在文旅融合、数字中国、遗产活化利用的综合背景下,遗产旅游成为学界与业界讨论的热点。承载遗产价值的空间表征与旅游者空间感知的不匹配问题是当前遗产旅游最突出的矛盾之一。本文从遗产价值视角出发,采用文献计量与系统性述评相结合的方法,围绕遗产价值的阐释与量化、遗产价值的空间计算与表征、旅游者遗产价值与空间感知、遗产旅游者的空间行为反馈主题对国内外相关研究进行梳理和比较。研究发现:(1)遗产价值阐释成果丰富,主要围绕遗产价值的内涵与阐释技术而缺少量化方法探索;(2)遗产价值的空间计算与表征具有对象针对性和应用导向性,技术方法以地理信息系统与空间信息技术为核心;(3)旅游者遗产价值与空间感知多从遗产地的旅游目的地视角出发,忽视遗产价值和空间属性,缺乏遗产价值、遗产空间、旅游者的关系探索,感官知觉测量维度以视觉为主;(4)遗产旅游者空间行为反馈关注行为特征、模式、成因和影响因素,重视实践应用并且体现出遗产责任导向;(5)自然遗产和混合遗产语境下的遗产价值空间计算与表征、旅游者遗产价值与空间感知缺乏关注;(6)国内外相关文献在对象关注、技术方法和内容聚焦上存在相似性和差异性;(7)未来遗产价值阐释与表征将从传统叙事走向空间量化,遗产空间感知与计算将从空间足迹走向感知行为。基于此,本文提出了遗产价值视角下旅游者空间感知与计算的理论框架与方法路径,体现多学科的理论交叉和技术融合,以期为相关研究提供理论参考,为促进遗产地保护、管理、旅游发展、价值传承提供实践借鉴。

抗浮设防水位直接影响到地下结构的安全与建设费用,在地下结构建设中至关重要,因此,科学合理地确定地下结构的抗浮设防水位具有巨大的社会意义和经济价值。本文以“雄安新区至北京大大兴国际机场快线地下工程段”为研究对象,系统分析了研究区水文地质条件以及地下水位年内年际动态变化规律,利用数值模拟法和类比预测法确定了地下结构抗浮设防水位标高建议值。结果表明,该场地区域浅层地下水水位埋深一般为5.0~20.0m,地下水水位标高一般为–10.0~1.0m。近五年场地浅层地下水水位标高一般为–5~–10 m,埋深一般为3.0~15.0 m,地下水位逐年升高,回升速率约1.0 m/a。地下结构抗浮设防水位标高取值建议取使用期抗浮设防水位采用数值模拟法预测结果。该成果服务了“雄安新区至北京大兴国际机场快线(R1线)”项目场地抗浮设计,为雄安新区重大工程建设项目的抗浮安全设计提供了示范。

Propylene epoxidation by H_(2)and O_(2)to propylene oxide(PO)over the Au-Ti bifunctional catalysts,as an ideal reaction for PO production,has attracted great *** the mechanism of acrolein formation is of great importance for understanding the mechanism of molecular oxygen activation and the formation of hydroperoxo species on the Au ***,we investigate the reaction mechanism of propylene oxidation to acrolein on the Au/uncalcined TS-1(Au/TS-1-B)catalyst through a combination of multiple characterization,H_(2)/D_(2)exchange,kinetics experiment,and *** Ti sites are found to be non-essential to acrolein ***,the acrolein formation on the Au/TS-1-B catalyst is confirmed to be promoted by H_(2)through hydroperoxo species formation,which includes two main steps:propylene dehydrogenation to*C_(3)H_(5)with the aid of*OOH species,and*C_(3)H_(5)oxidation by*OOH to *** latter step is determined to be the rate-determining step because the corresponding kinetics model gives the best description for experimental *** work not only provides kinetics insights for the propylene hydro-oxidation to acrolein on the Au-Ti bifunctional catalysts,but also facilitates the rational design of Au catalysts with high activity and selectivity in the direct propylene epoxidation with H_(2)and O_(2).

Numerical study on the effective thermal conductivity and thermal tortuosity of porous media with different morphologies

Effective thermal conductivity and thermal tortuosity are crucial parameters for evaluating the effectiveness of heat conduction within porous *** direct pore-scale numerical simulation method is applied to investigate the heat conduction processes inside porous structures with different *** thermal conduction performances of idealized porous structures are directly compared with real foams across a wide range of *** foam structures are reconstructed using X-ray computed tomography and image processing techniques,while Kelvin and Weaire-Phelan structures are generated through periodic unit cell *** detailed temperature fields inside the porous structures are determined by solving the heat conduction equation at the pore *** results present that the equivalent thermal conductivity of Kelvin and Weaire-Phelan structures is similar to and greater than that of the real foam structure with the same strut *** thermal tortuosity of real foam structure is relatively larger and the heat conduction path becomes straighter by adopting the anisotropic *** thermal tortuosity of the fluid channels for Kelvin,Weaire-Phelan,and real foam structures is close to *** thermal conductivity of porous structures with heat transfer fluid increases as the thermal conductivity ratio of fluid to solid becomes larger.A small porosity of porous media leads to a larger equivalent thermal conductivity due to the dominant contribution of porous skeleton in the heat conduction *** derived from parallel and series models,as well as the Maxwell-Eucken models,provide decent predictions of effective thermal conductivity,with an average error of less than 8%in the entire range of thermal conductivity ratio.

From ancient wisdom to modern science:Gut microbiota sheds light on property theory of traditional Chinese medicine

The property theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has been practiced for thousands of years,playing a pivotal role in the clinical application of TCM. While advancements in energy metabolism,chemical composition analysis, machine learning, ion current modeling, and supercritical fluid technology have provided valuable insight into how aspects of TCM property theory may be measured, these studies only capture specific aspects of TCM property theory in isolation, overlooking the holistic perspective inherent in TCM. To systematically investigate the modern interpretation of the TCM property theory from multidimensional perspectives, we consulted the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition) to compile a list of Chinese materia medica(CMM). Then, using the Latin names of each CMM and gut microbiota as keywords, we searched the PubMed database for relevant research on gut microbiota and CMM. The regulatory patterns of different herbs on gut microbiota were then summarized from the perspectives of the four natures, the five flavors and the meridian tropism. In terms of the four natures, we found that warm-natured medicines promoted the colonization of specific beneficial bacteria,while cold-natured medicines boosted populations of some beneficial bacteria while suppressing pathogenic bacteria. Analysis of the five flavors revealed that sweet-flavored and bitter-flavored CMMs positively influenced beneficial bacteria while inhibiting harmful bacteria. CMMs with different meridian tropism exhibited complex modulative patterns on gut microbiota, with Jueyin(Liver) and Taiyin(Lung) meridian CMMs generally exerting a stronger effect. The gut microbiota may be a biological indicator for characterizing the TCM property theory, which not only enhances our understanding of classic TCM theory but also contributes to its scientific advancement and application in healthcare.

目的:探讨对常规择期手术患者在麻醉期间行经鼻烟壶动脉测压的可行性。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,选择2020年6月1日至2022年6月1日邯郸市中医院收治的拟行择期手术的患者作为研究对象,针对需要血流动力学监测进行动脉测压的患者,在取得其知情同意的情况下,采用随机数字表法分为常规经桡动脉穿刺组和经鼻烟壶动脉穿刺组。常规经桡动脉穿刺组于患者桡骨茎突处桡动脉穿刺置管测压;经鼻烟壶动脉穿刺组则选择鼻烟壶动脉,即手背桡骨窝(鼻烟窝)处,以搏动最强处为穿刺点,进行穿刺置管测压。观察两组患者动脉穿刺导管留置时间、动脉测压值及穿刺置管并发症发生情况;采用多因素Logistic回归分析筛选影响动脉穿刺结局的相关因素。结果:最终共252例患者纳入分析,其中130例接受常规经桡动脉穿刺,122例接受经鼻烟壶动脉穿刺。两组患者性别、年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、手术类型等一般资料差异均无统计学意义。常规经桡动脉穿刺组与经鼻烟壶动脉穿刺组动脉穿刺导管留置时间差异无统计学意义(min:3.4±0.3比3.6±0.3, P>0.05);经鼻烟壶动脉穿刺组测得的收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)均明显高于常规经桡动脉穿刺组〔SBP(mmHg,1 mmHg≈0.133 kPa):162.3±14.3比156.6±12.5,DBP(mmHg):85.3±12.6比82.9±11.3,均 P<0.05〕。两组动脉痉挛、动脉闭塞及假性动脉瘤形成等并发症发生率差异无统计学意义;但经鼻烟壶动脉穿刺组血肿形成发生率较常规经桡动脉穿刺组明显降低(2.5%比4.6%, P<0.05)。基于动脉穿刺难度考虑,多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别〔优势比( OR)=0.643,95%可信区间(95% CI)为0.525~0.967〕、年龄( OR=2.481,95% CI为1.442~4.268)及BMI( OR=0.786,95% CI为0.570~0.825)均为影响择期手术患者麻醉期间动脉穿刺置管结局的相关因素(均 P<0.05)。结论:经鼻烟壶动脉穿刺置管可以作为常规动脉测压的一种可行的新选择。
