Ascites syndrome is still a problem for chicken industry in various parts of the world. Despite the intensive investigations of this syndrome for many years, its pathogenesis remains unclear. The objective of this study was to analyze the difference in hepatic proteomics between ascites and healthy broilers by two-dimensional electrophoresis （2-DE） and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry （MALDI-TOF-MS）. Changes of biochemical parameters of liver and blood were also determined. The results indicated that red blood cell counts （RBC）, hematocrit （HCT） and haemoglobin （HGB） of ascites broilers were significantly greater than healthy broilers. Hepatic malondialdehyde （MDA） level of ascites broilers was significantly increased, and the activity of total superoxide dismutase （T-SOD） was significantly decreased. Hepatic lactic acid （LD） level of ascitic broilers were significantly lower than healthy ones, Serum glucose and cholesterol level of ascites broilers were significantly increased, and serum globulin level was significantly decreased in ascites broilers. There was no significant difference in triglyceride （TG） and blood urea nitrogen （BUN） level. The activity of liver hexokinase （HK） and succinodehydrogenase （SDH） in ascites broilers was significantly decreased, and there was no significant difference in the activity of liver pyruvate kinase （PK） and Na＋-K＋-ATPase. The hepatic proteomics analysis showed that 18 proteins expression difference were identified between ascites and healthy broilers. These proteins were mainly involved in： 1） cytoskeleton; 2） glucose, lipids and amino acid metabolism; 3） cell secretion; 4） cell apoptosis; 5） signal transduction; 6） immune and inflammatory response; and 7） cellular redox homeostasis. The key to fully understanding water-solid interfaces relies on the microscopic nature of hydrogen bond networks,including their atomic structures, interfacial interactions, and dynamic behaviors. Here, we report the observation of two types of simplest water chains on Au(111) surface which is expected unstable according to the rules of hydrogen network on noble metal surfaces. A common feature at the end of chain structures is revealed in high resolution scanning tunneling microscopy images. To explain the stability in observed hydrogen bond networks,we propose a structure model of the water chains terminated with a hydroxyl group. The model is consistent with detailed image analysis and molecular manipulation. The observation of simplest water chains suggests a new platform for exploring fundamental physics in hydrogen bond networks on surfaces.

Realization of a flexible and tunable coupling scheme among qubits is critical for scalable quantum information ***,we design and characterize a tunable coupling element based on Josephson junction,which can be adapted to an all-to-all connected circuit architecture where multiple Xmon qubits couple to a common coplanar waveguide *** coupling strength is experimentally verified to be adjustable from 0 MHz to about 40 MHz,and the qubit lifetime can still be up to 12μs in the presence of the coupling element.

AIM： To develop a Brown Norway （BN） rat model to determine the potential allergenicity of novel proteins in genetically modified food. METHODS： The allergenicity of different proteins were compared, including ovalbumin （OVA）, a potent respiratory and food allergen, bovine serum albumin （BSA）, a protein that is considered to have a lesser allergenic potential, and potato acid phosphatase （PAP）, a non-allergenic protein when administered to BN rats via different routes of exposure （intraperitoneally or by gavage）. IgG and IgE antibody responses were determined by ELISA and PEA, respectively. An immunoassay kit was used to determine the plasma histamine level. In addition, possible systemic effect of allergens was investigated by monitoring blood pressure. RESULTS： OVA provoked very vigorous protein-specific IgG and IgE responses, low grade protein-specific IgG and IgE responses were elicited by BSA, while by neither route did PAP elicit anything. In either routes of exposure, plasma histamine level in BN rats sensitized with OVA was higher than that of BSA or PAP. In addition, an oral challenge with BSA and PAP did not induce any effect on blood pressure, while a temporary drop in systolic blood pressure in few animals of each routes of exposure was found by an oral challenge with OVA. CONCLUSION： BN rat model might be a useful and predictive animal model to study the potential allergenicity of novel food proteins.

The third-order flow Gerdjikov–Ivanov(TOFGI)equation is studied,and the Darboux transformation(DT)is used to obtain the determinant expression of the solution of this *** this basis,the soliton solution,rational solution,positon solution,and breather solution of the TOFGI equation are obtained by taking zero seed solution and non-zero seed *** exact solutions and dynamic properties of the Gerdjikov–Ivanov(GI)equation and the TOFGI equation are compared in detail under the same conditions,and it is found that there are some differences in the velocities and trajectories of the solutions of the two equations.

The structural and electronic properties of S-passivated InAs(001)-(2×6)and InAs(001)−(2×1)surfaces are studied by first−principles total-energy *** on the calculated adsorption energies and electronic properties,we propose that the reconstruction of a S-treated InAs(001)surface should be InAs(001)–(2×6)S rather than InAs(001)−(2×1)*** is similar to the adsorption behavior of S on a GaAs(001)*** Fermi level of an InAs(001)−(2×6)S surface exists above the conduction band minimum by 371 meV and the energy gap becomes 0.145 eV smaller than the clean surface.A strong surface electron accumulation layer is formed and downward band bending is increased,which is in good agreement with recent experiments.

铁路现有的光传输网络中有大量的DWDM设备,这些设备在未来面对流量大幅度增长时需要进行升级。OTN交换技术通过将目的地不同的信号汇聚在同一条光通路中进行传输以提升网络效率,解决了流量大幅度增长引起的带宽扩展问题。在混合线路速率传输和专用1+1保护的铁路光传输网络中,从频谱、成本和能量效率方面分析了在WDM层中引入OTN交换的优势。结合铁路网络中的实际拓扑,RWA算法模拟仿真的结果显示,通过在核心节点中安装OTN交换并进行流量梳理,网络资源的利用率得到显著提高。相较于传统场景,频谱效率最大可以提高602%,而成本和能量效率,最大分别可以提高607%和817%。
