Achieving ultralow leakage current in Schottky-MIS cascode anode lateral field-effect diode based on AlGaN/GaN HEMT

In this paper,we design and fabricate a Schottky-metal-insulator-semiconductor（MIS） cascode anode GaN lateral field-effect diode（CA-LFED） to achieve ultralow reverse leakage current(ILEAK).The device based on AlGaN/GaN highelectron-mobility-transistor（HEMT） includes a normally-off MIS-controlled channel that is cascoded with a high barrier height Schottky *** reverse bias,the high electric-field is effectively prevented by the normally-off MIS-controlled channel *** with the high barrier height Schottky contact,this feature significantly suppresses the *** by the device fabrication,the CA-LFED with high breakdown voltage（BV）>600 V shows an ultralow ILEAKof 3.6×10-9A/mm as well as a low forward voltage drop（VF） of 2.2 *** performance suggests that the CA-LFED can be a promising candidate for ultralow ILEAKand better VF-ILEAKtrade-off GaN power diode applications.

The unavoidable dendrite growth and shuttle effect have long been stranglehold challenges limiting the safety and practicality of lithium-sulfur ***,we propose a dual-action strategy to address the lithium dendrite issue in stages by constructing a multifunctional surface-negatively-charged nanodiamond layer with high ductility and robust puncture resistance on polypropylene （PP） *** uniformly loaded compact negative layer can not only significantly enhance electron transmission efficiency and promote uniform lithium deposition,but also reduce the formation of dendrite during early deposition *** importantly,under the strong puncture stress encountered during the deterioration of lithium dendrite growth under limiting current,the high ductility and robust puncture resistance（145.88 MPa） of as-obtained nanodiamond layer can effectively prevent short circuits caused by unavoidable lithium *** Li||Li symmetrical cells assembled with nanodiamond layer modified PP demonstrated a stable cycle of over 1000 h at 2 mA cm-2with a polarization voltage of only 29.3 ***,the negative charged layer serves as a physical barrier blocking lithium polysulfide ions,effectively mitigating capacity *** improved cells achieved a capacity decay of only 0.042%per cycle after 700 cycles at 3 C,demonstrating effective suppression of dendrite growth and capacity attenuation,showing promising prospect.

In the fields of biomedicine, detection, and anti-counterfeiting, there is a widespread demand for cost-effective, easily synthesized, and environmentally friendly near-infrared(NIR) materials. Carbon dots(CDs), a cheap and non-toxic zero-dimensional carbon nanomaterial exhibiting exceptional photoluminescence(PL) properties and facile structural modification, have emerged as a promising candidate for the development of novel NIR materials. This study presents the synthesis of CDs capable of emitting a wide range of wavelengths from blue to NIR(456–836 nm) as their concentrations increase. The incorporation of oxygen and nitrogen co-doped atoms facilitates the optimization of non-coplanar angles, thereby promoting favorable π-πstacking interactions. This leads to the formation of metal-free rigid clusters through interconnecting adjacent nanoparticles in a gear-like meshing pattern through self-assembly. Consequently, intramolecular motion is constrained, vibration coupling is mitigated, non-radiative transition losses are minimized, and efficient NIR emission from CD clusters in high concentrations is ensured. Furthermore, NIR light-emitting diode(NIR LED) based on the CD clusters was successfully fabricated and employed for various applications including information encryption, anti-counterfeiting, and penetration detection in the field of NIR imaging.

The Xing'an-Mongolian orogenic belt is an important Ag-Pb-Zn metallogenic province in China. The study on the genesis of the newly discovered Cuiluan hydrothermal vein-type Ag-Pb-Zn deposit located in the Lesser Xing'an Range， within the eastern of Xing'an-Mongolian orogenic belt， is pivotal in understanding the metallogenic mechanism and regularity of Ag-Pb-Zn deposits in this region. This study utilizes pyrite trace elements and sulfur isotopic geochemistry， and mercury isotope of rocks and ores to constrain the genesis of the Cuiluan deposit. Pyrite geochemical data show that Ag exists in the form of galena inclusions (Ag++(Bi3+， Sb3+) ? Pb2+) in the polymetallic sulfide stage， and independent Ag-bearing minerals （matildite and gustavite） precipitate during the main mineralization stage. The small varied δ34S values （3.24‰ - 4.94‰） of pyrites from four hydrothermal stages are within the range of magmatic S isotopes， indicating that the ore-forming fluid of the Cuiluan deposit mainly originated from the magma. The Δ199Hg values of the ores are close to 0‰， which are consistent with the Δ199Hg values of mantle， further indicating that the ore-forming materials came from the lithospheric mantle. Combined with the regional tectonic evolution， we conclude that the plate subduction of Paleo-oceans in NE China triggered the partial melting of metasomatized mantle. The mantle-derived magma rose along the deep fractures and evolved ore-forming fluids， and finally caused the formation of Cuiluan quartz vein-type Ag-Pb-Zn deposit in the shallow crust. Accompany with previous documents， we infer that the fractures in the large-scale “Granite Sea” in the Lesser Xing'an Range may have significant potential for vein-type Ag-Pb-Zn exploration.

The natural endowments of wind and solar resources in the desert and Gobi Desert areas of our country, as well as the reverse distribution of energy and load, make it of great significance to develop large-scale new energy bases and large-scale transmission of AC/DC hybrid power grids in the desert and Gobi Desert areas. The frequent occurrence of extreme sandstorms in the desert and Gobi Desert areas has seriously affected the centralized development and long-distance safe and stable transmission of new energy power generation bases. This article first quantifies the impact of two disaster-causing factors of sandstorms on new energy bases, establishes a mathematical model that reflects the relationship between sandstorms and new energy output, strong winds, and line failure rates, uses Monte Carlo sampling combined with system information entropy to select typical fault scenarios and construct a recovery model, obtains the system elasticity curve based on operating conditions, considers the entire process of system disaster, and adopts the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method Establish elasticity evaluation indicators;Secondly, a flexible improvement method is proposed from a planning perspective, to minimize the equivalent annual investment cost of the line and energy storage and the system's loss of load cost. A joint planning model for line expansion and energy storage configuration for flexible improvement is established, which is transformed into a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) problem, and the expansion plan of the new energy baseline and the optimal configuration of energy storage are solved. Finally, taking the improved IEEE36 node system as an example for simulation analysis, the elasticity indicators before and after adopting improvement measures are compared to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed elasticity evaluation and improvement methods. © 2025 Power System Technology Press. The transition of hydrogen sourcing from carbon-intensive to water-based methodologies is underway,with renewable energy-powered proton exchange membrane water electrolysis （PEMWE） emerging as the preeminent pathway for hydrogen *** remarkable advancements in this field,confronting the sluggish electrochemical kinetics and inherent high-energy consumption arising from deteriorated mass transport within PEMWE systems remains a formidable *** impediment stems primarily from the hindered protons mass transfer and the untimely hydrogen bubbles *** address these challenges,we harness the inherent variability of electrical energy and introduce an innovative pulsed dynamic water electrolysis *** to constant voltage electrolysis (hydrogen production rate:51.6 m L h-1,energy consumption:5.37 kWh Nm-3H2),this strategy (hydrogen production rate:66 m L h-1,energy consumption:3.83 kWh Nm-3H2) increases the hydrogen production rate by approximately 27%and reduces the energy consumption by about 28%.Furthermore,we demonstrate the practicality of this system by integrating it with an off-grid photovoltaic （PV） system designed for outdoor operation,successfully driving a hydrogen production current of up to 500 mA under an average voltage of approximately 2 *** combined results of in-situ characterization and finite element analysis reveal the performance enhancement mechanism:pulsed dynamic electrolysis （PDE） dramatically accelerates the enrichment of protons at the electrode/solution interface and facilitates the release of bubbles on the electrode *** such,PDE-enhanced PEMWE represents a synergistic advancement,concurrently enhancing both the hydrogen generation reaction and associated transport *** promising technology not only redefines the landscape of electrolysis-based hydrogen production but also holds immense potential for broadening its application across a diverse spectrum of electrocatalytic endeavors.

The development of near-infrared (NIR) photosensitizers with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) properties,switchable luminescence colors,and satisfactory photodynamic therapy (PDT) effects on the treatment of fungal infection is of great importance but very ***,two ionic organic luminogens are constructed by employing diphenylamine,diphenylacrylonitrile/1,2-diphenylethene,and methylated quinoline cation as building *** is found that the resulting compounds TCQF and TQF show apparent AIE properties and produce intense fluorescence with high photoluminescence quantum yields of up to 31.2%in the solid *** the meantime,their emission colors can be switched between red and NIR and in the NIR region by mechanical force and solvent vapor,respectively,thereby enabling remarkable and reversible mechanochromism with emission variations of up to 104 *** excitingly,TCQF and TQF can efficiently generate ROS under the illumination of white light and show excellent antimicrobial activities and satisfactory PDT *** by the unique anti-fungus properties,TCQF is employed as a biocompatible NIR photosensitizer for treating wound infection with ***,and apparent PDT effects are *** work provides a new direction for the development of multifunctional NIR materials with AIE properties.

Hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） is a highly aggressive liver malignancy and the main form of liver cancer. Early diagnosis and treatment of HCC can effectively reduce mortality. Carboxylesterase （CE）-specific detection and imaging can be used for early diagnosis and image-guided surgical of HCC. However, traditional optical probes suffer from poor selectivity and low imaging signal-to-noise ratio. Here, we have constructed a series of chemiluminescent probes for carboxylesterase detection based on the strategy of enzymatic pocket-oriented steric tailoring techniques. The probes with different unique and excellent properties have been obtained through the structure-based steric hindrance adjustment on the recognition site. Here, CE-2 has been successfully used for high-throughput screening of rapid carboxylesterase inhibitors due to its extremely low detection limit (2.5×10-4U mL-1) and fast recognition ability. CE-3 has been successfully used for image-guided surgery of orthotopic hepatocellular carcinoma due to its ultra-long chemiluminescence imaging （over 12 h） of hepatocellular carcinoma. This study may promote advances in the rapid detection and screening of inhibitory drugs for CE and the field of surgical navigation in HCC.

CZTSSe is an Earth-abundant， environmentally friendly， and low-cost material， with a current record power conversion efficiency of 14.9%， This result is well below the prediction of the Shockley-Queisser limit. To improve the performance of solar cells， a layer of PbS (BSF) was added to the CZTSSe， which was simulated using the SCAPS-1D software. The optimal photovoltaic performance of AZO/ZnO/CdS/CZTSSe/PbS/Mo was studied by changing the parameters of the CZTSSe absorption layer and PbS layer. Studies have shown that the efficiency can be increased to 20.86% after using PbS.
