Comprehensive Exergoeconomic Analysis and Optimization of a Novel Zero-Carbon-Emission Multi-Generation System based on Carbon Dioxide Cycle

This paper aims to conduct a comprehensive exergoeconomic analysis of a novel zero-carbon-emission multi-generation system and propose a fast optimization method combined with machine *** detailed exergoeconomic analysis of a novel combined power,freshwater and cooling multi-generation system is performed in this *** exergoeconomic analysis model is established by exergy flow theory.A comprehensive exergy,exergoeconomic and environmental analysis is carried *** critical decision variables are researched to bring out effects on the multi-generation system exergoeconomic performance.A novel fast optimization method combining genetic algorithm and Bagging neural network is *** advanced nature comparison is made between the proposed system and four similar *** display that increasing the turbine inlet temperature can improve exergy efficiency and decrease the total product unit *** multi-generation system exergy destruction directly determines exergy efficiency and total exergy destruction cost *** total product unit cost in the cost optimal design case is reduced by 7.7%and 25%,respectively,compared with exergy efficiency optimal design case and basic design *** with four similar cases,the proposed multi-generation system has great advantages in thermodynamic performance and exergoeconomic *** paper can provide research methods and ideas for performance analysis and fast optimization of multi-generation system.

＜正＞In this paper, we introduce the method of spoken language understanding in the Linguistic Processor of a Chinese Spoken Dialogue System Engine. The Linguistic Processor is conceived for the development of simple, robust nature language interfaces to different applications. It is designed for extracting meaning representation from Chinese spoken utterances. Its strategy is to apply grammatical constraints at the phrase level rather than on the entire sentence.

OIP5 Interacts with NCK2 to Mediate Human Spermatogonial Stem Cell Self-Renewal and Apoptosis through Cell Cyclins and Cycle Progression and Its Abnormality Is Correlated with Male Infertility

Spermatogonial stem cells(SSCs)have important applications in both reproduction and regenerative ***,specific genes and signaling transduction pathways in mediating fate decisions of human SSCs remain ***,we have demonstrated for the first time that OIP5(Opa interacting protein 5)controlled the self-renewal and apoptosis of human *** sequencing identified that NCK2 was a target for OIP5 in human SSCs,and interestingly,OIP5 could interact with NCK2 as shown by Co-IP(co-immunoprecipitation),IP-MS(mass spectrometry),and GST pulldown ***2 silencing decreased human SSC proliferation and DNA synthesis but enhanced their ***,NCK2 knockdown reversed the influence of OIP5 overexpression on human ***,OIP5 inhibition decreased the numbers of human SSCs at S and G2/M phases,while the levels of numerous cell cycle proteins,including cyclins A2,B1,D1,E1 and H,especially cyclin D1,were remarkably ***,whole-exome sequencing of 777 patients with nonobstructive azoospermia(NOA)revealed 54 singlenucleotide polymorphism mutations of the OIP5 gene(6.95%),while the level of OIP5 protein was obviously lower in testes of NOA patients compared to fertile ***,these results implicate that OIP5 interacts with NCK2 to modulate human SSC self-renewal and apoptosis via cell cyclins and cell cycle progression and that its mutation and/or lower expression is correlated with *** such,this study offers novel insights into molecular mechanisms underlying the fate determinations of human SSCs and the pathogenesis of NOA,and it provides new targets for treating male infertility.

An improved high-fidelity adaptive model for integrated inlet-engine-nozzle based on mechanismdata fusion

Nowadays,there has been an increasing focus on integrated flight propulsion control and the inlet-exhaust design for the aero-propulsion *** component-level models are inadequate due to installed performance deviations and mismatches between the real engine and the model,failing to meet the accuracy requirements of supersonic *** paper establishes a quasi-one-dimensional model for the inlet-exhaust system and conducts experimental ***,a mechanism-data fusion adaptive modeling scheme using an Extreme Learning Machine based on the Salp Swarm Algorithm(SSA-ELM)is *** study reveals the inlet model’s efficacy in reflecting installed performance,flow matching,and mitigating pressure distortion,while the nozzle model accurately predicts flow coefficients and thrust coefficients,and identifies various operational *** model’s output closely aligns with typical experimental *** combining offline optimization and online adaptive correction,the mechanismdata fusion adaptive model substantially reduces output errors during regular flights and varying levels of degradation,and effectively handles gradual degradation within a single flight ***,the mechanism-data fusion adaptive model holistically addresses total pressure errors within the inlet-exhaust system and normal shock location *** approach significantly curbs performance deviations in supersonic *** example,at Ma=2.0,the system error impressively drops from 34.17%to merely 6.54%,while errors for other flight conditions consistently stay below the 2.95%*** findings underscore the clear superiority of the proposed method.

Numerical Analysis of Heat Transfer Characteristics to Supercritical CO_(2) in a Vertical Mini-Channel:Transition and Pseudo-Boiling

Large eddy simulations have been conducted to study upward transitional flows and heat transfer characteristics of supercritical CO_(2) in a vertical *** numerical simulation was carried out on a modified buoyantPimpleFOAM solver in OpenFOAM 7,and was verified using experiment *** results indicate that increasing the Grashof numbers can reduce the flow stability and make the flow transition *** are four stages of heat transfer in the transition process,i.e.,weakened,improved,recovered and normal heat *** heat transfer phenomena in the transition process were explained from three perspectives:thermal boundary layer theory,turbulent transport and pseudo-boiling *** transfer enhancement during transition is related to the transport of supercritical molecular clusters,and these molecular clusters are regarded as pseudo-bubbles in pseudo-boiling *** flow pattern of the pseudo-phases in the dia-Widom process contains single-phase flow,steady pseudo-film flow,unsteady pseudo-film flow,partial pseudo-bubbles flow and flocculent pseudo-film ***-bubbles have similar behaviors to subcritical bubbles,i.e.,break-up,deformation,condensation and *** researches in this work are favorable for understanding the heat transfer mechanism of supercritical fluids during flow transition.

Distributed collaborative complete coverage path planning based on hybrid strategy

Collaborative coverage path planning(CCPP) refers to obtaining the shortest paths passing over all places except obstacles in a certain area or space. A multi-unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) collaborative CCPP algorithm is proposed for the urban rescue search or military search in outdoor *** to flexible control of small UAVs, it can be considered that all UAVs fly at the same altitude, that is, they perform search tasks on a two-dimensional plane. Based on the agents’ motion characteristics and environmental information, a mathematical model of CCPP problem is established. The minimum time for UAVs to complete the CCPP is the objective function, and complete coverage constraint, no-fly constraint, collision avoidance constraint, and communication constraint are considered. Four motion strategies and two communication strategies are designed. Then a distributed CCPP algorithm is designed based on hybrid strategies. Simulation results compared with patternbased genetic algorithm(PBGA) and random search method show that the proposed method has stronger real-time performance and better scalability and can complete the complete CCPP task more efficiently and stably.

Comparative analysis between single-train passing and double-train intersection in a tunnel

Aerodynamic pressure significantly impacts the scientific evaluation of tunnel service *** aerodynamic pressure of two trains running in a double-track tunnel is considerably more complicated than that of a single *** used the numerical method to investigate the difference in aerodynamic pressure between a single train and two trains running in a double-track ***,the numerical method was verified by comparing the results of numerical simulation and on-site ***,the characteristics of aerodynamic pressure were ***,the influence of various train-tunnel factors on the characteristics of aerodynamic pressure was *** results show that the aerodynamic pressure variation can be divided into stage I:irregular pressure fluctuations before the train tail leaves the tunnel exit,and stage II:periodic pressure declines after the train tail leaves the tunnel *** addition,the aerodynamic pressure simultaneously jumps positively or drops negatively for a single train or two trains running in double-track tunnel *** pressure amplitude in the two-train case is higher than that for a single *** maximum positive peak pressure difference(P_(STP))and maximum negative peak pressure difference(P_(STN))increase as train speed rises to the power from 2.256 to 2.930 in stage *** P_(STP) and P_(STN) first increase and then decrease with the increase of tunnel length in stage *** P_(STP) and P_(STN) increase as the blockage ratio rises to the power from 2.032 to 2.798 in stages I and II.

In addition to their many well-known advantages(e.g.,ultra-high porosity,good pore size distribution,easy functionalization,and structural tolerability),metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are a new class of advanced functional ***,their backbones are highly susceptible to deformation after exposure to acidic or alkaline *** a result of lithium-ion batteries embedding or detaching directly from MOFs,they irreversibly *** a result,they fail to maintain their electrochemical *** factors have hindered the development of MOFs as direct electrode materials,making the design of MOF materials with controlled morphology and stable dimensions a new *** this study,we adopted a versatile and effective method to synthesize a novel MOF material(NiCo-BP(BP=BTC/phen and BTC=1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid))using the rigid ligands 1,10-phenanthroline and homobenzotrizoic acid,and the emergence of the Ni-O/N and Co-O/N coordination layers was observed by extended X-ray absorption fine structure(EXAFS)tests,indicating that Ni and Co were coordinated with heterocyclic N-given atoms to form a stable p-πconjugated ***,the metal-ion is attached to the carboxylic acid ligand on the other side,making the metal-organic skeleton complete and *** nanosphere structure of NiCo-BP(~400 nm)allows for full exposure and utilisation of the active sites,especially the Ni,Co,and phenanthroline units,and exhibit impressively high specific capacity and cycling *** a high current density of 1.0 A·g^(−1),a high discharge specific capacity of 631.6 mAh·g^(−1)was obtained after 1000 *** co-participation of two organic ligands in the coordination is in accordance with the theory of soft and hard acids and bases,which contributes to the ability of the material to maintain a high capacity in cycling as well as its cyclic stability.

Ultrathin plasmonic nanostructures offer an unparalleled opportunity for the study of light–matter interactions at the nanoscale and realization of compact nanophotonic *** this study,we introduce an ultrathin gold nanoribbon array and demonstrate an electric approach to actively tuning its plasmonic resonance,which leveraging the extreme light confinement capability in the ultrathin plasmonic nanostructure and a robust nanoscale electro-optical effect in indium tin *** the design(to a total thickness as small as 12 nm for a 2-nmthick gold nanoribbon array),we numerically demonstrate a spectral shift in the plasmonic resonance up to 36 nm along with an approximately 16%change in the transmission at a gate voltage below 1.7 V at the wavelength of1.47μ*** work presents progress towards electric tuning of plasmonic resonances in ultrathin metallic nanostructures for various applications including surface-enhanced spectroscopy,spontaneous emission enhancement,and optical modulation.
