以有序介孔硅基材料(SBA1-5)为模板,丙烯酸低聚物为前驱物合成有序介孔结构的炭材料(OMC),并以化学方法将含氮基官能团嫁接在有序介孔炭的表面。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM),红外光谱(FT-IR),X射线衍射(XRD)和氮气吸附-脱附(BET)对介孔炭进行表征。结果表明:表面改性后有序介孔炭的结构发生一定变化,但孔道特征仍保持二维六方有序性。合成的有序介孔炭及经乙二胺表面改性后胺化有序介孔炭的比表面积、平均介孔直径、平均孔容积分别为607m2/g,4.1nm,0.62cm3/g和558m2/g,3.8nm,0.58cm3/g。对有序介孔炭及改性有序介孔炭进行的汞吸附实验,发现表面改性前后有序介孔炭对Hg(II)的吸附性能发生显著变化。嫁接胺基功能团后,其吸附容量增加一倍,表明胺基改性的OMC对汞有亲和作用。

报道了一种新型近红外响应光热转换试剂/液晶弹性体复合材料.目前绝大多数近红外吸收的无机金属纳米粒子,由于自身或其稳定剂(如长链硫醇或季铵盐)的化学性质,会致使经典的Finkelmann两步硅氢化加成反应中所使用的催化剂中毒失活,从而极大地限制了无机金属纳米粒子/液晶弹性体复合材料的拓展与应用.为了解决这一科学问题,我们采用了两步硫醇-烯点击化学快速制备单畴取向液晶弹性体薄膜的技术,将对近红外光有强吸收的油溶性硫化铜纳米粒子,成功地掺杂入聚硅氧烷液晶弹性体体系中,制备了近红外响应的硫化铜纳米粒子/液晶弹性体复合薄膜.通过使用紫外可见光谱、透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、偏光显微镜、示差扫描量热法、变温广角X射线散射对该复合材料进行了深入的研究,结果表明:该薄膜材料在980 nm近红外光源的照射下,可以实现高效的光热转换,从而实现快速、可逆的二维伸缩运动.

BACKGROUND Modified Pulsatilla decoction(PD),a PD with licorice and ejiao,is a classic Traditional Chinese Medicine formula with significant efficacy in treating intestinal mucositis(IM)induced by tumor ***,its specific molecular and biological mechanisms remain *** To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of modified PD in *** This study used an IM mouse model established using 5-fluorouracil injections to investigate the effects of the modified PD(3,6,and 12 g/kg)in *** primary chemical components of the modified PD were identified using liquid chromatography-mass *** weight loss,diarrhea scores,intestinal length,histopathological scores,and inflammatory cytokine levels were measured to evaluate the effects of the modified PD in *** on the TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB pathway were evaluated using western blot *** intestinal microbiota was characterized using Illumina NovaSeq *** The results showed that modified PD significantly improved weight loss and diarrhea and shortened the intestines in IM ***,modified PD suppressed the TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB pathway and downregulated the expression of reactive oxygen species,lipopolysaccharides,and pro-inflammatory cytokines(IL-1β,TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-8,and IL-17),while increasing the expression of the anti-inflammatory cytokine ***,modified PD protected the intestinal mucosal barrier by increasing the expression of tight junction proteins(occludin-1,claudin-1,and ZO-1)and ***,16S rDNA sequencing revealed that modified PD improved intestinal *** Our research offers new insights into the potential mechanism of modified PD in alleviating IM and provides experimental evidence supporting its pharmaceutical application in clinical IM treatment.

Themanganese-cobalt mixed oxide nanorodswere fabricated using a hydrothermalmethod with different metal precursors(KMnO_(4)and MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O for MnOx and Co(NO3)2>6H_(2)O and CoCl_(2)>6H_(2)O for Co_(3)O_(4)).Bamboo-like MnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4)(B-MnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4)(S))was derived from repeated hydrothermal treatments with Co_(3)O_(4)@MnO_(2)and MnSO_(4)>H_(2)O,whereas Co_(3)O_(4)@MnO_(2)nanorods were derived from hydrothermal treatment with Co_(3)O_(4)nanorods and KMnO_(4).The study shows that manganese oxide was tetragonal,while the cobalt oxide was found to be cubic in the crystalline *** surface ions were present in multiple oxidation states(e.g.,Mn^(4+)and Mn^(3+))and surface oxygen *** content of adsorbed oxygen species and reducibility at low temperature declined in the sequence of BMnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4)(S)>Co_(3)O_(4)@MnO_(2)>MnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4),matching the changing trend in *** all the samples,B-MnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4)(S)showed the preeminent catalytic performance for the oxidation of toluene(T10%=187℃,T50%=276℃,and T90%=339℃).In addition,the B-MnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4)(S)sample also exhibited good H_(2)O^(-),CO_(2)^(-),and SO_(2)^(-)resistant *** good catalytic performance of B-MnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4)(S)is due to the high concentration of adsorbed oxygen species and good reducibility at low *** oxidation over B-MnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4)(S)proceeds through the adsorption of O_(2)and toluene to form O∗,OH∗,and H_(2)C(C6H5)∗species,which then react to produce benzyl alcohol,benzoic acid,and benzaldehyde,ultimately converting to CO_(2)and H_(2)*** findings suggest that B-MnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4)(S)has promising potential for use as an effective catalyst in practical applications.

Iron ore pellets,as one of the main charges of blast furnaces,have a greater impact on the CO_(2)emission reduction and stable operation of blast *** isothermal reduction behavior of the pellets obtained from a Chinese steel plant was studied in the gas mixtures of CO and N_(2).The results showed the reduction process is divided into two *** reduction in the initial stage(time t≤40 min)is cooperatively controlled by internal diffusion and interface chemical reactions with the activation energy of 30.19 and 16.67 kJ/mol,*** controlling step of the reduction in the final stage(t>40 min)is internal diffusion with the activation energy of 34.60 kJ/*** reduction process can be described by two equations obtained from kinetic *** reduction degree can be predicted under different temperatures and time,and the predicted results showed an excellent correlation with the experimental *** reduction mechanisms were confirmed by the analysis of the scanning electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive spectrometer and optical microscope.

Phosphorus(Pi)plays a crucial role in the growth and development of *** lipid regulation is one of the main mechanisms underlying plant adaptation to Pi ***,the high tolerance to low-Pi stress was justified in an elite line,MSDZ 109,which was obtained from Malus *** better understand the mechanism underlying high adaptation to low-Pi stress,currently,lipidomic and transcriptomic analysis,as well as CRISPR/Cas9 and MmGDPD1-overexpressing methodologies were comprehensively integrated into a strategy for elucidating the high tolerance to low-Pi ***,770 differential metabolites were identified from the roots between the low-Pi and stress-free,belonging to 21 sub-classes of lipid *** acids(FA)constituted the predominant lipid component,accounting for approximately 50%-60%of the total lipids,and triglycerides(TAG)ranked the second,comprising around 12%of the total,consecutively followed by phosphatidylcholine(PC)and diacylglycerol(DAG)with approximately 10%and 8%of the total,*** synchronous transcriptomic analysis revealed a significant up-regulation of genes related to glycerophospholipid and glycerolipid metabolism,specifically those(e.g.,MmGDPD1,MmDGDG1,MmMGDG1,MmSQDG,etc.)involved in phospholipid and galactosyl synthesis in response to low-Pi *** fusing reporter assay showed that MmGDPD1 promoter induced GUS gene expression and demonstrated initiation *** on expression analysis,a dual-luciferase reporter assay,as well as yeast one-hybrid(Y1H)identification,MmPHR1 was justified to bind with the MmGDPD1 promoter and positively regulate plant tolerance to low-Pi *** further elucidate the role of MmGDPD1,CRISPR/Cas9 and MmGDPD1-overexpressing vectors were successfully introduced into apple(‘Royal Gala')***,the MmGDPD1-KO line calli exhibited the remarkable decreases in the contents of phosphodiesterase(PDE),activity,as well as the contents of total Pi,and P

Rechargeable aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)exhibit appreciable potential in the domain of electrochemical energy ***,there are serious challenges for AZIBs,for instance zinc dendrite growth,hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),and corrosion side ***,we propose a surface engineering modification strategy for coating the montmorillonite(MMT)layer onto the surface of the Zn anode to tackle these issues,thereby achieving high cycling stability for rechargeable *** results reveal that the MMT layer on the surface of the Zn anode is able to provide ordered zincophilic channels for zinc ions migration,facilitating the reaction kinetics of zinc *** functional theory(DFT)calculations and water contact angle(CA)tests prove that MMT@Zn anode exhibits superior adsorption capacity for Zn^(2+)and better hydrophobicity than the bare Zn anode,thereby achieving excellent cycling ***,the MMT@Zn||MMT@Zn symmetric cell holds the stable cycling over 5600 h at 0.5 mA cm^(-2)and 0.125 m A h cm^(-2),even exceeding 1800 h long cycling under harsh conditions of 5 m A cm^(-2)and 1.25 m A h cm^(-2).The MMT@Zn||V_(2)O_(5)full cell reaches over 3000 cycles at 2 A g^(-1)with excellent rate ***,this surface engineering modification strategy for enhancing the electrochemical performance of AZIBs represents a promising application.

Magmatic hydrothermal deposits are important sources of many bulk,precious,and rare metals,and have attracted interest from both academic and industrial ***,it is still unclear if the major enrichment of the ore-forming metals occurs in the parental magma source region,during the magma evolution,or after the fluid *** inclusions trapped in hydrothermal minerals crystallized in the early,high-temperature stage before metal precipitation record information close to that of the initially exsolved magmatic fluids,which are helpful in revealing whether the metals have been already significantly enriched prior to the hydrothermal *** this study,available compositional data of such early-stage fluid inclusions from magmatic hydrothermal systems globally have been *** results indicate that the concentrations of Cu,Sn,and W respectively from the Cu-,Sn-,and W-mineralized fluids are significantly higher than the hydrothermal systems that do not produce ores with the corresponding *** suggests that Cu,Sn,and W could have already been enriched in the magma source and/or magma evolution *** Mo concentrations show no difference between Mo-mineralized and Mobarren fluid systems,indicating no significant pre-enrichment in the source region or during the magma *** also implies that an efficient collection of Mo from a large volume of magmas is required to account for the formation of a large Mo *** all the hydrothermal fluids contain high concentrations of Fe and Zn-Pb,but only a few of them eventually form Fe or Zn-Pb deposits,reflecting an important role of the hydrothermal evolution process on the selective metal *** above results indicate that different metals are enriched in different stages of a magmatic hydrothermal system,and that the major roles played in the formation of a deposit vary with the metal *** addition to the metal concentrations in the orerelated magmas and fluids

提出了一种基于二次Renyis熵的正则化互信息特征选择方法,该方法能高效地对互信息进行估计从而使计算复杂度大大降低。同时把正则化互信息特征选择方法与嵌入式方法相结合得到一个两段式特征选择算法,该算法可以找出更具特征的特征子集。通过实验比较了该方法与其他基于互信息的特征选择算法的效率与分类精度,结果表明该方法能够有效改善计算复杂度。
