The improvement in the efficiency of inverted perovskite solar cells(PSCs)is significantly limited by undesirable contact at the NiO_(x)/perovskite *** this study,a novel microstructure-control technology is proposed for fabrication of porous NiO_(x)films using Pluronic P123 as the structure-directing agent and acetylacetone(AcAc)as the coordination *** synthesized porous NiO_(x)films enhanced the hole extraction efficiency and reduced recombination defects at the NiO_(x)/perovskite ***,without any modification,the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of the PSC with MAPbl_(3)as the absorber layer improved from 16.50%to 19.08%.Moreover,the PCE of the device composed of perovskite Cs0.05(MA_(0.15)fA_(0.85))_(0.95)Pb(I_(0.85)Br_(0.15))_(3)improved from 17.49%to 21.42%.furthermore,the application of the fabricated porous NiO_(x)on fluorine-doped tin oxide(fTO)substrates enabled the fabrication of large-area PSCs(1.2 cm^(2))with a PCE of 19.63%.This study provides a novel strategy for improving the contact at the NiO_(x)/perovskite interface for the fabrication of high-performance large-area perovskite solar cells.

Improved Approximation Schemes for Early Work Scheduling on Identical Parallel Machines with a Common Due Date

We study the early work scheduling problem on identical parallel machines in order to maximize the total early work,i.e.,the parts of non-preemptive jobs that are executed before a common due *** preprocessing and constructing an auxiliary instance which has several good properties,for any desired accuracy,we propose an efficient polynomial time approximation scheme with running time O(f(1/ε)n),where n is the number of jobs and f(1/ε)is exponential in 1/ε,and a fully polynomial time approximation scheme with running time O(1/ε^(2m+1)+n)when the number of machines is fixed.

Exploring the potential of constructing a hybrid supercapacitor with feCoNi-LDH porous material containing oxygen vacancies for high-performance energy storage applications

A significant challenge in developing high-performance hybrid supercapacitors(HSCs)is the need to reasonably construct advanced architectures that consist of various components and exhibit superior electrochemical capacitance *** feCoNi-layered double hydroxide(feCoNi-LDH)porous material has a specific capacitance of 1960 f·g^(-1)when used as the anode material at 1 A·g^(-1).The feCoNi-LDH material exhibits nanoplates with a distinct spindle morphology on their *** to the combined action of the three metals and abundant oxygen vacancies,they exhibit unique rate performance and cycle *** electronic structure of LDH and the regulation of oxygen vacancy were confirmed by density functional theory(DfT)*** suggests that the strength of hydroxide can reduce the energy required for oxygen vacancy formation in feCoNi-LDH nanosheets and enhance ion and charge transfer,as well as electrolyte adsorption on the electrode *** feCoNi-LDH//activated carbon(AC)HSC has an energy density of 53.2 Wh·kg^(-1)at a power density of 800 W·kg^(-1),surpassing other devices composed of comparable materials during the same *** study made significant advances in the design and synthesis of a ternary LDH porous structure with distinct oxygen vacancies,as well as its potential application in electrochemical energy storage.

Miniaturized, Wide Stopband filter Based on Shielded Capacitively Loaded SIW Resonators

Based on the full-mode capacitively loaded substrate integrated waveguide（SIW） resonator and the miniaturized shielded half-mode capacitively loaded SIW（S-HMCSIW） cavities, a novel compact high-performance filter is proposed. The footprint of the half-mode SIW（HMSIW） is further reduced due to the application of the capacitive-loading technique. By applying cross coupling, the proposed SIW filter's transmission zero enhances the stopband rejection and shows excellent selectivity. for the bandpass filter, the measured |S21| and |S11| are better than 1.09 d B and-14 d B, respectively. And a 3-d B fractional bandwidth（fBW） of 9.14–10.76 GHz（fBW=16.2%）is also observed. The filter achieves a wide stopband with a-20 d B out-of-band rejection up to 2.69f0（f0= 10 GHz）,with a size of 0.39λg× 0.51λgonly. Good agreement between measurement and simulation is obtained.

Linear-fitting-based recursive filtering for nonlinear systems under encoding-decoding mechanism

This paper deals with a recursive filtering problem for a class of discrete time-varying nonlinear networked systems with the encoding-decoding mechanism. The linear fitting method is introduced to handle the nonlinearity. An encoding-decoding mechanism is constructed to describe the data transmission process in wireless communication networks(WCNs). To be specific, the measurement outputs are mapped by a quantizer to unique codewords for transmission in WCNs. Then, the codewords are decoded by the decoder to recover the measurement outputs which are sent to the filter. The processing/encoding delay and network delay have been considered. firstly, on the premise that the upper bound of the filtering error covariance is minimum, the appropriate filtering gain is calculated. Then, the mean square exponential boundedness of the filtering error is analyzed. finally, two simulation examples are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Experimental investigation on weak shock wave mitigation characteristics of flexible polyurethane foam and polyurea

Corrosion behavior and protection mechanism of carbon steel coated with ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene(ECTfE)

Risk assessment of rockburst using SMOTE oversampling and integration algorithms under GBDT framework

Rockburst is a common geological disaster in underground engineering, which seriously threatens the safety of personnel, equipment and property. Utilizing machine learning models to evaluate risk of rockburst is gradually becoming a trend. In this study, the integrated algorithms under Gradient Boosting Decision Tree (GBDT) framework were used to evaluate and classify rockburst intensity. first, a total of 301 rock burst data samples were obtained from a case database, and the data were preprocessed using synthetic minority over-sampling technique (SMOTE). Then, the rockburst evaluation models including GBDT, eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost), Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LightGBM), and Categorical features Gradient Boosting (CatBoost) were established, and the optimal hyperparameters of the models were obtained through random search grid and five-fold cross-validation. Afterwards, use the optimal hyperparameter configuration to fit the evaluation models, and analyze these models using test set. In order to evaluate the performance, metrics including accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score were selected to analyze and compare with other machine learning models. finally, the trained models were used to conduct rock burst risk assessment on rock samples from a mine in Shanxi Province, China, and providing theoretical guidance for the mine’s safe production work. The models under the GBDT framework perform well in the evaluation of rockburst levels, and the proposed methods can provide a reliable reference for rockburst risk level analysis and safety management.
