CONSPECTUS:The past decade has witnessed the great success and rapid development of halide perovskite materials in photovoltaics and light-emitting devices,which is due to the inherently high photoluminescence quantum yield,long carrier diffusion length,high light absorption coefficient,great defect tolerance,and remarkable *** example,the record efficiency of perovskite solar cells has ramped up to 25.5%,comparable to single-crystal silicon solar *** combination with the facile solution processing,perovskite solar cells have gained tremendous attention and interest from both academia and the photovoltaic ***,as a newly emerging class of semiconductors with excellent properties and low manufacturing cost,it is also promising and meaningful to explore new applications beyond optoelectronic devices,such as transistors,lasers,and memory *** this end,the integration of different halide perovskites into epitaxial heterostructures provides an ideal *** the other hand,from the perspective of fundamental studies,halide perovskite heterostructures also provide a platform to directly visualize ion migration and to study the charge transfer behavior and anomalous exciton phenomena,*** aim of our Account is to summarize the synthetic strategies to achieve halide perovskite epitaxial heterostructures and to highlight the effective routes to stabilize halide perovskites and *** focus this Account on two-dimensional(2D)halide perovskites and emphasize the important roles the organic ligands ***,we discuss our recent findings on the incorporation of conjugated organic ligands into 2D halide perovskites leading to enhanced thermal and environmental stability and suppressed halide interdiffusion in the corresponding *** dynamics simulation and low-dose aberration corrected transmission electron microscopy were used as powerful tools to unveil and elucidate the working mechanism of stabil

Understanding microwave dielectric properties of (1-x)CaTiO3-xLaAlO3 ceramics in terms of A/B-site ionic-parameters

We prepared (1-x)CaTiO3-xLaAlO3 (0 ≤x≤ 1) microwave dielectric ceramics using a conventional two-step solid-state reaction method,and investigated microwave dielectric properties of the ceramics in terms of A/B-site ***-parameters such as ionic polarizability,A-site bond valence,and ionic rattling were linked to the microwave dielectric *** the LaAlO3 content x in the (1-x)CaTiO3-xLaAlO3 ceramics increased from 0.3 to 0.7,the dielectric constant gradually decreased,which was attributed to the decrease of polarizability deviation and suppression of the cation *** temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency decreased as the content of LaAlO3 increased because of the increase of A-site cation bond *** quality factor value (Q × f) increased as LaAlO3 content increased because of the enhancement of the order degree of B-site cation.A significant deterioration of the temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency and Q ×fvalue was observed at the composition x =*** decreases were attributed to a phase transition from orthorhombic crystal (for x ≤ 0.5) to rhombohedral crystal (for x ＞ 0.5).

Global exponential stability of Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with variable delays

A class of generalized Cohen-Grossberg neural networks（CGNNs） with variable de- lays are investigated. By introducing a new type of Lyapunov functional and applying the homeomorphism theory and inequality technique, some new conditions axe derived ensuring the existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium point and its global exponential stability for CGNNs. These results obtained are independent of delays, develop the existent outcome in the earlier literature and are very easily checked in practice.

Structural and functional analysis of an asymmetric bidirectional promoter in Arabidopsis thaliana

Bidirectional promoters are relatively abundant in eukaryotic genomes, suggesting that they have an important biological significance. As yet, few of these promoters have been characterized in detail. Here, using a promoter：：GUS transgene approach has revealed that the intergenic region of Arabidopsis thaliana divergent genes At1g71850 and At1g71860 is an asymmetric bidirectional promoter, which exhibits an orientation-dependent expression profile. The strength of the forward promoter was greater than that of the reverse promoter, and their tissue specificities were not identical. Deletion analyses revealed that this bidirectional promoter could be divided into three functional regions. The basal level and tissue specificity of the promoter in the reverse orientation were regulated positively by region II and negatively by region III, whereas promoter activity in the forward orientation was regulated negatively by region II and positively by region I. Thus the 52-bp stretch of region II had a dual function, enhancing expression in the reverse orientation and suppressing it in the forward orientation. These results demonstrated that the activity of the At1g71850-At1g71860 bidirectional promoter was modulated by complex interactions between both positive and negative cis-acting elements. These findings will enhance our understanding of the regulatory mechanisms of plant bidirectional promoters.

A Kind of Edge Detection Algorithm with Edge-Preserving Characteristics

Traditional Sobel algorithm is deeply influenced by Gaussian noise,therefore,before boundary extraction,mean filter should be done. But the filtering process is always over-smooth images'details of certain directions,so that images'edges will not be extracted correctly. Aiming at this problem,this paper puts forward a detection algorithm based on edge-preserving characteristics,by matching edge mould of different directions to definite edge preserving directions. Instead of the mean filter process,this algorithm improves the performance of traditional algorithms,and provides the simulation results. The experiment results prove that this algorithm preserves more images'edge information when canceling noise.

The monitoring system design used in anti-corrosion of coating wire of steel in ocean were concerned. A corrosion monitoring system adapting to corrosion observation of coating wire of steel was introduced in details, including design and choice of software and hardware. Water-soluble supramolecular polymers constructed by macrocycle-based host-guest interactions

Supramolecular polymers, which combined of the supramolecular chemistry and polymer science, are constructed from monomers together by reversible noncovalent interactions. Supramolecular polymers in aqueous solution are especially important due to their superior biocompatibility and environmental adaptation, which determined they have wide applications in various areas, such as drug delivery, selfhealing, shape memory. Macrocyclic compounds, such as cyclodextrins, calixarenes, cucurbiturils and pillar[n]arenes, are the most used building blocks in the preparation of supramolecular ***-based supramolecular polymers, which introduce the host-guest interaction in the system,endow these polymers with interesting and smart physical-chemical properties. In this review, we summarized recent studies about supramolecular polymers in aqueous solution based on macrocyclic compounds.

The corneal epithelium is composed of stratified squamous epithelial cells on the outer surface of the eye,which acts as a protective barrier and is critical for clear and stable *** continuous renewal or wound healing depends on the proliferation and differentiation of limbal stem cells(LSCs),a cell population that resides at the limbus in a highly regulated *** of LSCs or their niche can cause limbal stem cell deficiency,a disease that is manifested by failed epithelial wound healing or even ***,compared to stem cells in other tissues,little is known about the LSCs and their *** the advent of single-cell RNA sequencing,our understanding of LSC characteristics and their microenvironment has grown *** this review,we summarized the current findings from single-cell studies in the field of cornea research and focused on important advancements driven by this technology,including the heterogeneity of the LSC population,novel LSC markers and regulation of the LSC niche,which will provide a reference for clinical issues such as corneal epithelial wound healing,ocular surface reconstruction and interventions for related diseases.

Failure behavior of protective organic coatings under corrosive conditions

Recent research activities on the formation of micro-defects and porosity in organic coatings were reviewed. The mechanisms of aggressive ionic conduction through organic coatings were analyzed. The micro-mechanisms for the failure behavior of coatings under corrosive environments were discussed in detail. These mechanisms included blistering (i. e. osmotic blistering, anodic blistering and cathodic blistering) in the coating, wet-adhesion loss at the substrate/coating interface, cathodic delamination of coating from the substrate. Based on these researches, it was found that the failure behavior of organic coatings is closely related to the micro-defects in coatings, regardless of the failure mode. Additionally, the general failure mode of a coating system was proposed to interpret the failure behavior of organic in corrosion environments. The topics discussed can provide some insights into the development of a methodology for designing fail-safe coating systems.
