Periodontitis,as a chronic inflammatory disease,remains unsolved,and the pathogenesis of this disease has not been fully *** this study,the effect of miR-4262 was investigated in tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)induced human periodontal stem cells(hPDLSCs)for the first *** gene expression involved in this study was determined using polymerase chain reaction(PCR),the expressions of relevant proteins were determined by western blot analysis,and the levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and MCP-1 were estimated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)*** luciferase reporter assay was performed for verification of the target gene,alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity detection was used for differentiation capacity,and alizarin red staining assay was used for mineralization *** inhibition of miRNA-4262,which resulted in the upregulation of suppressor of cytokine signaling 4(SOCS4),showed protective effects,including anti-inflammation and promotional effects on osteogenesis as well as differentiation in TNF-αinduced *** results provided insights into the roles of miRNAs in regulating the inflammatory response,differentiation,and osteogenesis in hPDLSCs,which may promote the understanding of the mechanisms of periodontitis and find out a better therapeutic application.

Aims The aims of this study were to compare the fungal communities developing on cotton strips at three different altitudes on the Tibetan Plateau and to assess the environmental variables influencing *** Cotton strips that had been buried in soil for a year were sampled at three sites at different altitudes(4500,4950 and 5200 m)located on a southeast-facing slope on the Nyainqentanglha Mountains near *** fungi on the cotton strips were isolated using a modified washing *** decomposition abilities and colony growth properties of the major species cultured in pure-culture conditions were investigated and *** correspondence analysis(CCA)was used to evaluate the relationships between fungal community composition and environmental variables(altitude,soil depth,soil water content[SWC],plant root mass and gravel content).Important Findings A total of 24 species were isolated from the cotton strips,and 12 species occurred frequently and were regarded as major *** number of fungal species was lower at the 4950-m altitude site than at the other two sites,indicating that not only altitude but also other factors affected the number of species *** of the major species were able to decompose the cotton *** the CCA ordination,automatic forward selection revealed that altitude,SWC and plant root mass significantly affected fungal species *** results suggest thatspecies numberandthecomposition ofcellulolytic fungal communities are highly correlated with environmental variables as well as altitude in the alpine meadow on the Tibetan Plateau.

Using the eddy covariance method,from 1 July2003 to 30 June 2004, we conducted the observation andanalysis of ecosystem CO2 flux in 3 types of alpine meadowvegetation (Kobresia humilis, Potentilla fruticosa shrub andKobresia tibetica swamp meadows) on the Qinghai-TibetanPlateau. The results show that the Kobresia humilis meadow,the shrub meadow and the swamp meadow’s highest CO2uptake rates are 16.78, 10.42 and 16.57 μmol·m?2·s?1respectively, while their highest CO2 release rates are 8.22,7.73 and 18.67 μmol·m?2·s?1 respectively. The Kobresiahumilis meadow and shrub meadow’s annual atmosphericuptakes are 282 g CO2/m2 and 53 g CO2/m2, respectively,while swamp meadow’s annual atmospheric release is 478 gCO2/m2. This proves that the Kobresia humilis meadow andthe shrub meadow on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau haverelatively low potential for CO2 uptake and release comparedto C4 grasslands, a number of lowland grasslands, andforests. Moreover, swamp meadow has relatively high releasepotential. This, in turn, reveals clear differences in carbonsource/sink between different types of vegetation in theQinghai-Tibetan Plateau alpine meadow ecosystem. Thesedifferences are mainly brought by differences in thevegetations’ photosynthetic capacity and soil respiration.

Carbon dioxide fluxes of Kobresia humilis and Potentilla fruticosa shrub meadows,two typical ecosystems in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,were measured by eddy covari-ance technology and the data collected in August 2003 were employed to analyze the relations between carbon dioxide fluxes and environmental factors of the *** is the time when the two ecosystems reach their peak leaf area indexes and stay stable,and also the period when the net carbon absorptions of Kobresia humilis and Potentilla fruticosa shrub meadows reach 56.2 g C·m^(-2)and 32.6 g C·m^(-2),with their highest daily carbon dioxide absorp-tions standing at 12.7μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)and 9.3μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),and their highest carbon discharges at 5.1μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)and 5.7μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),*** the same photosynthetic photo flux densities(PPFD),the carbon dioxide-uptake rate of the Kobresia humilis meadow is higher than that of the Potentilla fruticosa shrub meadow;where the PPFD are higher than 1,200μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1).The carbon dioxide uptake rates of the two ecosystems declined as air temperature increased,but the carbon dioxide uptake rate of the Kobresia humilis meadow decreased more quickly(-0.086)than that of the Potentilla fruticosa shrub meadow(-0.016).Soil moistures exert influence on the soil respirations and this varies with the vegetation *** daily carbon dioxide absorptions of the ecosystems increase with increased diurnal temperature differences and higher diurnal temperature differences result in higher carbon dioxide *** exists a negative correlation between the vegetation albedos and the carbon dioxide fluxes.

In this paper,low-temperature dielectric-blocked discharge plasma （DBD） was employed for the first time to treat silica-doped H4PMo11VO40（HPAV） catalysts (DBD（Ar/x）-MF-Catal) and apply them in the catalytic methacrolein （MAL） selective oxidation to produce methacrylic acid （MAA）.This work investigates in detail the controllable regulation of the concentration of oxidation states on silica-doped HPAV catalysts by adjusting the DBD discharge with controlled changes in voltage,current,treatment time,and treatment *** reports the intrinsic correlation between oxidation states and MAL oxidation *** research results indicated that the catalytic performance was related to the presence of oxygen vacancies and oxygen species (VO2+),and are the main reason for the selective oxidation of MAL to ***,the generation of oxygen vacancies and VO2+altered localized electrons,which resulted in the easier activation of *** calculations of DFT also proved the formation mechanism of oxygen vacancies and VO2+and electron properties on high-performance polymers,which elucidated the intrinsic influence of catalyst *** DBD（Ar/10）-MF-Catal catalysts with suitable VO2+and oxygen vacancy concentrations exhibited the highest catalytic performance with 90%MAL conversion and 70%MAA selectivity and showed good stability （500 h）.

针对永磁同步风力发电机在传统控制方法下存在的控制精度低、抗干扰性能差以及在风能捕获过程由风速快速变化引起较大的控制输入量从而产生饱和约束等问题,基于输入输出反馈线性化(IOFL)方法,结合有限时间(FT)理论与滑模控制(SMC)为输入饱和的PMSG设计一种有限时间滑模控制器(FT-SMC)。首先,引入IOFL来提高系统控制精度,在其基础上设计FT-SMC来增强系统的鲁棒性能;然后,在FT-SMC中引入抗饱和补偿器(ATC)解决系统中输入饱和引起的控制稳定性问题;然后,利用Lyapunov稳定性理论分析闭环系统的稳定性,保证系统在有限时间内能够快速跟踪且稳定运行。最后,在Matlab/Simulink仿真实验和半实物仿真平台上进一步验证所设计控制器的有效性和对系统转速的跟踪性能,实验结果表明FT-SMC具有控制精度高、响应速度快、抗干扰能力强等优点。

正畸诱导性牙根吸收是正畸矫治力引发的以牙骨质等牙体组织破坏为主要特征的常见并发症,其主要由正畸矫治力诱导的局部无菌炎症而引起,进展过程受到了多种细胞及相关分子的复杂调控。由于正畸诱导性牙根吸收发病率高,潜在影响患者牙周组织健康,因此应受到正畸医生高度重视。本文着重于从生物层面对正畸诱导性牙根吸收进展特点、主要参与的细胞和相关调控分子及牙骨质的修复进行讨论。
