旱作物生育期有效降水量计算模式研究进展

在查阅国内外相关文献的基础上,对目前有效降水量的研究方法进行了简要的评述,并结合现有有效降水量计算模式,对它们的适应性和计算结果的可靠性进行了对比分析。结果表明,各种计算模式均存在一定的局限性,不同模式在同条件下模拟计算的结果存在明显的差异。最后,对该领域存在的问题及未来的研究方向作了简要的探讨。

Atherosclerosis remains a major cause of morbidity and mortality *** neovascularization critically promotes atherosclerotic progression and *** endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA)stimulates aberrant microvessel growth in plaques by inducing endothelial cell proliferation and *** epithelium-derived factor(PEDF)potently inhibits VEGFA-dependent *** study introduces a thermosensitive hydrogel(PFSgel)developed from poloxamer 407(F127)and sodium alginate(SA)to deliver PEDF locally to atherosclerotic *** PFSgel demonstrated a suitable liquid-solid transition at body temperature(37°C),then forming a stable 3D network structure after SA gelling with the Ca2+in the physiological environment which contributed to the character of controlled *** analysis confirmed its phase transition temperature of 28.7°C and notable self-healing properties,making it ideal for dynamic vascular *** vitro experiments showed that PFSgel could suppress VEGFA-induced endothelial cells’proliferation and migration through modulation of CD31 and MMP-2/MMP-9 ***,in vivo degradation test validated the controlled release pattern of *** Apoedeficient atherosclerotic mice,ultrasound-guided PFSgel injection onto the abdominal aorta enabled gradual in situ release of encapsulated *** effectively reduced plaque burden,neovascularization,and luminal stenosis,even with exogenous VEGFA *** analyses confirmed reduced lipid deposition,plaque area,and neovascularization within ***,this novel in situforming PEDF delivery platform enables targeted suppression of pathological neovascularization via CD31 and MMP-2/MMP-9 pathways,representing a promising approach to stabilize high-risk plaques by intervening against VEGFA-dependent neovascularization.

根据豫西北地区30年的气象资料,选用辐射法中的Makkink公式和Priestley-Taylor公式以及温度法的Hargreaves公式和McCloud公式计算了ET0,并以Penman-Monteith公式为标准,分别对各公式年值和旬均值的绝对误差、相对误差和累计误差进行分析,结果显示Hargreaves公式的精度最高。为了进一步提高Hargreaves公式的应用精度,建立了线形回归方程,并对其进行了修正。

Autophagy is a highly conserved cellular program in eukaryotic cells which mediates the degradation of cytoplasmic components through the lysosome,also named the vacuole in ***,the molecular mechanisms underlying the fusion of autophagosomes with the vacuole remain ***,we report the functional characterization of a rice(Oryza sativa)mutant with defects in storage protein transport in endosperm cells and accumulation of numerous autophagosomes in root *** and immunocytochemical experiments showed that this mutant exhibits a defect in the fusion between autophagosomes and *** mutant harbors a loss-of-function mutation in the rice homolog of Arabidopsis thaliana MONENSIN SENSITIVITY1(MON1).Biochemical and genetic evidence revealed a synergistic interaction between rice MON1 and AUTOPHAGY-RELATED 8a in maintaining normal growth and *** addition,the rice mon1 mutant disrupted storage protein sorting to protein storage ***,quantitative proteomics verified that the loss of MON1 function influenced diverse biological pathways including autophagy and vacuolar transport,thus decreasing the transport of autophagic and vacuolar cargoes to ***,our findings establish a molecular link between autophagy and vacuolar protein transport,and offer insights into the dual functions of the MON1–CCZ1(CAFFEINE ZINC SENSITIVITY1)complex in plants.

通过不同间作比例的玉米/大豆间作试验,建立了基于辐射截获与利用的玉米/大豆间作群体生长和产量的模拟模型。作物总生物量和产量为光合有效辐射(PAR)、辐射截获率(F)以及辐射利用效率(RUE)的函数,根据太阳辐射(SR)与PAR的比例可估算PAR,采用Keating和Carberry建立的公式计算F值,利用生长度日(GDD)确定作物的出苗、开花与成熟时期。模拟结果表明模型能够较为准确地模拟水分充足条件下间作群体的总生物量和产量。

Point mutations of Dicer2 conferred Fusarium asiaticum resistance to RNai-related biopesticide

The use of RNA interference （RNai） technology to control pests is explored by researchers *** though RNA is a new class of pest control compound unlike conventional chemical pesticides,the evolution of pest resistance needs to be ***,we first investigate RNai-based biopesticide resistance of Fusarium asiaticum,which is responsible for devastating diseases of plants,for example,Fusarium head *** resistant strains were isolated from 500 strains that treated with *** mutation common to all of the five resistant mutants occurred in the gene encoding Dicer2 （point mutations at codon 1005 and 1007）,which were under strong purifying selection *** confirm whether the mutations in Dicer2 confer resistance to RNai,we exchanged the Dicer2 locus between the sensitive strain and the resistant strain by homologous double *** transformed mutants,Dicer2R1005Dand Dicer2E1007H,exhibited resistance to dsRNA in *** study showed that mutations of R1005D and E1007H affected the intramolecular interactions of Dicer2,resulting in the dysfunction of RNase III domain of *** amount of sRNAs produced by Dicer2R1005Dand Dicer2E1007Hwas extremely reduced along with variation of sRNA ***,these findings revealed a new potential mechanism of RNai resistance and provided insight into RNai-related biopesticide deployment for fungal control.

在土壤剖面上冲洗根系,观测玉米/大豆条带间作模式下根系的生长分布及动态变化规律;使用二次曲线和修正的Logistic函数拟合根系下扎深度和侧向伸展距离与播后天数(DAS)的关系;引入根系的相对侧向伸展距离(RLD)与相对深度(RD)两个概念,将根系下扎深度和侧向伸展距离归一化,利用高斯函数拟合RLD与RD的关系,建立根系分布函数。结果表明,该根系分布函数对玉米大豆间作模式下的根系生长分布状况有很好的模拟性。
