This article presented an overview of the therapeutic effects of Chinese medicine(CM)preparations for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis for patients with portal vein thrombosis(PVT)after *** on published clinical researches of CM preparations for PVT after splenectomy in patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension(CPH),this paper evaluated the incidence of PVT,and explored potential active components and mechanisms of CM *** Yellow Injection,Danshen Injection,Danhong Injection,and Compound Danshen Dropping Pill achieved good curative effect alone or combined with anticoagulant *** addition,Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablet and Anluo Huaxian Pill can also significantly improve the hemodynamic disorders of portal vein system in patients with *** the role of CM preparations in ameliorating the incidence of PVT after splenectomy in patients with CPH,we suggested that future research should provide more attention to CM alone or CM combined with anticoagulant for cirrhosis with PVT.

Aging-related ED is predominantly attributed to neurovascular dysfunction mediated by NO suppression and increased oxidative stress in penis. The alterations of protein arginine methyltransferases 1 （PRMT1）/dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase （DDAH）/ asymmetrical dimethylarginine （ADMA）/NO synthase （NOS） pathway regulate NO production in the vascular endothelium. Epigallocatechin-3-gallate （EGCG） is one of the most abundant and antioxidative ingredients isolated from green tea. In the present study, 40 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly distributed into four groups： one young rat group and three aged rat groups treated with daily gavage feedings of EGCG at doses of O, 10 mg kg-1, and 100 mg kg-1 for 12 weeks, respectively. Erectile function was assessed by electrical stimulation of the cavernous nerves with intracavernous pressure （ICP） measurement. After euthanasia, penile tissue was investigated using Western blot and ELISA to assess the PRMTI/DDAH/ADMA/NOS metabolism pathway. Superoxide dismutase （SOD） and malondialdehyde （MDA） levels were detected by colorimetry. We also evaluated smooth muscle contents. The ratio of maximal ICP and mean systemic arterial pressure （MAP） was markedly higher in EGCG-treated aged rats than in untreated aged rats. We found that DDAH 1 and DDAH2 were expressed in cavernosal tissue, and they were downregulated in corpora of aged rats. The administration of EGCG upregulated the expression and activity of DDAH. In contrast, EGCG treatment downregulated the expression of PRMT1 and ADMA content. Moreover, EGCG-treated rats showed an improvement in smooth muscle expression, the ratio of smooth muscle cell/collagen fibril, SOD activity, and MDA levels when compared with untreated aged rats.

The carbonates in the Middle Ordovician Ma_5～5submember of the Majiagou Formation in the northern Ordos Basin are partially to completely *** types of replacive dolomite are distinguished：（1） type 1dolomite,which is primarily characterized by microcrystalline（〈30 urn）,euhedral to subhedral dolomite crystals,and is generally laminated and associated with gypsumbearing microcrystalline dolomite,and（2） type 2 dolomite,which is composed primarily of finely crystalline（30-100 urn）,regular crystal plane,euhedral to subhedral *** type 2 dolomite crystals are truncated by stylolites,indicating that the type 2 dolomite most likely predated or developed simultaneously with the formation of the ***,petrographic,and geochemical data indicate that the type 1 dolomite formed from near-surface,low-temperature,and slightly evaporated seawater and that the dolomitizing fluids may have been driven by density differences and elevation-related hydraulic *** absence of massive depositional evaporites in the dolomitized intervals indicates that dolomitization was driven by the reflux of slightly evaporated *** δ～（18）O values（-7.5 to-6.1 ‰） of type1 dolomite are slightly lower than those of seawaterderived dolomite,suggesting that the dolomite may be related to the recrystallization of dolomite at higher temperatures during *** type 2 dolomite has lowerδ～（18）O values（-8.5 to-6.7 ‰） and Sr～（2＋） concentration and slightly higher Na～＋,Fe～（2＋）,and Mn～（2＋） concentrations and～（87）Sr/～（86）Sr ratios（0.709188-0.709485） than type 1 dolomite,suggesting that the type 2 dolomite precipitated from modified seawater and dolomitic fluids in pore water and that it developed at slightly higher temperatures as a result of shallow burial.

The characteristics of the roughness coefficient are very important for practical application. Some experiments are conducted to study the variation of Manning＇s n with flow depth, mean velocity, and density of vegetation,. An assumed velocity distribution to describe the vegetative flow of submerged vegetation is confirmed by experimental results. The measured velocities in this study seem to have little effect on the curve of n ~ h, and a new linear relationship between Manning＇s n and flow depths is observed clearly. According to the arguments that the flow resistance of densely unsubmerged vegetation is dominated by the resistance exerted on vegetations, the influence of the density of vegetation on Manning＇s n is estimated. On the basis of the velocity distribution, the n - h curve under submerged condition is theoretically obtained from the n - h curve under unsubmerged condition. These results are also well confirmed by experimental results and very significant for practical applications.

Using liquid poly(methylvinyl)borosilazanes(PMVBSZ)as precursor,carbon fiber reinforced SiBCN matrix composites(C_f/SiBCN)were fabricated by a modified polymer infiltration and pyrolysis(PIP)*** dicumyl peroxide added as cross-linking agent,the PMVBSZ could be solidified at a low temperature of 120℃,leading to a high ceramic yield of～70%.The cross-linking mechanism and ceramization processes of the precursor were investigated in ***,a modified infiltration technology was developed,which improved the efficiency and protected the precursor against moist air during ***,the obtained C_f/SiBCN composites had an oxygen content of around 1.22 wt%.Benefiting from the high ceramic yield and high efficiency of the modified PIP,C_f/SiBCN composites with an open porosity of～10%and uniform microstructure were obtained after only 7 cycles of *** flexural strength and fracture toughness of the derived C_f/SiBCN composites were 371 MPa and 12.9 MPa·m^(1/2),*** work provides a potential route for the fabrication of high performance C_f/SiBCN composites.

　　Since the discovery of its roles as a good small-organic-molecule catalyst in intramolecular aldol reactions, pro line has drawn considerable attention in synthetic chemistry due to its similarity to the type-Ⅰ aldolases. Recently,List and others have reported some new direct asymmetric intermolecular reactions catalyzed by proline, including aldol, Mannich, Michael, and other analogous reactions. Except for two recent examples, [1,2] proline catalyzed aldol reactions in aqueous micelles have not been reported, nor have other amino acids as organocatalysts in directly catalyzing aldol reaction been reported. Herein we wish to present our recent results regarding environmentally be nign direct aldol reactions catalyzed by amino acids including proline, histidine and arginine in aqueous media.……

Nuclear proteins often form punctiform structures, but the precise mechanism for this process is unknown. As a preliminary study, we investigated the aggregation of an HSV-1 immediate-early protein, infected-cell protein 22 （ICP22）, in the nucleus by observing the localization of ICP22-EGFP fusion protein Results showed that, in high-level expression conditions, ICP22-EGFP gradually concentrates in the nucleus, persists throughout the cell cycle without disaggregation even in the cell division phase, and is finally distributed to daughter cells. We subsequently constructed a mammalian cell expression system, which had tetracycline- dependent transcriptional regulators. Consequently, the location of ICP22-EGFP in the nucleus changed with distinct induction conditions. This suggests that the cellular location of ICP22 is also influenced by promoter regulation, in addition to its own structure. Our findings provide new clues for the investigation of transcriptional regulation of viral genes. In addition, the non-protease reporter system we constructed could be utilized to evaluate the role of intemal ribosome entry sites （IRES） on transcriptional regulation.
