As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V. Hot dry rock(HDR)is a kind of clean energy with significant *** the 1970s,the United States,Japan,France,Australia,and other countries have attempted to conduct several HDR development research projects to extract thermal energy by breaking through key ***,up to now,the development of HDR is still in the research,development,and demonstration *** HDR exploration borehole(with 236℃ at a depth of 3705 m)was drilled into Triassic granite in the Gonghe Basin in northwest China in ***,China Geological Survey(CGS)launched the HDR resources exploration and production demonstration project in *** three years of efforts,a sequence of significant technological breakthroughs have been made,including the genetic model of deep heat sources,directional drilling and well completion in high-temperature hard rock,large-scale reservoir stimulation,reservoir characterization,and productivity evaluation,reservoir connectivity and flow circulation,efficient thermoelectric conversion,monitoring,and geological risk assessment,*** the whole-process technological system for HDR exploration and production has been preliminarily established *** first power generation test was completed in November *** results of this project will provide scientific support for HDR development and utilization in the future.

Finding the electromagnetic （EM） counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star （BNS） merger, is critically important for gravitational wave （GW） astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017, Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart, GRB 170817A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope （HE） onboard Insight-HXMT （Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope） is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart （SSS17a/AT2017gfo） with very large collection area （M000 cm2） and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition, Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity （TOO） observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy （0.2-5 MeV） radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817A. Meanwhile, Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints （-10-7 to 104 erg/cm2/s） for both GRB170817A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. Therefore the observation of Insight-HXMT constitutes an important chapter in the full context of multi-wavelength and multi-messenger observation of this historical GW event.

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

Searching for the neutrinoless double beta decay(NLDBD)is now regarded as the topmost promising technique to explore the nature of neutrinos after the discovery of neutrino masses in oscillation *** X-III(particle and astrophysical xenon experiment III)will search for the NLDBD of136Xe at the China Jin Ping Underground Laboratory(CJPL).In the first phase of the experiment,a high pressure gas Time Projection Chamber(TPC)will contain 200 kg,90%136Xe enriched gas operated at10 *** pitch micro-pattern gas detector(Microbulk Micromegas)will be used at both ends of the TPC for the charge readout with a cathode in the *** signals can be used to reconstruct the electron tracks of the NLDBD events and provide good energy and spatial *** detector will be immersed in a large water tank to ensure～5 m of water shielding in all *** second phase,a ton-scale experiment,will consist of five TPCs in the same water tank,with improved energy resolution and better control over backgrounds.

Mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) inhibitor as an attractive drug target with promising antitumor effects has been widely investigated. High quality clinical trial has been conducted in liver transplant(LT) recipients in Western countries. However, the pertinent studies in Eastern world are paucity. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial to test whether sirolimus can improve recurrence-free survival(RFS) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients beyond the Milan criteria after LT. This is an open-labeled, single-arm, prospective, multicenter, and real-world study aiming to evaluate the clinical outcomes of early switch to sirolimus-based regimens in HCC patients after LT. Patients with a histologically proven HCC and beyond the Milan criteria will be enrolled. The initial immunosuppressant regimens are center-specifc for the frst 4-6 weeks. The following regimens integrated sirolimus into the regimens as a combination therapy with reduced calcineurin inhibitors based on the condition of patients and centers. The study is planned for 4 years in total with a 2-year enrollment period and a 2-year follow-up. We predict that sirolimus conversion regimen will provide survival benefts for patients particular in the key indicator RFS as well as better quality of life. If the trial is conducted successfully, we will have a continued monitoring over a longer follow-up time to estimate indicator of overall survival. We hope that the outcome will provide better evidence for clinical decision-making and revising treatment guidelines based on Chinese population data.

针对在动态脑功能网络的模块化属性研究中,Louvain算法因过度追求模块度值最大化而导致的动态脑功能网络模块辨识度不高的问题,提出了一种带时间约束的Louvain算法。该算法以整个数据采集区间上的模块度值分布为依据构建迭代结束条件,以时间约束来达到模块在规模和数量上的均衡,从而保证模块划分更加合理。将本文算法用于静息态脑功能的模块划分实验时,对比结果显示,与原Louvain算法相比,带时间约束的Louvain算法能够得到更为合理的模块化结果,并可以观测到动态脑功能网络中小规模的模块结构。而采用本文算法用于健康人和自闭症患者的动态脑功能网络模块度对比实验,能够揭示两者在模块化上存在显著差别,从而验证了本文算法的有效性。

针对疏松砂岩油气藏水平井,提出高压挤注条件下管外地层岩石的两种破坏充填模式,即裂缝开裂破坏充填和塑性挤压破坏充填,重点研究塑性挤压破坏充填的过程及机制。基于水平井近井地应力分布模型以及岩石强度条件,建立套管外地层岩石破坏模式的判别方法,计算两种破坏模式的水平井临界井底压力剖面并判断第一破坏点位置。结果表明:地层岩石的破坏模式取决于水平井近井地应力分布、岩石强度以及施工条件;随井底施工压力升高,水平井井壁上径向应力首先达到岩石抗压强度时,地层发生塑性挤压破坏;当井壁上切向应力首先达到岩石的抗拉强度时,地层岩石发生裂缝开裂破坏;随井底压力升高,胶结强度较好的砂岩,一般首先达到裂缝开裂条件,对于胶结较差的疏松砂岩,一般更容易首先达到塑性挤压破坏条件,地层岩石发生塑性挤压破坏然后被砾石充填;由于沿水平井井身轨迹地应力及岩石参数的非均质性,两种破坏模式的临界井底压力也表现出明显的非均匀性。
