differences in progress across sustainable development goals(SDGs)are widespread globally;meanwhile,the rising call for prioritizing specific SDGs may exacerbate such ***,how these progress differences would influence global sustainable development has been long ***,we present the first quantitative assessment of SDGs’progress differences globally by adopting the SDGs progress evenness *** results highlight that the uneven progress across SDGs has been a hindrance to sustainable development because(1)it is strongly associated with many public health risks(e.g.,air pollution),social inequalities(e.g.,gender inequality,modern slavery,wealth gap),and a reduction in life expectancy;(2)it is also associated with deforestation and habitat loss in terrestrial and marine ecosystems,increasing the challenges related to biodiversity conservation;(3)most countries with low average SDGs performance show lower progress evenness,which further hinders their fulfillment of SDGs;and(4)many countries with high average SDGs performance also showcase stagnation or even retrogression in progress evenness,which is partly ascribed to the antagonism between climate actions and other *** findings highlight that while setting SDGs priorities may be more realistic under the constraints of multiple global stressors,caution must be exercised to avoid new problems from intensifying uneven progress across ***,our study reveals that the urgent needs regarding SDGs of different regions seem complementary,emphasizing that regional collaborations(e.g.,demand-oriented carbon trading between SDGs poorly performed and well-performed countries)may promote sustainable development achievements at the global scale.

Introduction:A retrospective study based on sentinel surveillance was conducted in 10 provinciallevel administrative divisions(PLADs)in China to enhance the understanding of the epidemiological characteristics of human parainfluenza viruses(HPIVs).Methods:From January 2019 to June 2023,respiratory specimens were collected from individuals with acute respiratory infections(ARIs)and screened for four HPIVs serotypes and other common respiratory viruses using multiplex real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR).This study analyzed the association of HPIVs infections with seasonal patterns,geographical distribution,demographic profiles,clinical features,and co-infection ***:During the study period,a total of 12,866 ARIs were *** overall detection rate of HPIVs was 6.15%,varying from 5.04%in 2022 to 9.70%in *** median age of HPIVs-infected patients was 3 ***2 was more prevalent among individuals aged 5–17 years(42.57%),while HPIV4 was more common in those over 65 years(12.24%).HPIV3(54.16%)and HPIV1(27.18%)were the predominant serotypes,and their prevalence exhibited significant seasonal fluctuations postcoronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)*** peak of HPIV3 shifted three months later in 2020 compared to 2019 and returned to a summer peak *** peaks of HPIV1 were observed in 2021 following the peak of ***,coinfections were frequent in HPIVs cases(overall rate:22.12%),with human rhinovirus being the most common co-infecting ***:The prevalence of HPIVs in China was predominantly due to HPIV3 and HPIV1,and their seasonal patterns were altered by pandemic ***,continuous surveillance of HPIVs is essential.

Psychological stress impact neurotrophic factor levels in patients with androgenetic alopecia and correlated with disease progression

BACKGROUND Androgenetic alopecia(AGA)is a common form of hair loss that can be influenced by psychological *** To investigate the impact of mental stress on neurotrophic factors in patients with AGA and correlate the findings with the progression of *** A total of 120 patients with AGA were analyzed in this study,which were divided into a non-stress group(n=30)and a stress group(n=90)on the basis of the presence or absence of psychological stress confirmed by Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 *** baseline demographic characteristics,serum cortisol levels,hair growth parameters,neurotrophic factors,and AGA progression scores between the non-stress and stress groups were *** analyses were conducted to assess the relationships among stress,neurotrophic factors,hair loss progression,and AGA *** This study revealed significantly higher cortisol levels throughout the day in the stress group than in the non-stress *** stress group exhibited lower levels of nerve growth factor,brain-derived neurotrophic factor,and glial cell linederived neurotrophic factor and higher expression levels of neurotrophin(NT)-3 and NT-4 than the non-stress *** parameters indicated lower hair diameter,decreased hair density,and more severe AGA grading in the stress group,whereas follicle count and terminal/vellus hair ratio showed no significant differences between the two *** 1 year of treatment with 5%minoxidil,efficacy was observed to be lower but AGA progression was notably more pronounced in the stress group than in the non-stress *** progression was positively correlated with high stress and NT-4 *** This study provides compelling evidence of the influence of mental stress on neurotrophic factors and its correlation with the progression of *** findings underscore the need for a comprehensive approach to the management of AGA that considers the physiological and psychosocial ***

[目的]研究一氧化碳(CO)和硫化氢(H_(2)S)调控作物幼苗抗盐能力的机理,为缓解盐渍土中NaCl对作物的胁迫提供理论和技术。[方法]以加工番茄品系KT-7为试验材料,采用无土栽培方法进行CO和H_(2)S叶面喷施试验。CO供体为氯化血红素溶液(hemin 15μmol/L),H_(2)S供体为硫氢化钠溶液(NaHS,50μmol/L),并因处理需要使用了H_(2)S清除剂次牛磺酸溶液(HT,100μmol/L)和血红素加氧酶抑制剂锌原卟啉溶液(ZnPPⅨ,25μmol/L)。试验共设6个处理,除对照根部浇灌营养液,叶面喷施清水外(CK_(0)),其余5个处理均根部浇灌200 mmol/L NaCl溶液,叶面分别喷施清水(CK_(1))、CO、H_(2)S、CO+HT、H_(2)S+ZnPPⅨ。幼苗长至四叶一心时,连续6天进行NaCl浇灌和叶面喷施处理,然后测定幼苗形态学指标,用Li-6800便携式光合测定仪测定光合参数,用Imaging-PAM荧光成像系统测定叶绿素荧光系数,植物效率仪测定叶绿素荧光动力学曲线(OJIP曲线)。[结果]胁迫6天后,加工番茄幼苗的各项形态学参数、净光合速率(P_(n))、实际光化学效率[Y(Ⅱ)]和光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)性能指标[PI_(ABS)和PI_((CSM))]显著下降,OJIP曲线产生形变,并出现K点。CO和H_(2)S处理均有效提高了加工番茄幼苗的光合色素含量、光合参数、PSⅡ的综合性能和受体侧的电子传递效率;提升了OJIP曲线中的J点、I点、P点,降低了ΔK,从而缓解了OJIP曲线的形变;CO处理的P_(n)、表观CO^(2)利用率(CUEapp)、Y(Ⅱ)和电子传递速率(ETR)分别较CK_(1)上升了75.63%、100%、60.00%和57.72%,H_(2)S处理分别上升了65.95%、100%、55.00%和52.68%,CO和H_(2)S处理均降低了非光化学淬灭和热耗散的比例,减少了PSⅡ供体侧放氧复合体(OEC)的损伤。CO+HT处理缓解NaCl胁迫的效果和CO处理相似,而H_(2)S+ZnPPⅨ处理则不能缓解NaCl胁迫,其光合色素含量、P_(n)、F_(v)/F_(m)、Y(Ⅱ)、qL、ETR、PI_(ABS)和PI_((CSM))较H_(2)S处理显著下降,热耗散比率则较H_(2)S处理显著升高。[结论]外源施用CO和H_(2)S均可通过提高光合效率,优化PSⅡ能量分配比率,保护光合电子传递链免受盐害损伤,显著提高番茄幼苗的抗盐能力。CO的作用位点可能在H_(2)S下游,具有协同H_(2)S提高加工番茄耐盐性的作用。

用于复杂工业过程难测运行指标和异常故障建模的样本具有量少稀缺、分布不平衡以及内涵机理知识匮乏等特性.虚拟样本生成(Virtual sample generation,VSG)作为扩充建模样本数量及其涵盖空间的技术,已成为解决上述问题的主要手段之一,但已有研究还存在缺乏理论支撑、分类准则与应用边界模糊等问题.本文在描述复杂工业过程难测运行指标和异常故障建模所存在问题的基础上,梳理虚拟样本定义及其内涵,给出面向工业过程回归与分类问题的VSG实现流程;接着,从样本覆盖区域、实现流程与推广应用等方向进行综述;然后,分析讨论VSG的下一步研究方向;最后,对全文进行总结并给出未来挑战.

Brassicaceae represents an important plant family from both a scientific and economic ***,genomic features related to the early diversification of this family have not been fully characterized,especially upon the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau,which was followed by increasing aridity in the Asian interior,intensifying monsoons in Eastern Asia,and significantly fluctuating daily ***,we reveal the genomic architecture that accompanied early Brassicaceae diversification by analyzing two high-quality chromosome-level genomes for Meniocus linifolius(Arabodae;clade D)and Tetracme quadricornis(Hesperodae;clade E),together with genomes representing all major Brassicaceae clades and the basal *** reconstructed an ancestral core Brassicaceae karyotype(CBK)containing 9 pseudochromosomes with 65 conserved syntenic genomic blocks and identified 9702 conserved genes in *** detected pervasive conflicting phylogenomic signals accompanied by widespread ancient hybridization events,which correlate well with the early divergence of core *** identified a successive Brassicaceae-specific expansion of the class I TREHALOSE-6-PHOSPHATE SYNTHASE 1(TPS1)gene family,which encodes enzymes with essential regulatory roles in flowering time and embryo *** TPS1s were mainly randomly amplified,followed by expression *** results provide fresh insights into historical genomic features coupled with Brassicaceae evolution and offer a potential model for broad-scale studies of adaptive radiation under an ever-changing environment.

学前教育实习的质量对职前幼儿教师的培养具有重要的影响。高质量的学前教育实习需要实习生与“双导师”开展积极有效的“对话”。马丁·布伯的“对话”哲学认为真正的对话关系是“我-你”关系,并强调“我-你”关系的直接性、相互性、现时性。通过观照马丁·布伯的“对话”哲学,结合当前学前教育实习实际样态,探讨学前教育实习的“三主体”——实习生、高校指导教师、幼儿园指导教师在幼儿园实习场域中直接“相遇”的现实情况,分析在相互作用和相互影响中构建平等、包容、信任的“我-你”对话关系,从而提出“三主体”共同成长的实现策略,以期为提升学前教师教育质量提供新的视角与思路。

Interplay between the atomic structures and superconductivity of two-monolayer Pb films

Superconductors with reduced dimensionality have been widely explored for their exotic superconducting ***,at the two-dimensional limit,two-monolayer Pb films with two types of structures provide an ideal platform to unveil the underlying superconducting mechanism[Science 324,1314(2009)].Here,by combining scanning tunneling microscopy(STM)with the first-principle calculations,we successfully identify that these two types have different atomic lattice structures with varying stacking phases,which further enables us to calculate the phonon spectrum and electron phonon coupling strength of each *** theoretical calculations are in good agreement with tunneling spectroscopy measurements of the superconducting transition temperatures(T_(c)),which established a correlation between atomic structures and ***,it was observed that the higher T_(c)of these two types also possess higher out-of-plane upper critical magnetic fields(Hc2).These findings will provide important new insights into two-dimensional superconductivity at the atomic level.
