.88,and average accuracy of *** savannas in the sandy lands of eastern China were primarily distributed in the northern Horqin Sandy Land the central and eastern regions of the Otindag Sandy Land,and the transition zone from the southern slopes of the Greater Khingan Mountains to the plains,covering a total area of 3.27×10^(6)*** main savannah types were elm,oak/maple,and shrub *** savannas were widely distributed in the Otindag Sandy Land a

盐酸氨溴索预防放射性肺炎疗效及安全性的Meta分析

目的系统评价盐酸氨溴索预防放射性肺炎的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索Pub Med、EMBase、The Cochrane Library(2014年第9期)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库,检索时间从建库至2014年9月,收集试验组为盐酸氨溴索+放疗,对照组为放疗治疗癌症的随机对照试验(RCT)。对纳入文献进行质量评价和数据提取,采用Rev Man 5.1软件对放射性肺炎、放射性肺纤维化的发生率及放疗疗效进行分析。结果共纳入8篇RCT文献733例患者,其中试验组369例,对照组364例。仅3篇文献提及具体随机分配方法,盲法报道均不充分。Meta分析结果显示,试验组放射性肺炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义〔RR=0.46,95%CI(0.37,0.58),P<0.01〕;试验组放射性肺纤维化发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义〔RR=0.45,95%CI(0.37,0.54),P<0.01〕。两组放疗疗效比较,差异无统计学意义〔RR=1.03,95%CI(0.96,1.11),P=0.39〕。在剔除非肺癌、非常规放疗文献后,无论放射性肺炎和放射性肺纤维化发生率,固定及随机效应模型结果均相等或近似相等,且均与原结果无明显差异,说明Meta分析结果稳定。基于放射性肺炎发生率的发表偏倚分析结果显示,漏斗图对称性不佳,提示可能存在发表偏倚。结论盐酸氨溴索预防放射性肺炎安全、有效,且不影响放疗疗效,但受纳入文献质量不高及数量较少等原因影响,上述结论有待更多大样本、高质量RCT予以验证。

Soil colloids can significantly enhance spreading of polybromodiphenyl ethers in groundwater by serving as an effective carrier

Polybromodiphenyl ethers(PBDEs),the widely used flame retardants,are common contaminants in surface soils at e-waste recycling *** association of PBDEs with soil colloids has been observed,indicating the potential risk to groundwater due to colloid-facilitated ***,the extent to which soil colloidsmay enhance the spreading of PBDEs in groundwater is largely ***,we report the co-transport of decabromodiphenyl ester(BDE-209)and soil colloids in saturated porous *** colloids released froma soil sample collected at an e-waste recycling site in Tianjin,China,contain high concentration of PBDEs,with BDE-209 being the most abundant conger(320±30 mg/kg).The colloids exhibit relatively high mobility in saturated sand columns,under conditions commonly observed in groundwater ***,under all the tested conditions(i.e.,varying flow velocity,pH,ionic species and ionic strength),the mass of eluted BDE-209 correlates linearly with that of eluted soil colloids,even though the mobility of the colloids varies markedly depending on the specific hydrodynamic and solution chemistry conditions ***,the mass of BDE-209 retained in the columns also correlates strongly with themass of retained ***,the PBDEs remain bound to soil colloids during transport in porous *** in this study indicate that soil colloidsmay significantly promote the transport of PBDEs in groundwater by serving as an effective *** might be the reason why the highly insoluble and adsorptive PBDEs are found in groundwater at some PBDE-contaminated sites.

Effect of h-BN rods on high-temperature properties of alumina-carbon refractory

h-BN rods modified low-carbon alumina-carbon(Al_(2)O_(3)-C)refractories were prepared,and the effect of h-BN rod addition on the high-temperature properties was investigated and compared with commercial h-BN flake,carbon black,and carbon nanotubes *** results demonstrated that Al_(2)O_(3)-C refractories containing h-BN rods exhibited optimal high-temperature service performances,including 25%higher hot modulus of rupture,21.3%higher thermal shock strength residual ratio,20.9%lower in oxidation and 44.3%less in slag corrosion,compared to the counterpart specimens without ***,benefiting from the synergistic enhancement of the rod-like h-BN and in-situ generated SiC whiskers,the high-temperature service performances of h-BN rods containing specimens outperformed counterpart specimens containing commercial h-BN flake,carbon black,and carbon nanotubes,respectively.

高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症(或高脂饮食)、肥胖和吸烟一直被认为是冠心病(CHD)的传统危险因素,感染或免疫异常可能也是CHD发生发展的危险因素之一。肺炎衣原体(chlamydia pneumonia,Cpn)感染与CHD的发病相关性越来越引起学者们的关注,大量的血清学、病理学以及动物模型等研究提示感染与CHD的发生发展等有关。近年许多研究表明Cpn感染后促进冠心病发展可能与使炎症因子增多从而影响动脉粥样斑块、通过热休克蛋白(HSP)途径损伤动脉的内皮细胞、影响脂质代谢、通过单核巨噬细胞途径损伤动脉的内皮细胞、增加血液凝固性、和破坏动脉粥样斑块纤维帽有关。

Hydrogen-enhanced light-induced thermoelastic spectroscopy sensing

A hydrogen（）-enhanced light-induced thermoelastic spectroscopy（LITES） sensor is proposed for the first time, to our knowledge, in this paper. The enhancement with H2significantly reduces the resonance damping of a quartz tuning fork（QTF）, leading to a 2.5-fold improvement in the quality factor（Q-factor） to 30,000 without introducing additional noise into the LITES sensor system. Based on the H2-enhancement effect, a self-designed round-head QTF with a low resonance frequency（f0） of 9527 Hz and a fiber coupled multipass cell（MPC）with an optical length of 40 m were utilized to increase the energy accumulation time of QTF and the optical absorption of the target gas, respectively, to demonstrate an ultra-highly sensitive C2H2-LITES sensor. The longterm stability of the H2-enhanced C2H2-LITES sensor was investigated based on Allan deviation analysis. With an optimal integration time of 140 s, the minimum detection limit（MDL） was improved to 290 parts per trillion（ppt）. Compared to other reported state-of-the-art C2H2-LITES techniques with similar parameters, this sensor shows a 241-fold improvement in the MDL. This H2-enhancement technique proves to be a highly effective method for achieving a high Q-factor QTF, characterized by its simplicity and efficiency. It offers substantial potential for applications in QTF-based gas sensing.

非典型病原体所致社区获得性肺炎的临床研究

目的探讨社区获得性肺炎（community-acquired pneumonia，CAP）各种病原体的构成及非典型病原体所致CAP的临床特点，以提高诊断与治疗水平。方法收集2004年2月至2006年12月在本院诊治的成人CAP病例，采用间接免疫荧光法（检测肺炎支原体IgM抗体、肺炎衣原体IgM抗体及军团菌IgG抗体）和痰液细菌分离培养检测患者的病原体。分析CAP病原体的构成。选取31例（占27．4％）由非典型病原体（肺炎支原体、肺炎衣原体）所致CAP患者为观察组，46例（占40．7％）细菌性肺炎患者为对照组，分别对两组患者的临床表现、辅助检查、治疗及转归情况进行回顾性分析。结果肺炎支原体24例（21．2％）是最常见的病原体，其后依次为肺炎链球菌14例（12．4％）、流感嗜血杆菌9例（8．0％）、肺炎衣原体7例（6．2％）、大肠埃希菌2例（1．8％）、军团菌1例（0．8％）、卡他莫拉菌1例（0．8％）。有6例患者（5．3％）为非典型病原体与细菌混合感染。观察组的临床症状以干咳（P〈0．05）、咳白黏痰（P〈0．01）、胸闷、气促（P〈0．01）多见；观察组中外周血白细胞计数正常及中性粒细胞比例正常的患者较多（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）；观察组的胸部X线片表现以斑点状或斑片状阴影为主（P〈0．05），双肺纹理增粗明显（P〈0．05），多叶浸润比例高（P〈0．05）。结论非典型病原体（肺炎支原体、肺炎衣原体、军团菌）是CAP的主要病原体。对有这类表现的CAP患者要及早检测肺炎支原体抗体、肺炎衣原体抗体、军团菌抗体以期及早明确诊断，抗生素治疗上首选大环内酯类或喹诺酮类。
