Background Data on the epidemiology of hypertension in Chinese non-dialysis chronic kidney disease （CKD） patients are *** aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the non-dialysis CKD patients through a nationwide,multicenter study in *** The survey was performed in 61 tertiary hospitals in 31 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in China （except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Trained physicians collected demographic and clinical data and measured blood pressure （BP） using a standardized *** was defned as systolic BP ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥90 mmHg,and/or use of antihypertensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg were used as the 2 thresholds of hypertension *** multivariate logistic regression with adjustment for sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hypertension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** prevalence,awareness,and treatment of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients were 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hypertensive CKD patients,33.1% and 14.1% had controlled BP to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the prevalence of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients increased,but the control of hypertension decreased （P〈0.001）.When the threshold of BP 〈130/80 mmHg was considered,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension in CKD 2,3a,3b,4,and 5 stages increased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times compared with CKD 1 stage,respectively （P〈0.05）.Using the threshold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased in advanced stages （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension Chinese non-dialysis CKD patients was high,and the hypertension control was *** successive CKD stages,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased.

The number ofψ(3686)events collected by the BESⅢdetector during the 2021 run period is determined to be(2259.3±11.1)×10~6 by counting inclusiveψ(3686)hadronic *** uncertainty is systematic and the statistical uncertainty is ***,the numbers ofψ(3686)events collected during the 2009 and 2012run periods are updated to be(107.7±0.6)×10~6 and(345.4±2.6)×10~6,*** numbers are consistent with the previous measurements within one standard *** total number ofψ(3686)events in the three data samples is(2712.4±14.3)×10~6.

We report the detection of aγ-ray bubble spanning at least 100deg2 in ultra-high energy(UHE)up to a few PeV in the direction of the star-forming region Cygnus X,implying the presence super PeVatron(s)accelerating protons to at least 10 PeV.A log-parabola form with the photon indexΓ(E)=(2.71±0.02)+(0.11±0.02)×log10(E/10 TeV)is found fitting the gamma-ray energy spectrum of the bubble *** sources,“hot spots”correlated with very massive molecular clouds,and a quasi-spherical amorphousγ-ray emitter with a sharp central brightening are observed in the *** the core of~0.5°,spatially associating with a region containing massive OB association(Cygnus OB2)and a microquasar(Cygnus X-3),as well as previously reported multi-TeV sources,an enhanced concentration of UHEγ-rays is observed with 2 photons at energies above 1 *** general feature of the bubble,the morphology,and the energy spectrum,are reasonably reproduced by the assumption of a particle accelerator in the core,continuously injecting protons into the ambient medium.

Objective:Limited information is available on the use of dupilumab for the treatment of atopic dermatitis(AD)in the Chinese ***:We analyzed laboratory data from a previously published randomized,double-blind phase III trial(NCT03912259)to provide further insight into the safety of dupilumab in Chinese adults with moderate to severe *** trial participants received either 300 mg of dupilumab or placebo every 2 weeks for 16 ***,blood chemistry,serum thymus and activation-regulated chemokine(TARC),and total immunoglobulin E(IgE)were ***:In total,82 participants received dupilumab and 83 received *** the exception of eosinophil counts of>0.8×109/L,which were found less frequently with dupilumab(9.8%)than with placebo(18.7%),the hematology and blood chemistry values were generally stable in both treatment *** were no clinically significant differences between the dupilumab and placebo groups,and no participants developed treatment-emergent abnormalities of potential clinical ***,compared with placebo,greater decreases in serum lactate dehydrogenase(mean change,−97.4 vs.−33.5 IU/L),TARC(median percent change,−78.6%vs.−30.8%),and total IgE(median percent change,−53.4%vs.−0.2%)were observed with dupilumab than placebo at week ***:Dupilumab demonstrated a favorable laboratory safety profile in Chinese adults with moderate to severe AD.

Lepton scattering is an established ideal tool for studying inner structure of small particles such as nucleons as well as *** a future high energy nuclear physics project,an Electron-ion collider in China(EicC)has been *** will be constructed based on an upgraded heavy-ion accelerator,High Intensity heavy-ion Accelerator Facility(HIAF)which is currently under construction,together with a new electron *** proposed collider will provide highly polarized electrons(with a po-larization of 80%)and protons(with a polarization of 70%)with variable center of mass energies from 15 to 20 GeV and the luminosity of(2–3)×1033 cm^(−2)·s^(−1).Polarized deuterons and Helium-3,as well as unpolarized ion beams from Carbon to Uranium,will be also available at the *** main foci of the EicC will be precision measurements of the structure of the nucleon in the sea quark region,including 3D tomography of nucleon;the partonic structure of nuclei and the parton interaction with the nuclear environment;the exotic states,especially those with heavy flavor quark *** addition,issues fundamental to understanding the origin of mass could be addressed by measurements of heavy quarkonia near-threshold production at the *** order to achieve the above-mentioned physics goals,a hermetical detector system will be constructed with cutting-edge *** document is the result of collective contributions and valuable inputs from experts across the *** EicC physics program complements the ongoing scientific programs at the Jefferson Laboratory and the future EIC project in the United *** success of this project will also advance both nuclear and particle physics as well as accelerator and detector technology in China.

多巴胺能正电子发射断层扫描(PET)脑显像是目前诊断帕金森病的重要依据,但其对帕金森综合征的鉴别能力有限。葡萄糖代谢PET显像中不同的脑代谢模式为进一步鉴别诊断提供可能。文中在前期PET脑显像相关技术操作和临床应用专家共识的基础上,对开展多巴胺能联合葡萄糖代谢显像进行系统梳理,征求专家意见后形成本专家共识。旨在规范帕金森综合征患者的多巴胺能显像及葡萄糖代谢显像的技术操作,为医生提供报告解读建议,进一步指导多巴胺能与葡萄糖代谢PET脑显像联合应用在帕金森相关疾病中的临床实践流程。

目的探究传统连栀矾溶液发酵炮制过程中真菌菌群多样性和优势菌群,为科学发酵提供理论依据。方法采用Illumina HiSeq高通量测序技术测定不同发酵时间上下层连栀矾溶液中真菌ITS2区序列,应用QIIME、Mothur和R等软件整理和统计样品序列数目和操作分类单元(OTU)数量,分析样品中真菌菌群的组成、丰度、分布、alpha多样性、beta多样性,阐明炮制过程中真菌菌群结构、多样性及丰富度的动态变化。结果 4个不同的发酵时期共获得用于分析的有效序列数为207 068,稀疏曲线表明测序深度充分,OTUs的数量接近于饱和,能充分展示连栀矾溶液的真菌群落结构,其主要由子囊菌门(Ascomycota,74.21%)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota,7.31%)、罗兹菌门(Rozellomycota,2.62%)、接合菌门(Zygomycota,0.66%)和球囊菌门(Glomeromycota,0.01%)组成,优势菌门为子囊菌门。通过分析OTUs数量、chao1指数,ACE指数、Shannon指数,表明连栀矾溶液真菌菌群有较高的丰富度和多样性,并且在炮制过程中上下层总丰富度和多样性随发酵时间的增加逐渐增加,其中上层样品的丰富度、多样性逐渐增加,下层样品的丰富度、多样性先降低后增加,且上层样品的丰富度、多样性明显高于下层样品。结论以高通量测序技术分析连栀矾溶液发酵炮制过程中真菌菌群结构、多样性及丰富度的动态变化可为指导其科学发酵提供参考。

As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V.
