ZrO_(2)ceramic coatings were directly prepared on the surface of ZrH_(1.8) in silicate and phosphate elec-trolytes by micro-arc oxidation(MAO)technique,*** microstructure,chemical composition and phase composition of ZrO_(2)ceramic coatings were inves-tigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy-dispersive spectrometry(EDS)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The anti-permeation effect was measured by means of vacuum dehydrogenation *** is found that the coating fabricated in phosphate electrolyte is more compact than that in silicate *** coatings fabricated on the surface of ZrH_(1.8) are composed of M-ZrO_(2),T-ZrO_(2) and C-ZrO_(2).EDS analysis indicates that the coatings are mainly composed of O and *** dehydrogenation experiment shows that the permeation reduction factor(PRF)of coating prepared in phosphate electrolyte is su-perior to that in the silicate electrolyte,and the PRF value reaches up to 11.2,which can enhance the resistance effect of hydrogen significantly.

The present work aims to present the micro-arc oxidation(MAO)zirconia coating with superior compact-ness and moderate thickness on zirconium *** experiments were designed according to L16(44)orthog-onal array to optimize electrical parameters(frequency,negative voltage,positive voltage and MAO time),with four levels of each *** optimized value was pre-dicted and verified by the confirmation *** anti-permeation effect was tested by means of vacuum dehydrogenation *** optimized coating parameters are listed as follows:treating time of 25 min,frequency of 200 Hz,negative voltage of 150 V and pos-itive voltage of 380 *** results show that the optimized coating exhibits the highest compactness of 0.3705 mg·μm^(-1).This dense coating significantly enhan-ces the hydrogen anti-permeation effects,and the PRF value is improved by nearly 13 times in contrast with that of uncoated ZrH_(1.8).

The fungal pathogen Setosphaeria turcica causes northern corn leaf blight(NCLB),which leads to considerable crop *** turcica elaborates a specialized infection structures called appressorium for maize ***,we demonstrated that the *** triggers an S-phase checkpoint and ATR(Ataxia Telangiectasia and Rad3 related)-dependent self-protective response to DNA genotoxic insults during maize ***,how the regulatory mechanism works was still largely ***,we report a genome wide transcriptional profile analysis during appressorium formation in the present of DNA replication *** performed RNA-Seq analysis to identify *** genes responsive to DNA replication *** the current work,we found that appressorium-mediated maize infection by *** is significantly blocked by S-phase checkpoint.A large serial of secondary metabolite and melanin biosynthesis genes were blocked in appressorium formation of *** during the replication *** secondary metabolite biosynthesis genes including alcohol dehydrogenase GroES-like domain,multicopper oxidase,ABCtransporter families,cytochrome P450 and FAD-containing monooxygenase were related to plant pathogen *** addition,we demonstrated that autophagy in *** is up-regulated by ATR as a defense response to *** identified StATG3,StATG4,StATG5,StATG7 and StATG16 genes for autophagy were induced by ATR-mediated S-phase *** therefore propose that in response to genotoxic stress,*** utilizes ATR-dependent pathway to turn off transcription of genes governing appressorium-mediated infection,and meanwhile inducing transcription of autophagy genes likely as a mechanism of self-protection,aside from the more conservative responses in eukaryotes.

Objective China is among the 30 countries with a high burden of tuberculosis(TB)worldwide,and TB remains a public health *** Prefecture in the southern Xinjiang Autonomous Region is considered as one of the highest TB burden regions in ***,molecular epidemiological studies of Kashgar are *** A population-based retrospective study was conducted using whole-genome sequencing(WGS)to determine the characteristics of drug resistance and the transmission *** A total of 1,668 isolates collected in 2020 were classified into lineages 2(46.0%),3(27.5%),and 4(26.5%).The drug resistance rates revealed by WGS showed that the top three drugs in terms of the resistance rate were isoniazid(7.4%,124/1,668),streptomycin(6.0%,100/1,668),and rifampicin(3.3%,55/1,668).The rate of rifampicin resistance was 1.8%(23/1,290)in the new cases and 9.4%(32/340)in the previously treated *** resistance mutations were detected more frequently in lineage 2 strains than in lineage 3 or 4 strains,respectively:18.6%vs.8.7 or 9%,P<*** estimated proportion of recent transmissions was 25.9%(432/1,668).Multivariate logistic analyses indicated that sex,age,occupation,lineage,and drug resistance were the risk factors for recent *** the low rate of drug resistance,drug-resistant strains had a higher risk of recent transmission than the susceptible strains(adjusted odds ratio,1.414;95%CI,1.023–1.954;P=0.036).Among all patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis(DR-TB),78.4%(171/218)were attributed to the transmission of DR-TB *** Our results suggest that drug-resistant strains are more transmissible than susceptible strains and that transmission is the major driving force of the current DR-TB epidemic in Kashgar.
