Immunotherapy represents a promising strategy for cancer treatment that utilizes immune cells or drugs to activate the patient's own immune system and eliminate cancer *** of the most exciting advances within this field is the targeting of neoantigens,which are peptides derived from non-synonymous somatic mutations that are found exclusively within cancer cells and absent in normal *** neoantigen-based therapeutic vaccines have not received approval for standard cancer treatment,early clinical trials have yielded encouraging outcomes as standalone monotherapy or when combined with checkpoint *** made in high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics have greatly facilitated the precise and efficient identification of ***,personalized neoantigen-based vaccines tailored to each patient have been developed that are capable of eliciting a robust and long-lasting immune response which effectively eliminates tumors and prevents *** review provides a concise overview consolidating the latest clinical advances in neoantigen-based therapeutic vaccines,and also discusses challenges and future perspectives for this innovative approach,particularly emphasizing the potential of neoantigen-based therapeutic vaccines to enhance clinical efficacy against advanced solid tumors.

目的:探讨血浆肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)与重症急性胰腺炎患者炎症因子表达及肝肾功能指标的相关性。方法:选取2017年10月—2019年1月内蒙古医科大学附属医院收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者60例为观察对象。另选取同期体检的健康人60例为对照组。分别检测两组患者血浆RAAS相关指标水平、血清炎症因子水平、血清肝肾功能指标水平,并进行比较,同时予以Pearson相关性分析。结果:观察组肾素(Renin)、醛固酮(ALD)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-10以及肝肾功能指标水平均高于对照组(均P0.05)。结论:重症急性胰腺炎患者存在明显的RAAS活性升高,且随着RAAS活性的不断升高患者炎症反应程度以及肝肾功能受损程度随之增加。

Fracture in ductile materials often occurs in conjunction with plastic ***,in the bond-based peridynamic(BB-PD)theory,the classic mechanical stress is not defined *** makes it difficult to describe plasticity directly using the classical plastic *** address the above issue,a unified bond-based peridynamics model was proposed as an effective tool to solve elastoplastic fracture *** to the existing models,the proposed model directly describes the elastoplastic theory at the bond level without the need for additional calculation *** results obtained in the context of this model are shown to be consistent with FEM results in regard to force-displacement curves,displacement fields,stress fields,and plastic deformation *** model exhibits good capability of capturing crack propagation in ductile material failure problems.

Efficient Digital Twin Placement for Blockchain-Empowered Wireless Computing Power Network

As an open network architecture,Wireless Computing PowerNetworks(WCPN)pose newchallenges for achieving efficient and secure resource management in networks,because of issues such as insecure communication channels and untrusted device ***,as a shared,immutable distributed ledger,provides a secure resource management solution for ***,integrating blockchain into WCPN faces challenges like device heterogeneity,monitoring communication states,and dynamic network *** Digital Twins(DT)can accurately maintain digital models of physical entities through real-time data updates and self-learning,enabling continuous optimization of WCPN,improving synchronization performance,ensuring real-time accuracy,and supporting smooth operation of WCPN *** this paper,we propose a DT for blockchain-empowered WCPN architecture that guarantees real-time data transmission between physical entities and digital *** adopt an enumeration-based optimal placement algorithm(EOPA)and an improved simulated annealing-based near-optimal placement algorithm(ISAPA)to achieve minimum average DT synchronization latency under the constraint of DT *** results show that the proposed solution in this paper outperforms benchmarks in terms of average synchronization latency.

How to represent a human face pattern?While it is presented in a continuous way in human visual system,computers often store and process it in a discrete manner with 2D arrays of *** authors attempt to learn a continuous surface representation for face image with explicit ***,an explicit model(EmFace)for human face representation is pro-posed in the form of a finite sum of mathematical terms,where each term is an analytic function ***,to estimate the unknown parameters of EmFace,a novel neural network,EmNet,is designed with an encoder-decoder structure and trained from massive face images,where the encoder is defined by a deep convolutional neural network and the decoder is an explicit mathematical expression of *** authors demonstrate that our EmFace represents face image more accurate than the comparison method,with an average mean square error of 0.000888,0.000936,0.000953 on LFW,IARPA Janus Benchmark-B,and IJB-C *** results show that,EmFace has a higher representation performance on faces with various expressions,postures,and other ***,EmFace achieves reasonable performance on several face image processing tasks,including face image restoration,denoising,and transformation.

Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)is the most common malignant primary brain tumor in *** precise identification and distinction of GBM heterogeneity from surrounding brain parenchyma at the cellular level and even at the tissue level are important for GBM *** this study,GBM cells are distinguished from normal astrocytes and non-central nervous system(CNS)tumor cells by surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)based on gold nanoshell(SiO_(2)@Au)particles and support vector machine(SVM)*** addition,the gold nanoisland(AuNI)SERS substrates are further developed and explored for accurate detection of GBM at the tissue *** distinction between glioma and trauma tissues,identification of different tumor grades,and IDH mutation are realized with the assistance of orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)in a rapid,non-invasive,and convenient *** results show that the developed SERS-based analytical method has the potential for practical application for the detection of GBM at the single-cell and tissue levels and even for real-time intraoperative diagnosis.

Field-based evidence for the enrichment of intrinsic antibiotic resistome stimulated by plant-derived fertilizer in agricultural soil

Animal manures have been demonstrated to enhance antibiotic resistance in agricultural ***,little is known about the effects of plant-derived fertilizer on soil antibiotic ***,metagenomic sequencing was used to investigate the effects of a plantderived fertilizer processed from sugarcane and beet on soil antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)in a soybean field along crop growth *** profiles in the soils amended by plant-derived fertilizer were compared with those in the soils amended by chicken *** abundance and diversity of total ARGs in the soils amended by plant-derived fertilizer were significantly(Pducing manure-borne ARGs to soil,the plant-derived fertilizer was indicated to mainly enrich multidrug resistance genes in soil by nourishing indigenous *** with abundances in amended soils significantly(P<0.05)higher than in unamended soils at the sprout stage of soybean were considered as enriched *** in the abundance of the enriched ARGs was observed in both the amended soils from the sprout to the *** analysis further identified Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes as the primary bacterial taxa involved in the temporal variation of the enriched ARGs in the soils amended by plant-derived fertilizer,while in manured soils were Firmicutes and *** revealed by multivariate statistical analyses,variation of the enriched ARGs in the soils amended by plant-derived fertilizer was majorly attributed to the response of co-occurred bacteria to depleting nutrients,which was different from the failed establishment of manure-borne bacteria in the manured *** study provided field-based evidence that plant-derived fertilizer stimulated the intrinsic antibiotic resistome,and proposed attention to the un-perceived risk since some clinically relevant ARGs originate and evolve fr
