In this paper,numerical experiments are carried out to investigate the impact of penalty parameters in the numerical traces on the resonance errors of high-order multiscale discontinuous Galerkin(DG)methods(dong et *** J Sci Comput 66:321–345,2016;dong and Wang in J Comput Appl Math 380:1–11,2020)for a one-dimensional stationary Schrödinger *** work showed that penalty parameters were required to be positive in error analysis,but the methods with zero penalty parameters worked fine in numerical simulations on coarse *** this work,by performing extensive numerical experiments,we discover that zero penalty parameters lead to resonance errors in the multiscale DG methods,and taking positive penalty parameters can effectively reduce resonance errors and make the matrix in the global linear system have better condition numbers.

The motivation for this study is that the quality of deep fakes is constantly improving,which leads to the need to develop new methods for their *** proposed Customized Convolutional Neural Network method involves extracting structured data from video frames using facial landmark detection,which is then used as input to the *** customized Convolutional Neural Network method is the date augmented-based CNN model to generate‘fake data’or‘fake images’.This study was carried out using Python and its *** used 242 films from the dataset gathered by the Deep Fake Detection Challenge,of which 199 were made up and the remaining 53 were *** seconds were allotted for each *** were 318 videos used in all,199 of which were fake and 119 of which were *** proposedmethod achieved a testing accuracy of 91.47%,loss of 0.342,and AUC score of 0.92,outperforming two alternative approaches,CNN and ***,our method succeeded in greater accuracy than contemporary models such as XceptionNet,Meso-4,EfficientNet-bo,MesoInception-4,VGG-16,and *** novelty of this investigation is the development of a new Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)learning model that can accurately detect deep fake face photos.

Identification of the ice channel is the basic technology for developing intelligent ships in ice-covered waters,which is important to ensure the safety and economy of *** the Arctic,merchant ships with low ice class often navigate in channels opened up by *** in the ice channel often depends on good maneuverability skills and abundant experience from the captain to a large *** ship may get stuck if steered into ice fields off the *** this circumstance,it is very important to study how to identify the boundary lines of ice channels with a reliable *** this paper,a two-staged ice channel identification method is developed based on image segmentation and corner point *** first stage employs the image segmentation method to extract channel *** the second stage,an intelligent corner regression network is proposed to extract the channel boundary lines from the channel region.A non-intelligent angle-based filtering and clustering method is proposed and compared with corner point regression *** training and evaluation of the segmentation method and corner regression network are carried out on the synthetic and real ice channel *** evaluation results show that the accuracy of the method using the corner point regression network in the second stage is achieved as high as 73.33%on the synthetic ice channel dataset and 70.66%on the real ice channel dataset,and the processing speed can reach up to 14.58frames per second.

An accurate total energy calculation is essential in materials *** date,many tight-binding(TB)approaches based on parameterized hopping can produce electronic structures comparable to those obtained using first-principles ***,TB approaches still have limited applicability for determining material properties derived from the total *** is,the predictive power of the TB total energy is impaired by an inaccurate evaluation of the repulsive *** complexity associated with the parametrization of TB repulsive potentials is the weak link in this *** this study,we propose a new method for obtaining the pairwise TB repulsive potential for crystalline materials by employing the Chen-Möbius inversion *** show that the TB-based phonon dispersions,calculated using the resulting repulsive potential,compare well with those obtained by first-principles calculations for various systems,including covalent and ionic bulk materials and twodimensional *** present approach only requires the first-principles total energy and TB electronic band energy as input and does not involve any *** striking feature enables us to generate repulsive potentials programmatically.

Lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)have attracted the attention of more and more researchers due to the advantages of high energy density,environmental friendliness,and low production ***,the low electronic conductivity of active material and shuttling effect of lithium polysulfides(LiPSs)limit the commercial development of *** solve these problems,we design a core-shell composite with nitrogen-doped carbon(NC)and two types of selenides(FeSe_(2)-NC@ZnSe-NC).The FeSe_(2)-NC@ZnSe-NC has a strong adsorption capacity,and can effectively adsorb *** the same time,it also effectively alleviates the shuttling effect of LiPSs,and improves the utilization of the active substance during the charge/discharge reaction *** mechanism involved in FeSe_(2)-NC@ZnSe-NC is demonstrated by both experiments and density-functional theory(DFT)*** electrochemical test results indicate that LSB with S/FeSe_(2)-NC@ZnSe-NC delivers an initial discharge capacity of 1260 mAh·g^(-1)at *** after 500 cycles at 1C,the capacity decay rate per cycle is 0.031%,and the capacity retention rate is 85%.The FeSe_(2)-NC@ZnSe-NC core-shell structure verifies a rational strategy to construct an electrode material for high-performance LSBs.

Pulmonary hypertension(PH)due to left heart failure(HF)accounts for approximately half of PH cases *** has been demonstrated that PH is a frequent complication of HF but is difficult to recognize in its early stage because it is characterized by nonspecific symptoms including shortness of breath and decreased tolerance of ***,nearly all multicentric clinical trials targeting pulmonary circulation in PH-HF have reported negative results.1 Thus,there are no effective methods for diagnosing early PH,and the current treatment of PH-HF is insufficient.

Objective:To investigate whether angiotensinⅡtype 1 receptor(AGTR1 A1166C)gene polymorphism was associated with the effectiveness of valsartan monotherapy in Chinese patients with essential ***:This retrospective analysis included 198 patients(≥18 years of age)who received valsartan monotherapy(80 mg/day)for newly developed essential hypertension at the authors’center between January 1,2020 and December 31,*** for AGTR1 A1166C gene polymorphism was done by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-melting curve analysis of genomic DNA from peripheral blood samples.A dominant genetic model for AGTR1 A1166C(AA genotype versus AC+CC genotype)was *** regression analysis of baseline variables and AGTR1 polymorphism was conducted to identify predictors of target blood pressure attainment(<140/90 mmHg)at the 4-week ***:The median age of the 198 patients was(53.7±13.5)years,and 58%were *** assays showed that 164 patients had the AA genotype,and 34 patients were of the AC/CC genotype,including 30 with the AC genotype and 4 with the CC *** distribution was consistent with Hardy Weinberg equilibrium.109 Patients(55.1%)attained the blood pressure *** analysis showed that smoking(versus no smoking,HR 0.314,95%CI 0.159-0.619,P=0.001)and AGTR1 A1166C AA genotype(versus AC/CC,HR 2.927,95%CI 1.296-6.611,P=0.023)were significant and independent predictors of target attainment.25 Patients(73.5%)with AGTR1 A1166C AC/CC genotype attained the target versus 51.2%(51/164)of patients with AGTR1 A1166C AA genotype(P=0.017).Patients with AGTR1 A1166C AC/CC genotype had a significantly greater reduction in systolic blood pressure[(33.1±10.8)mmHg versus(29.2±11.7)mmHg in AA carriers;(P=0.029)].Conclusions:Hypertensive patients carrying one or two C alleles of the AGTR1 A1166C gene were more responsive to valsartan treatment.

BACKGROUND Percutaneous transhepatic stent placement has become a common strategy for the postoperative treatment of portal vein(PV)/superior mesenteric veins(SMV)stenosis/*** has been widely used after liver transplantation surgery;however,reports on stent placement for acute PV/SMV stenosis after pancreatic surgery within postoperative 3 d are *** SUMMARY Herein,we reported a case of intestinal edema and SMV stenosis 2 d after pancreatic *** patient was successfully treated using stent *** the stenosis resolved after stent placement,complications,including bleeding,pancreatic fistula,bile leakage,and infection,made the treatment highly *** use of anticoagulants was adjusted multiple times to prevent venous thromboembolism and the risk of *** careful treatment,the patient stabilized,and stent placement effectively managed postoperative PV/SMV *** Stent placement is effective and feasible for treating acute PV/SMV stenosis after pancreatic surgery even within postoperative 3 d.

Tax risk behavior causes serious loss of fiscal revenue,damages the country’s public infrastructure,and disturbs the market economic order of fair *** recent years,tax risk detection,driven by information technology such as data mining and artificial intelligence,has received extensive *** promote the high-quality development of tax risk detection methods,this paper provides the first comprehensive overview and summary of existing tax risk detection methods *** specifi-cally,it first discusses the causes and negative impacts of tax risk behaviors,along with the development of tax risk *** then focuses on data-mining-based tax risk detection methods utilized around the *** on the different principles employed by the algorithms,existing risk detection methods can be divided into two categories:relationship-based and non-relationship-based.A total of 14 risk detection methods are identified,and each method is thoroughly explored and ***,four major technical bottlenecks of current data-driven tax risk detection methods are analyzed and discussed,including the difficulty of integrating and using fiscal and tax fragmented knowledge,unexplainable risk detection results,the high cost of risk detection algorithms,and the reliance of existing algorithms on labeled *** investigating these issues,it is concluded that knowledge-guided and datadriven big data knowledge engineering will be the development trend in the field of tax risk in the future;that is,the gradual transition of tax risk detection from informatization to intelligence is the future development direction.
